Abstract
The application provides a preparation method of solid lip gloss rich in dendrobium and roxburgh rose and having health care effect, which comprises the steps of mixing, stirring, filling, forming, demoulding and tubing; the solid lip gloss is prepared from 16% by weight of beeswax, 26% by weight of vitamin E, 44% by weight of olive oil, 4% by weight of dendrobium polysaccharide, 4% by weight of fructus Rosae Normalis concentrated powder and 6% by weight of lipstick powder. The application not only enriches the variety and the function of lipstick, better promotes the Qian goods of noble dendrobium and Rosa roxburghii products to go out of mountain, but also has the effects of moisturizing, beautifying, diminishing inflammation, resisting oxidation, resisting aging and the like of the prepared lip gloss, and is particularly suitable for lip sensitive people and children; meanwhile, the manufacturing process of the lip gloss is optimized, so that the whole process is simpler and more convenient, the production speed is greatly improved, meanwhile, in the manufacturing process, when the lip gloss is subjected to tubing, the lip gloss is not easy to break, the tubing efficiency is greatly improved, and the yield is effectively improved.
Description
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of lip gloss manufacturing, and particularly relates to a manufacturing method of solid lip gloss rich in dendrobium nobile and roxburgh rose and having a health care effect.
Background
Lip gloss is a cosmetic for lips, which is applied directly to lips or to lipsticks, mainly for imparting gloss to lips, and sometimes with a small amount of color. It is typically in the form of a liquid or soft solid, ranging from translucent to solid opacity, and may have frosting, sparkling, gloss and or metallic feel.
The consumer of stock products such as lipstick tends to be low-aged. In the most frequently used make-up for the first six major consumers, the major consumers of the five other categories are all the 31-40 year old groups, except that the major consumer groups of lipsticks are concentrated at ages 26-30 years. Research reports indicate that the group 26-30 years old is taken as a main consumer of the lipstick market, because the group is not satisfied with a single makeup color, and part of the group can even match different color numbers for different make-up styles and attending occasions, so the demand and expenditure on lipstick are higher; the requirements of modern lip gloss are increasing, and people are paying more attention to safety.
The existing lip gloss has the effects of moisturizing and beautifying, is basically not provided with the effects of diminishing inflammation, resisting oxidation, resisting aging and the like, and is easy to cause the problems of inflammation, color change, peeling and the like on lips of people sensitive to lips, especially children when the lip gloss is used; the lipstick mold mainly comprises a front mold, a rear mold and a top mold, wherein the front mold and the rear mold are mutually spliced together in two halves, the top mold is spliced at the top of the front mold and the rear mold, a mold hole which penetrates through the top mold from top to bottom and extends into the front mold and the rear mold is formed in the lipstick mold, when the lip gloss is manufactured at the top, lip gloss liquid is poured into the mold hole, after the lip gloss liquid is solidified, the top mold is moved upwards, namely a section of solidified lip gloss is exposed, then an empty mouth of a lipstick tube is downwards aligned with the solidified lip gloss, the lip gloss is downwards pressed, the lip gloss is filled into the lipstick tube, and finally the front mold and the rear mold are disassembled, and the lip gloss is taken down; however, this method has the following problems that firstly, when the top die is taken down, the top die needs to be directly moved up and down, otherwise, the lipstick is easy to break or is broken by the top die; secondly, in the process of filling a section of lip gloss into the lipstick tube, the lipstick tube is ensured to be straight up and down, and if the lipstick tube is deflected or the force control is poor, the lip gloss is also easy to break; finally, the existing manufacturing method is low in production efficiency, and can influence improvement of lip gloss yield.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the application aims to provide a method for preparing solid lip gloss which is rich in dendrobium and roxburgh rose and has health care effect; the lip gloss is not easy to break when the method is used for manufacturing the pipe; the prepared lip gloss not only has the moisturizing and beautifying effects, but also has the effects of diminishing inflammation, resisting oxidation, resisting aging and the like.
The application aims at realizing the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of solid lip gloss rich in dendrobium nobile and roxburgh rose and having health care effect comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10-20% of beeswax, 20-30% of vitamin E, 40-50% of olive oil, 2-8% of dendrobium polysaccharide, 2-8% of roxburgh rose concentrated powder and 3-8% of lipstick powder, wherein the sum of the percentages of the raw materials is 100%.
