Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of scar removing gel, in particular to whitening scar removing liquid skin and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
When skin tissues of a human body are seriously injured by burning, scalding, surgical cutting and other physical or biochemical injuries, if the skin tissues cannot be completely and normally repaired by self, the formed wound surface is lack of physiological regulation and control in the healing process, so that fibroblasts excessively grow, collagen in extracellular matrix excessively deposits to form a proliferation scar, and simultaneously, the pigmentation at the scar is caused along with the injury of time and ultraviolet rays, so that the beauty of a patient is influenced, the psychological negative shadow of the patient is seriously caused, and the physiological dysfunction of the skin is seriously caused.
Silicone gel is a globally-used scar treatment product, and the silicone gel is applied to the skin of an affected part and can be quickly dried to form a hydrophobic and breathable film, so that the moisture volatilization of the skin of the affected part is reduced, the hydration of scar tissues is promoted, the collagen hyperplasia is inhibited, and the necrotic cells are assisted to be separated. The existing product components for treating or fading scars on the market have good effect on treating new scars, but have limited curative effect on some old scars and cannot effectively aim at and decompose melanin deposited on the scars of the skin scald. Particularly for some oily skin patients, the cuticle of the skin is thick, and the sebaceous glands have vigorous secretion function and are easy to produce oil, so that the effect of the silicone oil product is not obvious.
At present, a medical silicone gel dressing patch is reported, which consists of unique structural layers and dressing components, the gel consists of high-molecular dimethyl silicone, a medical emulsifier and a hydrogel matrix, and the dressing has single component and relatively common scar removing effect. Or a silicone gel wound dressing, which is mainly composed of high-viscosity silicone oil, volatile silicone oil and fumed silica, has slow scar removing effect, strong greasy feeling after use and is not easy to dry. Or a medical scar repairing silicone gel dressing which consists of polydimethylsiloxane, an emulsifier, a gel matrix, a scar fading factor, a deodorant, a bacteriostatic agent, an antipruritic agent, an anti-contracture medicament, a penetration enhancer, a buffer solution system and purified water, but because of the existence of a skin barrier, the penetration effect of the components such as the scar fading factor, the anti-contracture medicament and the like on the scar skin with longer time is not strong.

And adding the scores of the indexes to obtain a total scar severity score, wherein the total scar severity score is mild in a score of 1-5, moderate in a score of 6-10 and severe in a score of 11-15.
Evaluation criteria for effects: efficacy index = (total score before treatment-total score after treatment)/total score before treatment 100%. The evaluation is based on four criteria of basic cure, significant effect, basic effectiveness and ineffectiveness.
Basically curing: the curative effect index is more than or equal to 90 percent; the effect is remarkable: the curative effect index is 70-89%; basically, the method is effective: the curative effect index is 30-69%; and (4) invalidation: the curative effect index is less than 30%. The effective rate is calculated by basic cure, remarkable effect and basic effectiveness, and the treatment results are shown in the following table 3:

Example 6 | 15 | 3 | 2 | 0 | 100% |
Example 8 | 7 | 8 | 5 | 0 | 100% |
Example 12 | 12 | 6 | 2 | 0 | 100% |
Example 15 | 14 | 2 | 4 | 0 | 100% |

Test example 3: scar uplift index
Scar uplift index (SEI), which is the ratio of the total area of scar tissue to the area of normal tissue beneath the scar, is an accurate and repeatable assessment method for assessing hypertrophic scar formation. Selecting 95 clean-grade New Zealand white rabbits with half male and female parts and 2.5-3kg of body weight, performing intramuscular injection anesthesia by adopting ketamine 0.2ml/kg, sterilizing the ventral skin of the rabbit ears by 75% alcohol, operating under strict aseptic conditions, and cutting off the epidermis, the dermis and the perichondrium by using a skin biopsy device and a surgical knife to keep the cartilage. 6 standard wounds of 5cm diameter were prepared per ear. After the wound surface is exposed after operation and heals by itself, after about 21 days, the rabbit ear hyperplastic scars are formed, 95 white rabbits are randomly divided into 19 groups, and local film coating samples are respectively given to the rabbit ear hyperplastic scars of each group. After the scars are formed, and on the 28 th day and the 56 th day after the samples are coated, the proliferative scars of the rabbit ears of each group are respectively sampled and measured with SEI indexes, the data is the average value of six wound surface measurements, the smaller the index is, the better the performance of inhibiting the proliferation of the scars is, and the specific data are shown in Table 5.
