Claims (10)

1. A thick stock level adjustment control system, comprising:
the mixing device (1) is used for mixing and stirring the thick paste;
a conveying device (2) for conveying the thick stock in the mixing device (1);
the thick paste output device comprises an output storage device (3) and a paste distribution device (4), wherein the output storage device (3) is used for receiving the thick paste output by the conveying device (2), the paste distribution device (4) is used for uniformly outputting the thick paste in the output storage device (3), the output storage device (3) comprises an output fixing plate (31), an output adjusting plate (32) and an enclosing baffle, the output fixing plate (31) and the enclosing baffle are enclosed to form a first through groove for containing the thick paste, the paste distribution device (4) is arranged below the first through groove, a gap capable of enabling the thick paste in the first through groove to be output is formed between the output fixing plate (31) and the paste distribution device (4), the output adjusting plate (32) is arranged on one side of the output fixing plate (31) departing from the first through groove in a sliding mode, and the output adjusting plate (32) can slide away from or towards the pulp distribution device (4).

Thick stock level regulation control system according to claim 1, characterized in that the thick stock level regulation control system further comprises at least one transitional storage device (5), which transitional storage device (5) is adapted to take over the thick stock output by the conveying device (2) and to uniformly convey the thick stock to the output storage device (3).

The thick stock level regulation control system according to claim 2, characterized in that the number of the transition storage devices (5) is one or more, when the transition storage devices (5) are provided in plurality, the plurality of transition storage devices (5) are arranged in order from high to low, and the delivery device (2) is communicated with the transition storage device (5) located at the highest position, and in two adjacent transition storage devices (5), the thick stock in the transition storage device (5) located at the high position can flow to the transition storage device (5) located at the low position, and the thick stock in the transition storage device (5) located at the lowest position can flow to the output storage device (3).

The thick stock level adjustment control system of claim 2, characterized in that the transition storage device (5) comprises a transition adjusting plate (51), a bottom plate (52) and a coaming, the transition adjusting plate (51) and the coaming enclosing a second through slot, the bottom plate (52) closing a bottom end of the second through slot, and the transition adjusting plate (51) being slidable away from or close to the bottom plate (52).

Thick stock level adjustment control system according to claim 4, characterized in that the containment barrier comprises a back barrier (33) and two oppositely arranged side barriers, the enclosure comprises a back panel (53) and two oppositely arranged side panels, and the distance between the two side barriers is equal to the distance between the two side panels.
6. Thick slurry level regulation control system according to claim 5, characterized in that a flexible baffle (34) is arranged on the tailgate (33), and the flexible baffle (34) abuts against the slurry distribution device (4).

Thick stock level regulation control system according to claim 2, characterized in that the conveying device (2) comprises a conveying pipe (21) and a feed pump (22), the conveying pipe (21) communicates with the mixing device (1) at one end and communicates in the transitional storage device (5) at the other end, and the feed pump (22) is arranged on the conveying pipe (21).
8. The thick matter level regulation control system of claim 1, characterized in that the end of the output regulation plate (32) facing the pulp distribution device (4) is provided as a slope or an arc surface on the side facing the output fixing plate (31).

The thick liquid level regulation control system of claim 1, characterized in that the thick liquid distribution device (4) comprises a first roller (41), a second roller (42) and a thick liquid support belt (43) sleeved on the first roller (41) and the second roller (42), and the first roller (41) and the second roller (42) can drive the thick liquid support belt (43) to move so as to output the thick liquid.