Further, the dendrobium polysaccharide preparation steps comprise: cleaning herba Dendrobii whole plant, making into powder, extracting herba Dendrobii whole plant powder with 95% ethanol and acetone, adding 20 times of water, water-bathing at 90deg.C for 1 hr, and repeatedly extracting residues for 3 times; filtering, mixing filtrates, concentrating under reduced pressure, precipitating with 95% ethanol 4 times of volume for several times, dissolving, concentrating, dialyzing, lyophilizing, and grinding into superfine powder to obtain herba Dendrobii polysaccharide; the preparation method of the roxburgh rose concentrated powder comprises the following steps: squeezing fructus Rosae Normalis, filtering, collecting juice, and vacuum drying to obtain concentrated powder.
The preparation method of the solid lip gloss rich in dendrobium nobile and roxburgh rose and having health care effect comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing and stirring:
respectively weighing 10-20% of beeswax, 20-30% of vitamin E, 40-50% of olive oil, 2-8% of dendrobium polysaccharide, 2-8% of fructus Rosae Normalis concentrated powder and 3-8% of lipstick toner, respectively adding into a stirring container, heating the stirring container in water bath, stirring uniformly in the heating process, and heating the liquid in the stirring container to 80-90 ℃ to obtain lip gloss.
S2, filling and forming: and (3) vibrating and placing the heated and stirred lip gloss for 1-3 minutes (to remove bubbles in the lip gloss), and then placing the lip gloss into an inlet red mold for cooling and shaping for 5-12 minutes.
S3, demolding and tubing: and taking the cooled lip gloss out of the lipstick die and putting the cooled lip gloss into a lipstick tube to obtain the solid lip gloss.
Further, the lipstick mold comprises a bottom plate, a mold pipe, a supporting plate, a push rod and an automatic telescopic rod; the bottom plate is horizontally arranged, and a plurality of support columns are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate; the die pipes are a plurality of cylinders which are vertically fixed at the top of the bottom plate and are provided with openings at the upper ends; the supporting plate is horizontally arranged below the bottom plate; the ejector rods are a plurality of rod bodies vertically fixed at the top of the supporting plate, an ejector rod is arranged under each die pipe, the upper ends of the ejector rods penetrate through the bottom plate upwards and extend into the die pipes right above the bottom plate, and the ejector rods can move up and down along the die pipes under the driving of the supporting plate; the automatic telescopic rod is vertically fixed on the upper part of the bottom plate, the telescopic end of the automatic telescopic rod penetrates through the bottom plate downwards and extends to the top of the supporting plate, and then the automatic telescopic rod is fixedly connected with the top of the supporting plate, and the supporting plate can move up and down under the push and pull of the automatic telescopic rod; when the filling molding is carried out, the ejector rod moves downwards to the lowest part and seals the lower end of the mold pipe, the heated and stirred lip gloss liquid is respectively filled into the mold pipe from the upper end of the mold pipe, and the lip gloss liquid is solidified and molded after being cooled to obtain the lip gloss; when the demolding pipe is assembled, the automatic telescopic rod is started, the telescopic end of the automatic telescopic rod is contracted and moved upwards to drive the supporting plate and the ejector rod on the supporting plate to move upwards, the ejector rod slides upwards along the mold pipe, and after the lip gloss is pushed out of the mold pipe upwards, the lip gloss can be assembled into the lipstick pipe.
Further, the lipstick mold further comprises a cooling system for rapidly cooling the lip gloss; the cooling system comprises an annular cavity, an upper annular pipe, a lower annular pipe, a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe; the annular cavity is an annular cavity arranged in the wall of the mould pipe; the upper annular pipe is arranged at the upper side and is fixedly connected with all the die pipes respectively, a water inlet is arranged at the joint of each die pipe and the upper annular pipe, and the upper end of the annular cavity is communicated with the inside of the upper annular pipe through the water inlet; the lower annular pipe is arranged at the lower side and is fixedly connected with all the die pipes respectively, a water outlet is arranged at the joint of each die pipe and the lower annular pipe, and the lower end of the annular cavity is communicated with the inside of the lower annular pipe through the water outlet; one end of the water inlet pipe is communicated with the upper annular pipe, and the other end of the water inlet pipe is communicated with a water outlet of a water pump which is preloaded in the reservoir; one end of the water outlet pipe is communicated with a lower annular pipe, and the other end of the water outlet pipe is communicated with a preset cooling pool; the water in the cooling tank flows into the water reservoir after being cooled; during filling and forming, the water pump continuously feeds cold water in the reservoir into the upper annular pipe through the water inlet pipe, after the cold water flows into the annular cavity from the water inlet and exchanges heat with the die pipe, the cold water flows out of the water outlet into the lower annular pipe, finally flows into the cooling pond through the water outlet pipe, and rapidly cools the lip gloss through circulating the cold water which continuously flows.
