In the embodiment of the application, it is specifically noted that, during preparation, chitosan oligosaccharide effectiveness is effectively ensured by liquid spraying, and internal nutrition of a preparation formula is balanced and is convenient for aquatic animals to absorb, and absorption efficiency is high, so that aquatic animals can be effectively promoted to grow, bacterial diseases of aquatic animals are effectively reduced, so that the cultivation cost of farmers is effectively reduced, and meanwhile, pollution to the environment is reduced.
Wherein, the fat, the aquatic animal compound mineral elements, the lysine and the salt are all put into a mixer in batches when being mixed, the diameter value range of the granulation in the step four is between 0.5 and 5 millimeters, the operation temperature of the SKGD series belt type circulation dryer in the step six is 85 ℃, the operation time is 1 hour, and the expansion degree in the step 5 is 1.4 to 1.8.
In the embodiment of the application, it is specifically noted that the fat is added into the main material 30-60s after the main material is completely added into the mixer, which is beneficial to the full mixing of the feed, the additive is added in batches after half of the raw material is added, the aquatic feed contains raw materials with the adhesive property such as flour, the additive is directly added, which can cause the additive to be difficult to be uniformly distributed in the granules, the diameter value range refers to the diameter of the mouth of the fry, and the feed is suitable for feeding the granular feed with the diameter of 0.5mm for the fish with the body length of 4-6 cm; for fish with a body length of 7-8cm, the fish is preferably fed with pellet feed with a diameter of 3mm, the water content of an extruded and puffed product is relatively high, taking floating fish feed as an example, the water content after demolding is usually 21% -24%, the safe storage water content of the puffed aquatic feed is generally required to be controlled to be about 10%, the drying needs heat, the temperature is higher within an allowable limit, the working efficiency of a dryer is favorably improved, but the nutritional value of the feed, such as non-enzymatic browning, can be influenced under the high-temperature condition. Generally the temperature at which the feed is dried should not exceed 120 c, at which temperature the feed can be held for 4-6 minutes. Experience shows that the general requirement of no sinking and no scattering in water can be met only by controlling the expansion degree of the feed particles to be more than or equal to 1.4 (the ratio of the particle size of the expanded particles to the diameter of a discharge die hole). The expansion degree of the feed reaches or even exceeds 1.8, the surface of the feed granules looks like a plurality of fluffy small bread, the temperature and the pressure in the cavity of the expansion machine are too high, the equipment loss is aggravated, and the protein nutrition in the feed is also reduced.

Examples of the experiments
Taking four groups of fish fries, wherein the number of each group of fish fries is one hundred, and the average amount of each fish fry is 1.8g, respectively placing the fish fries in four fish ponds with the same environment, then feeding the fish fries in the last group by using traditional feed, feeding the fish fries in the other three groups by using the prepared feed in the examples 1-3, feeding the fish fries with the same weight every day, taking the fish fries out of each pond thirty days, weighing the fish fries in the pond, and recording the survival rate and the weight gain rate of the fish fries in 30 days to finally obtain the following table:
group number | First group | Second group | Third group | Fourth group |
Number of survivors | 86 | 91 | 92 | 81 |
Mean body weight | 94.2 | 98.6 | 98.5 | 80.5 |
In conclusion, compared with the traditional aquatic feed, the survival quantity and the growth speed of the fry using the aquatic feed are obviously improved; by the effect of the chitosan oligosaccharide on the fry through different concentration gradient feeds, the optimal effect on the survival quantity and the growth speed of the fry is found when the concentration of the chitosan oligosaccharide is 3.5 percent.
