The lower annular pipe 8 is arranged on the lower side and fixedly connected with all the mould pipes 2 respectively (all the mould pipes 2 are annularly arranged outside the lower annular pipe 8, and the mould pipes 2 are communicated with the lower annular pipe 8 respectively), a water outlet 20 is arranged at the joint of each mould pipe 2 and the lower annular pipe 8, and the water outlet 20 is used for communicating the lower end of the annular cavity 6 with the interior of the lower annular pipe 8.
One end of the water inlet pipe 9 is communicated with the upper annular pipe 7, and the other end of the water inlet pipe is communicated with a water outlet of a water pump which is pre-installed in a reservoir (also in a preset structure and used for storing cold water); one end of the water outlet pipe 10 is communicated with the lower annular pipe 8, and the other end of the water outlet pipe is communicated with a preset cooling pool (used for cooling hot water flowing out of the water outlet pipe 10); and the water in the cooling tank flows into the water storage tank after being cooled by the water, and is continuously recycled. By adopting the cooling system, the time for cooling the lip gloss can be reduced to about 5 minutes from the conventional time of more than 20 minutes.
The filling and forming steps by adopting the optimized and improved lipstick mould are as follows:
a. firstly, the mandril 4 (driven by the supporting plate 3) moves downwards to the lowest part and the lower end of the mould pipe 2 is blocked,
b. the water pump is started, the water pump continuously sends cold water in the reservoir into the upper annular pipe 8 through the water inlet pipe 9, the cold water flows into the annular cavity 6 from the water inlet 19 and continuously spirals downwards around the spiral channel, and simultaneously flows into the cooling pool through the water outlet pipe 10 after exchanging heat with the mould pipe (the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder) and the spiral plate, and then flows into the lower annular pipe 8 from the water outlet 20, and the cold water in the cooling pool flows into the reservoir after cooling, so that the continuous circulation flow is realized.
c. The lip gloss liquid which is well heated and stirred is respectively poured into the die pipe from the upper ends of the six die pipes one by one, the lip gloss liquid poured into the die pipe 2 transfers heat to the die pipe 2 and the spiral plate, the heat of the die pipe 2 and the spiral plate is exchanged with circulating water, the heat is quickly transferred and dissipated, the lip gloss liquid can be quickly cooled, and finally the lip gloss liquid is solidified and formed to form the lip gloss.
Demoulding and tubing: and taking the cooled lip gloss out of the lipstick mold and filling the lip gloss into a lipstick tube to obtain the solid lip gloss.
In order to further improve the tube filling speed and reduce the breakage rate of the lip gloss during tube filling-free, the invention further improves the lipstick mould.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, the lipstick mold further comprises an auxiliary device for assisting the lip gloss in quick tube filling; the auxiliary devices are arranged at the upper end of the die tube 2 one by one (namely the number of the auxiliary devices is the same as that of the die tube 2), and each auxiliary device comprises a sleeve 11, a pressure plate 12, a pressure cover 13 and a pressure tube 14.
The sleeve 11 is a cylinder body with an upper opening and a lower opening and used for filling the red pipe, and the lower end of the sleeve 11 is connected to the upper end of the die pipe 2 in a threaded mode. The lipstick tube outer wall is in sliding fit with the sleeve 11, namely the largest outer diameter of the lipstick tube is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the sleeve 11, so that the lipstick tube is sleeved into the sleeve 11, the tube opening at the lower end of the lipstick tube is aligned with the upper end of the die tube, and deviation is extremely small.
The pressing plate 12 is movably arranged inside the die tube 2 and can move up and down in the die tube 2 for pushing and pressing the opening red tube.
The pressing cover 13 is a cover body with an open bottom and a closed top and is in threaded connection with the top of the sleeve 11, and anti-skid threads are arranged on the outer wall of the pressing cover 13 so as to facilitate the rotation of the pressing cover 13.
The pressing pipe 14 is movably (can move up and down and rotate) sleeved in the sleeve 11, the upper end of the pressing pipe is fixed at the bottom of the pressing cover 13, and the lower end of the pressing pipe is in contact with the top of the pressing plate 12. The crimping tube 14 can move in accordance with the movement of the crimping cap 13.