Further, the automatic telescopic rod is any one of a pneumatic push rod, a servo electric cylinder, an electro-hydraulic push rod and a hydraulic push rod.
Further, the lipstick mold also comprises an auxiliary device for assisting the lip gloss to be quickly assembled; the auxiliary devices are arranged at the upper ends of the die pipes one by one, and each auxiliary device comprises a sleeve, a pressing plate, a pressing cover and a pressing pipe; the sleeve is a cylinder body with an upper opening and a lower opening and used for containing the lipstick tube, and the lower end of the sleeve is connected with the upper end of the die tube in a threaded manner; the pressing plate is movably arranged in the die pipe and can move up and down in the die pipe; the pressing cover is a cover body with an opening at the bottom and a closed top and is in threaded connection with the top of the sleeve; the pressing pipe is movably sleeved in the sleeve, the upper end of the pressing pipe is fixed at the bottom of the pressing cover, and the lower end of the pressing pipe is contacted with the top of the pressing plate; before demolding and tubing, filling an empty lipstick tube into the sleeve of each auxiliary device, and installing the lower end of the sleeve of each auxiliary device on the mold tube after the mouth of the lipstick tube faces downwards when filling; the pressing cover is rotated to push the pressing plate to move downwards through the pressing pipe, the pressing plate is used for pressing the lipstick pipe downwards, and the pipe orifice at the lower end of the lipstick pipe is pressed on the upper end of the mould pipe and aligned with the pipe orifice at the upper end of the mould pipe; when the pipe is demolded, an automatic telescopic rod is started, the telescopic end of the automatic telescopic rod contracts and moves upwards to drive the supporting plate and the ejector rod on the supporting plate to move upwards, the ejector rod slides upwards along the mold pipe, and after the lip gloss is pushed upwards out of the mold pipe, the lip gloss is pushed into the lipstick pipe along the pipe orifice at the lower end of the lipstick pipe; after the tubing is completed, the sleeve of the auxiliary device is rotated, the auxiliary device is taken down, the orifice of the sleeve is upward, the pressing cover is rotated, the pressing plate is pushed by the pressing pipe to continuously move towards the lipstick tube, and after the end of the lipstick tube is pushed out of the sleeve, the lipstick tube is pulled out of the sleeve, so that the demolding tubing is completed.
Further, the auxiliary device also comprises a push plate, a push rod and a spring; the push plate is arranged above the compression cover; the compaction pipe is a hollow pipe body with upper and lower openings; the push rod is sleeved in the pressing pipe, the lower end of the push rod is fixedly connected with the top of the pressing plate, and the upper end of the push rod penetrates through the top of the pressing cover upwards and is fixedly connected with the bottom of the push plate; the spring is sleeved on the push rod and is positioned between the push plate and the compression cover; when the demolding and the tubing are carried out, after the auxiliary device is taken down from the mold tube and the orifice of the lipstick tube is upwards, the push plate is contacted with the platform, the sleeve is held by one hand and is pressed down, the push plate pushes the pressing plate to move upwards (upwards relative to the sleeve) through the push rod, the upper end of the lipstick tube can be pushed out (pushed out of the sleeve), and the lipstick tube can be taken out by the other hand easily.
Further, the outer wall of the lipstick tube is in sliding fit with the sleeve, so that the lipstick tube is aligned with the upper end of the die tube.
Furthermore, after the lip gloss is injected, the auxiliary device can be installed on the mold tube, so that a plurality of heat dissipation holes are formed in the sleeve in order to ensure more efficient heat dissipation.
Research shows that the roxburgh rose contains carbohydrate, vitamin, trace elements and other nutrient components, wherein the vitamin C content is relatively high, and modern research shows that the roxburgh rose has a certain prevention effect on the occurrence of tumors.
The rose contains volatile oil, bitter in taste, and free from obstruction, warm in nature, so it can sooth liver, relieve depression, and regulate blood and alleviate pain.
Besides ornamental value, dendrobium flowers have the effects of soothing liver, relieving depression, benefiting stomach and promoting fluid production:
1. the dendrobium flower is mainly used for treating chest and hypochondrium pain, unsmooth mood, depression, insomnia and dysphoria caused by liver depression and qi stagnation clinically, and has the effects of keeping mood and stabilizing mood;
2. dendrobium flower also has part of the efficacy of herba Dendrobii, mainly for invigorating stomach yin and kidney yin, and is mainly used for treating stomach yin deficiency, such as dry mouth, thirst, and water drinking preference, kidney yin deficiency mainly manifested by soreness of waist and knees, amnesia, alopecia, and tinnitus;
3. the dendrobium flower has a certain function of scavenging oxygen free radicals, can promote the longevity of human bodies, and plays a role in prolonging the life.
According to the properties of the roxburgh rose and the dendrobium flower, the formula of the lipstick is adjusted, so that the variety and the function of the lipstick are enriched, the Guizhou dendrobium and the Qian of the roxburgh rose product can be better promoted, and the prepared lip gloss has the effects of moisturizing, beautifying, diminishing inflammation, resisting oxidation, resisting aging and the like, and is particularly suitable for lip sensitive people and children; meanwhile, the manufacturing process of the lip gloss is optimized, so that the whole process is simpler and more convenient, the production speed is greatly improved, meanwhile, in the manufacturing process, when the lip gloss is subjected to tubing, the lip gloss is not easy to break, the tubing efficiency is greatly improved, and the yield is effectively improved.

The dendrobium polysaccharide preparation steps comprise: cleaning herba Dendrobii whole plant to obtain (oven-dried and ground) powder, extracting herba Dendrobii whole plant powder with 95% ethanol and acetone, adding 20 times of water, water-bathing at 90deg.C for 1 hr, and repeatedly extracting residues for 3 times; filtering, mixing filtrates, concentrating under reduced pressure, precipitating with 95% ethanol 4 times of volume for several times, dissolving, concentrating, dialyzing, lyophilizing, and grinding into superfine powder to obtain herba Dendrobii polysaccharide; the preparation method of the roxburgh rose concentrated powder comprises the following steps: squeezing fructus Rosae Normalis, filtering, collecting juice, and vacuum drying to obtain concentrated powder.
The lipstick powder is natural colorant for lipstick, such as lignin, theaflavin, tea green pigment, multiple ears Ke Zong, citrus yellow, black bean red, blackcurrant red, safflower yellow, red rice red, red rice, red yeast rice, peanut skin red, turmeric, curcumin, caramel pigment, cherokee rose palm, chrysanthemum yellow extract, cocoa shell color, red pepper orange, capsicum red, blue ingot fruit red, radish red, mallow red, roselle red, buddleja yellow, grape skin red, mulberry red, seabuckthorn yellow, wild jujube color, natural amaranth red, acorn shell brown, cochineal, annatto orange, lutein, sodium copper chlorophyll salt, copper chlorophyll potassium salt, corn yellow, cranberry red, algae blue, gardenia yellow, gardenia blue, plant carbon black, lithospermum red, red lac, etc.

The bottom plate 1 is of a circular structure and is horizontally (suspended), four support columns 18 are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the bottom plate, and a base plate (the diameter of the base plate is more than 1.5 times of the diameter of the support column 18) for improving the stability of the support column 18 is further arranged at the bottom of each support column 18.
The die pipes 2 are six cylinders which are vertically fixed on the top of the bottom plate 1 and are provided with openings at the upper ends and are used for forming lip gloss; the number of the die pipes 2 can be increased according to the size of the base plate 1 as required, and six die pipes 2 are provided in this embodiment for the purpose of facilitating the clear description of the concept of the present application in combination with the accompanying drawings.
