And a third gap is formed between the outlet of the thick slurry buffer groove 21 and the casting box side plate 12 at the upstream end, and the third gap is 0.15 mm.
The present invention develops a curtain feed unit. The thick paste enters the thick paste buffer tank 21 above the casting box firstly, and then the thick paste is cast from the thick paste buffer tank 21 along the rear wall of the casting box 13 in a waterfall-like 'water curtain' manner, so that the impact of the thick paste in the casting box caused by the fact that the thick paste is directly fed into the casting box through one or more delivery pipes without buffering in the prior art is avoided, the consistency of the transverse height and pressure of the thick paste in the casting box is kept, and the transverse thickness and the quantitative stability of the thick paste film prepared by the thick paste method and the reconstituted tobacco leaves are kept.
An adjusting hand wheel 15 is arranged above the casting box 13, and the gap between the casting scraper 16 and the formed steel strip 14 can be adjusted through the adjusting hand wheel 15.
The longitudinal sections of the formed steel strip 14 and the hub 17 are provided with an upper tangent point and a lower tangent point, the casting box 13 is arranged on one side of the upper tangent point of the hub 17 opposite to the moving direction of the formed steel strip 14, and the included angle between the connecting line of the casting scraper 16 and the center of the hub 17 and the connecting line of the upper tangent point and the center of the hub 17 in the longitudinal section of the casting box 1 is 12 degrees; at the position, the tension of the formed steel belt 14 is large, the formed steel belt 14 is relatively flat, and the thickness uniformity of the cast slurry film is good.
The casting box 13 can float up and down along with the formed steel strip 14 in the vertical direction, and the floating range is 0-0.5 mm.
Preferably, the coating roller 31 is a driven roller made of food-grade silicon rubber; adjusting the coating amount of the release agent by adjusting the pressure between the coating roller 31 and the formed steel strip 14, wherein the pressure is 0.30 MPa; the applicator roll 31 was immersed in a mold release agent tank 32 to a depth of 15 cm.
The invention develops a roller coating process unit of a release agent. The release agent is uniformly coated on the steel belt by adopting a roller coating process, so that the forming uniformity of the pulp membrane is improved, and the thickness stability of the reconstituted tobacco by the thick pulp method is ensured. The problem of in the prior art directly when spraying release agent to the steel band, the phenomenon that the release agent is inhomogeneous on the steel band that leads to the serosa and the inhomogeneous of reconstituted tobacco thickness is solved.
As shown in fig. 2, the longitudinal section of the formed steel strip 14 and the hub 17 has an upper tangent point and a lower tangent point, the casting box 1 is installed on the side of the upper tangent point of the hub 17 opposite to the moving direction of the formed steel strip 14, and the included angle between the connecting line of the casting blade 6 and the center of the hub 17 and the connecting line of the upper tangent point and the center of the hub 17 in the longitudinal section of the casting box 1 is 12 °.

the follow-up type casting forming unit (1) comprises a frame (11), a casting box (13), a forming steel belt (14) and a hub (17); the hub (17) is fixed on the frame (11), and the formed steel strip (14) moves downstream along with the rotation of the hub (17); the side wall of the casting box (13) is a casting box side plate (12), the casting box (13) is placed on the forming steel strip (14) through the casting box side plate (12), and the casting box (13) can float up and down along with the forming steel strip (14) in the vertical direction; a casting scraper (16) is arranged at the thick slurry outlet of the casting box (13), and a certain gap is formed between the casting scraper (16) and the formed steel strip (14);
the curtain type feeding unit (2) comprises a thick slurry buffer tank (21), a thick slurry discharging pipe (22) and a thick slurry feeding pipe (23), and a certain gap is formed between the outlet of the thick slurry buffer tank (21) and the casting box side plate (12) at the upstream end;
the release agent coating unit (3) comprises a coating roller (31), a release agent trough (32) and a release agent feeding pipe (33); the coating roller (31) is driven by the formed steel strip (14) to rotate in the same direction, and the coating amount of the release agent is adjusted by adjusting the pressure between the coating roller (31) and the formed steel strip (14).

The steady state slurry distribution forming device according to claim 1, wherein the number of the casting blades (16) is two, namely a first casting blade (161) far away from the moving direction of the formed steel strip (14) and a second casting blade (162) close to the moving direction of the formed steel strip (14).
