In the invention, when a user uses the steel wire rope, the steel wire rope sequentially passes through the rotating sleeve 4, the flushing block 21, the air drying sleeve 29 and the through groove 801 on the oil immersion tank 8 and then is wound on the winding roller 15, the first motor 13 is started to drive the winding roller 15 to rotate so as to wind the steel wire rope, the second motor 16 is started, the gear 17 on the output end of the second motor 16 is meshed with the toothed sleeve 18 to drive the rotating sleeve 4 to rotate, the arc plate 6 in the rotating sleeve 4 clamps the steel wire rope through the tension of the spring 7, the arc plate 6 rotates and rubs with the steel wire rope, the gap between the steel wire ropes is increased, then the steel wire rope moves to the hairbrush 20 in the rotating sleeve 4, the steel wire rope is cleaned through the rotation of the hairbrush 20, the depth of the gap between the steel wire ropes is conveniently cleaned, the cleaning effect is improved, when the steel wire rope moves to the spraying hole 212 in the flushing block 21, by starting the water supply pump 23, the water supply pump 23 pumps out cleaning liquid from the water storage tank 22 and sends the cleaning liquid into the water supply tank 211 in the flushing block 21 through the water outlet pipe 24, then the cleaning liquid is sprayed out through the spray holes 212 to flush stains on the steel wire ropes, residual stains on the steel wire ropes is reduced, meanwhile, the spray holes 212 are provided with a plurality of groups, the circumferential array is arranged on the inner wall of the water supply tank 211 to comprehensively flush the outer wall of the steel wire ropes, the flushing effect is further improved, the arc-shaped plate 6 drives the gap between each bundle of the steel wire ropes to be increased, the flushing effect on the inner part of the steel wire ropes is improved, then the steel wire ropes move into the air-drying sleeve 29, the air-drying sleeve 29 is blown through the air outlet pipe 30, the steel wire ropes in the air-drying sleeve 29 are air-dried, residual water stains and impurities on the steel wire ropes are reduced, then the steel wire ropes enter the oil immersing tank 8 through the through groove 801, and the oil supply pump 10 is started, the oil feed pump 10 adds lubricating oil to the oil immersion tank 8 through the oil outlet pipe 11, and the lubricating oil fills the oil immersion tank 8, so that the lubricating oil fully wraps the steel wire rope, the effect of lubricating the steel wire rope is improved, the annular air bags 40 in the through grooves 801 are inflated to expand to tightly seal two sides of the steel wire rope, the oil is continuously fed to the oil immersion tank 8 by the oil feed pump 10, the pressure in the oil immersion tank 8 is increased, the lubricating oil is permeated into the steel wire rope, and the effect of lubricating the steel wire rope is improved.