The supporting plate 3 is a circular plate horizontally arranged below the bottom plate 1 (parallel to the bottom plate 1), and the supporting plate 3 can move up and down below the bottom plate 1 and is used for pushing the ejector rod 4 to move up and down. In order to ensure that the supporting plate 3 can stably push the ejector rod 4 to move up and down, three guide rods are uniformly arranged in the area between the ejector rod 4 and the automatic telescopic rod 5, the upper ends of the guide rods are fixed at the bottom of the bottom plate 1, the lower ends vertically penetrate through the supporting plate 3 and then extend to the lower part of the supporting plate 3, the supporting plate 3 stably moves up and down under the guidance of the guide rods, the ejector rod 4 is further pushed to stably move up and down along the die pipe 2, and the ejector rod 4 can stably move up against the lip gloss in the demolding process.
The ejector rods 4 are six rod bodies (the number of the rod bodies is consistent with that of the die pipes 2 and the rod bodies are in one-to-one correspondence) vertically fixed at the top of the supporting plate 3, one ejector rod 4 (the ejector rods 5 are in sliding fit with the die pipes 2 and can seal the die pipes 2) is arranged under each die pipe 2, the upper ends of the ejector rods 4 upwards (capable of moving up and down) penetrate through the bottom plate 1 and extend into the die pipes 2 right above the bottom plate, and the ejector rods 4 can move up and down along the die pipes 2 under the driving of the supporting plate 3, so that the cooling formed lip gloss can be ejected out of the die pipes.
The automatic telescopic rod 5 is vertically fixed on the upper portion of the bottom plate 1, and the telescopic end of the automatic telescopic rod penetrates through the bottom plate 1 downwards and stretches to the top of the supporting plate 3 to be fixedly connected with the top of the supporting plate 3, and the supporting plate 3 can be pushed and pulled by the telescopic end of the automatic telescopic rod 5 to move up and down below the bottom plate 1. The automatic telescopic rod 5 is any one of a pneumatic push rod, a servo electric cylinder, an electro-hydraulic push rod and a hydraulic push rod.
The cooling system comprises an annular cavity 6, an upper annular pipe 7, a lower annular pipe 8, a water inlet pipe 9 and a water outlet pipe 10. The cooling system is used for rapidly cooling the lip gloss liquid to enable the lip gloss liquid to be rapidly solidified and molded.
The annular cavity 6 is an annular cavity arranged in the pipe wall of the mold pipe 2. The mould tube 2 is composed of two metal cylinders which are mutually sleeved together, and the top and the bottom of a cavity formed between the two cylinders are sealed to form an annular cavity 6. In order to improve heat exchange efficiency, a spiral plate is fixed in the annular cavity 6, two sides of the spiral plate are fixedly connected with the cylinder walls of the inner cylinder body and the outer cylinder body of the die pipe 2 (the spiral plate and the die pipe 2 are metal pipes), a spiral channel is formed in the annular cavity 6, metal is faster than water in heat transfer, heat can be quickly transferred to the spiral plate and the outer cylinder body of the die pipe 2 through the inner wall (inner cylinder body) of the die pipe 2, cold water entering the annular cavity 6 can fully contact with the spiral plate and the inner cylinder body and the outer cylinder body of the die pipe 2, the spiral plate forms a bridge for communicating the inner cylinder body and the outer cylinder body of the die pipe 2, so that the heat exchange area is increased to the sum of the area of the outer cylinder body of the die pipe 2, the inner cylinder body of the die pipe 2 and the area of the spiral plate, and heat exchange efficiency is greatly improved.
The upper annular pipe 7 is arranged at the upper side and is respectively and fixedly connected with all the die pipes 2 (the upper annular pipe 7 is used for sleeving all the die pipes 2 in the upper annular pipe 7 and is respectively communicated with the die pipes 2 one by one), a water inlet 19 is formed in the joint of each die pipe 2 and the upper annular pipe 7, and the upper end of the annular cavity 6 is communicated with the inside of the upper annular pipe 7 through the water inlet 19.
The lower annular pipe 8 is arranged at the lower side and is respectively and fixedly connected with all the die pipes 2 (all the die pipes 2 are annularly arranged outside the lower annular pipe 8 and are respectively communicated with the lower annular pipe 8), a water outlet 20 is arranged at the joint of each die pipe 2 and the lower annular pipe 8, and the lower end of the annular cavity 6 is communicated with the inside of the lower annular pipe 8 through the water outlet 20.