After pouring into lip gloss liquid, in waiting for refrigerated time quantum, for the lifting efficiency, can install auxiliary device on mould pipe 2 in advance, can carry out the drawing of patterns like this after the cooling finishes, realize seamless butt joint, save time.
Before the auxiliary devices are arranged on the die pipes 2, an empty lipstick tube is arranged in a sleeve 11 of each auxiliary device in advance, and the mouth of the lipstick tube faces downwards when the auxiliary devices are arranged; after the lipstick tube is assembled, the lower end of a sleeve 11 of the auxiliary device is arranged (spirally connected) on the die tube 2; then the pressing cover 13 is rotated, the pressing cover 13 moves downwards and pushes the pressing plate 12 to move downwards through the pressing pipe 14, the downward movement of the pressing plate 12 further pushes the lipstick tube to move downwards, the lipstick tube is pressed downwards by the pressing plate 12, and the tube opening at the lower end of the lipstick tube is pressed at the upper end of the die tube 2 and aligned with the tube opening at the upper end of the die tube 2, so that tube loading is facilitated.
In addition, after the auxiliary device is installed on the die pipe 2, when the die is removed, in order to ensure more efficient heat dissipation, a plurality of heat dissipation holes can be formed in the sleeve 11, and heat above the lip gloss liquid can be dissipated through the heat dissipation holes.
After the lip gloss is cooled, demolding and tubing can be carried out, and the steps are as follows:
a. starting the automatic telescopic rod 5, the telescopic end of the automatic telescopic rod 5 contracts and moves upwards and drives the support plate 3 and the ejector rod 4 thereon to move upwards.
b. The ejector rod 4 slides upwards along the die pipe 2 under the pushing of the supporting plate 3, and then pushes the lip gloss upwards, so that the lip gloss is gradually pushed out of the pipe orifice at the upper end of the die pipe 2 upwards.
c. And after the upper end of the lip gloss is ejected out of the upper end of the die tube 2, the lip gloss enters the tube opening at the lower end of the lipstick tube, and the lip gloss continues to move upwards along the tube opening at the lower end of the lipstick tube under the pushing of the ejector rod 4 until the lip gloss is completely pushed into the lipstick tube, so that tube filling is completed.
d. After the tube loading is finished, the sleeve 11 of the auxiliary device is rotated, the auxiliary device is obliquely taken down, and then the auxiliary device is rotated to enable the orifice of the sleeve 11 (the orifice of the lipstick tube) to face upwards.
e. And (3) rotating the pressing cover 13 to drive the pressing pipe 14 to move upwards and push the pressing plate 12 to move upwards continuously towards the lipstick tube until the upper end of the lipstick tube is pushed out of the sleeve 11 for a certain length upwards, and then pulling the lipstick tube out of the sleeve 11, thus completing demoulding and tube loading.
f. And finally, starting the automatic telescopic rod 5, extending the telescopic end of the automatic telescopic rod 5 downwards, and pushing the support plate 3 and the ejector rod 4 to move downwards for resetting.

as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 5, in order to efficiently take the lipstick tube out of the sleeve 11, the auxiliary device further comprises a push plate 15, a push rod 16 and a spring 17; the push plate 15 is arranged above the pressing cover 14; the pressing pipe 14 is a hollow pipe body with an upper opening and a lower opening; the push rod 16 is sleeved in the pressing pipe 14, the lower end of the push rod 16 is fixedly connected with the top of the pressing plate 12, the upper end (rotatable) of the push rod 16 penetrates through the top of the pressing cover 13 upwards and then is fixedly connected with the bottom of the push plate 15, and the push rod 16 can move up and down along the pressing pipe 14; the spring 17 is sleeved on the push rod 16 and is positioned between the push plate 15 and the pressing cover 13.
After the lipstick is put into the lipstick tube, the auxiliary device is taken down from the die tube 2 and the mouth of the lipstick tube is upward, the push plate 15 is contacted with the platform, the sleeve 11 is held by one hand to press down, the sleeve 11 moves down, the push plate 15 pushes the press plate 12 to move upwards relative to the sleeve 11 through the push rod 16, the upper end of the lipstick tube is ejected out of the sleeve 11 by a certain length by the movement of the press plate 12, and then the lipstick tube can be easily taken out by the other hand.
Testing the lip gloss function:
