The two groups of positioning pins are arranged on the position changing frame 7; of the two sets of positioning pins, one set of positioning pins is two I-shaped pins 15 positioned on the upper right part of the displacement frame 7, and the other set of positioning pins is a single II-shaped pin 16 positioned on the upper right part of the displacement frame 7. Two I-shaped pins 15 are used for positioning two holes which are used for connecting the cross beam on the matched rear suspension bracket, and a II-shaped pin 16 is used for positioning a hole which is used for connecting the spring shock absorption assembly on the rear suspension bracket.
A through groove is formed in the finishing table 1, and the blanking auxiliary assembly is composed of a material ejecting block 19, a blanking slideway 18 and a No. II hydraulic cylinder 20 which are both arranged on the finishing table 1; no. II hydraulic cylinder 20 is connected with a material ejecting block 19, and the material ejecting block 19 can slide up and down along the through groove. The blanking auxiliary assembly is used for assisting the unloading work in a mode of lifting the workpiece upwards.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the upper end of the ejector block 19 of the present invention is inclined. After the workpiece is lifted, the workpiece slides along the ejector block 19 onto the feeding chute 18 and slides from the feeding chute 18 into the recycling bin 17.