One end of the water inlet pipe 9 is communicated with the upper annular pipe 7, and the other end of the water inlet pipe is communicated with a water outlet of a water pump which is preloaded in a reservoir (also in a preset structure and used for storing cold water); one end of the water outlet pipe 10 is connected with the lower annular pipe 8, and the other end of the water outlet pipe is connected with a preset cooling pool (used for cooling hot water flowing out of the water outlet pipe 10); the water in the cooling tank flows into the water reservoir after being cooled, and the water is continuously recycled. The cooling system is adopted, so that the time for cooling the lip gloss can be reduced to about 5 minutes from more than 20 minutes in the conventional method.
The steps of filling and forming by adopting the optimized and improved lipstick die are as follows:
a. firstly, the ejector rod 4 (driven by the supporting plate 3) is moved downwards to the lowest position and the lower end of the mould tube 2 is blocked,
b. the water pump is started, the cold water in the reservoir is continuously fed into the upper annular pipe 8 through the water inlet pipe 9, the cold water flows into the annular cavity 6 from the water inlet 19 and continuously spirals downwards around the spiral channel, and after heat exchange with the die pipe (the inner and outer cylinders) and the spiral plate, the cold water flows out of the water outlet 20 into the lower annular pipe 8, finally flows into the cooling tank through the water outlet pipe 10, and flows into the reservoir after being cooled by the water in the cooling tank, so that the cold water continuously flows circularly.
c. And the heated and stirred lip gloss liquid is respectively poured in from the upper ends of the six die pipes 2 one by one, the lip gloss liquid poured in the die pipes 2 transfers heat to the die pipes 2 and the spiral plate, the heat of the die pipes 2 and the spiral plate is subjected to heat exchange with circulating water, the quick transfer and dissipation of the heat are realized, the lip gloss liquid can be quickly cooled, and finally, the lip gloss is formed by solidification.
Demoulding and tubing: and taking the cooled lip gloss out of the lipstick die and putting the cooled lip gloss into a lipstick tube to obtain the solid lip gloss.
In order to further improve the tubing speed and reduce the lip gloss breakage rate during tubing-free, the application further improves the lipstick die.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, the lipstick mold further comprises an auxiliary device for assisting quick assembly of the lip gloss; the auxiliary devices are arranged at the upper end of the die pipe 2 one by one (namely, the number of the auxiliary devices is consistent with that of the die pipe 2), and each auxiliary device comprises a sleeve 11, a pressing plate 12, a pressing cover 13 and a pressing pipe 14.
The sleeve 11 is a cylinder body which is provided with an upper opening and a lower opening and is used for containing the lipstick tube, and the lower end of the sleeve 11 is connected with the upper end of the mould tube 2 in a threaded manner. The outer wall of the lipstick tube is in sliding fit with the sleeve 11, namely the maximum outer diameter of the lipstick tube is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the sleeve 11, so that the lipstick tube is ensured to be sleeved into the sleeve 11, the pipe orifice at the lower end of the lipstick tube is aligned with the upper end of the die tube, and the deviation is very small.
The pressing plate 12 is movably arranged in the mold tube 2 and can move up and down in the mold tube 2, and is used for pushing and pressing the lipstick tube.
The pressing cover 13 is a cover body with an opening at the bottom and a closed top and is in threaded connection with the top of the sleeve 11, and anti-slip patterns are arranged on the outer wall of the pressing cover 13 so as to facilitate the rotation of the pressing cover 13.
The pressing pipe 14 is movably (i.e. can move up and down and rotate) sleeved in the sleeve 11, the upper end of the pressing pipe is fixed at the bottom of the pressing cover 13, and the lower end of the pressing pipe is contacted with the top of the pressing plate 12. The pinch tube 14 can move with the movement of the pinch cover 13.
After the lip gloss is injected, in the period of waiting for cooling, the auxiliary device can be arranged on the die pipe 2 in advance for improving efficiency, so that demolding can be performed after cooling is finished, seamless butt joint is realized, and time is saved.
