The invention discloses a water environment big data monitoring system, which comprises: the monitoring stations are respectively arranged in different water areas; the water quality monitoring devices are respectively arranged at each monitoring station; the monitoring equipment comprises a data management module, a statistical analysis module and a display module, wherein the statistical analysis module comprises a real-time monitoring data statistical analysis unit, a historical monitoring data statistical analysis unit and a real-time monitoring data and historical statistical data comparison analysis unit; through the setting of establishing the surveillance center and the monitoring sites, the water quality monitoring devices of the monitoring sites monitor that the water quality data can be transmitted to the monitoring equipment in real time, and the monitoring equipment of the surveillance center can check the water quality detection data and the analysis results of the monitoring sites through the statistical analysis module on the real-time monitoring data and the historical monitoring, so that the efficiency and the detection accuracy of the water quality detection are improved.