Before the auxiliary devices are arranged on the mould pipe 2, an empty lipstick pipe is arranged in the sleeve 11 of each auxiliary device in advance, and when the auxiliary devices are arranged, the mouth of the lipstick pipe faces downwards; after the lipstick tube is assembled, the lower end of a sleeve 11 of the auxiliary device is arranged (spirally connected) on the mould tube 2; then the pressing cover 13 is rotated, the pressing cover 13 moves downwards and the pressing plate 12 is pushed to move downwards through the pressing pipe 14, the lipstick tube is further pushed to move downwards by the downward movement of the pressing plate 12, and the pipe orifice at the lower end of the lipstick tube is pressed on the upper end of the mould tube 2 by the pressing plate 12 and aligned with the pipe orifice at the upper end of the mould tube 2, so that a pipe is conveniently assembled.
In addition, after the auxiliary device is installed on the mold tube 2, in order to ensure more efficient heat dissipation during demolding, a plurality of heat dissipation holes can be formed in the sleeve 11, and heat above the lip gloss can be dissipated through the heat dissipation Kong Sanqu.
And after cooling the lip gloss, demolding and tubing can be performed, wherein the steps are as follows:
a. the automatic telescopic rod 5 is started, the telescopic end of the automatic telescopic rod 5 is contracted and moved upwards, and the supporting plate 3 and the ejector rod 4 on the supporting plate are driven to move upwards.
b. The ejector rod 4 slides upwards along the die pipe 2 under the pushing of the supporting plate 3, so that the lip gloss is pushed upwards, and gradually ejected out of the pipe orifice at the upper end of the die pipe 2.
c. After the upper end of the lip gloss is ejected out of the upper end of the die pipe 2, the lip gloss enters the pipe orifice at the lower end of the lipstick pipe, and continues to move upwards along the pipe orifice at the lower end of the lipstick pipe under the pushing of the ejector rod 4 until the lip gloss is completely pushed into the lipstick pipe, so that the pipe is completed.
d. After the tubing is completed, the sleeve 11 of the auxiliary device is rotated, the auxiliary device is obliquely removed, and then the auxiliary device is rotated so that the mouth of the sleeve 11 (the mouth of the lipstick tube) faces upwards.
e. The pressing cover 13 is rotated to drive the pressing pipe 14 to move upwards, and the pressing plate 12 is pushed to move upwards towards the lipstick pipe until the upper end of the lipstick pipe is pushed out of the sleeve 11 upwards for a certain length, and then the lipstick pipe is pulled out of the sleeve 11, so that the demolding pipe is completed.
f. Finally, the automatic telescopic rod 5 is started, the telescopic end of the automatic telescopic rod 5 stretches downwards, and the supporting plate 3 and the ejector rod 4 are pushed to move downwards for resetting.
Example 2:
as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, for efficiently taking out the lipstick tube from the sleeve 11, the auxiliary device further comprises a push plate 15, a push rod 16 and a spring 17; the push plate 15 is arranged above the pressing cover 14; the compacting tube 14 is a hollow tube body with upper and lower openings; the push rod 16 is sleeved in the pressing pipe 14, the lower end of the push rod 16 is fixedly connected with the top of the pressing plate 12, the upper end (rotatable) penetrates through the top of the pressing cover 13 upwards and is fixedly connected with the bottom of the push plate 15, and the push rod 16 can move up and down along the pressing pipe 14; the spring 17 is sleeved on the push rod 16 and is positioned between the push plate 15 and the compression cover 13.
After the lipstick tube is filled with the lip gloss, the auxiliary device is taken down from the die tube 2, the mouth of the lipstick tube is upwards, the push plate 15 is contacted with the platform, the sleeve 11 is held by one hand and is pressed down, the sleeve 11 moves down, the push plate 15 pushes the pressing plate 12 to move upwards relative to the sleeve 11 through the push rod 16, and after the upper end of the lipstick tube is ejected out of the sleeve 11 for a certain length by the movement of the pressing plate 12, the lipstick tube can be taken out easily by the other hand.
Lip gloss function test:
durability degree: through testing, the time can reach more than 4 hours;
color rendering index: can reach 100% of expected toner;
moisturizing effect: the moisturizing time reaches 2 hours;
the health care effect is as follows: the lip has no dead skin and no inflammation after continuous use for one month.
