Abstract

The rivet comprises a rivet head, a polished rod, a ring groove locking area, a spiral groove and a tail fixing structure in sequence; the lantern ring sequentially comprises a flange and a deformation area; the connecting pair also comprises a pre-tightening nut positioned at the outer end of the lantern ring when riveting and fastening are carried out; the rivet spiral groove is provided with a thread which is matched and fastened with the pre-tightening nut. The mounting method comprises the detachable mounting of the rivet, the lantern ring and the pre-tightening nut. The invention adopts the pre-tightening nut for pre-installation, can be carried out through a conventional wrench, can adjust the pre-tightening force and the pre-tightening state according to the actual requirement, combines the advantages of bolt adjustability and rivet looseness, has no influence on the installation lantern ring by pre-tightening installation, can realize pre-tightening in the connection process, generates better pre-tightening force between connected workpieces, and can also remove the pre-tightening nut according to the requirement, thereby facilitating the subsequent installation operation.

The Chinese application 202010203271 discloses a circular groove rivet connection pair with a pre-tightening function and an installation method thereof, and discloses a circular groove rivet connection pair with a pre-tightening ring, wherein the pre-tightening mode is that metal on the inner wall of the pre-tightening ring is squeezed into a circular groove of the rivet through a riveting tool to generate a pre-tightening force, the pre-tightening force generated in the process is fixed, a special riveting tool is required for pre-tightening operation, and the pre-tightening force cannot be adjusted according to the actual condition. And in the field use of current riveting fastening, the size of pretightning force needs to be mediated according to actual conditions to many situations, and the on-spot user demand at present can't be satisfied to this structure, and the limitation is great, and uses inconveniently.

6) when a plurality of connecting pairs are used for fastening the connecting pieces, the steps 4) to 5) are repeated in sequence. And finishing the whole connection and fastening.
The connecting pair is mainly applied to the engineering field of steel structure buildings, bridges, wind power tower drum supports and the like with a large number of node structures, and each node structure has at least more than two connecting points which need to be fastened by fasteners. The fastener is pre-installed by adopting the pre-tightening nut, so that the pre-tightening function is realized, the installation and rotation mode can be realized by a conventional wrench, the pre-tightening force and the pre-tightening state can be adjusted according to actual requirements, the defect that the pre-tightening force cannot be adjusted in real time in the using process of the pre-tightening ring is overcome, and the field use is more convenient. The pre-tightening nut combines the advantages of bolt adjustability and rivet looseness, pre-tightening installation has no influence on an installation lantern ring, pre-tightening in the connection process can be realized, good pre-tightening force is generated between connected workpieces, meanwhile, the pre-tightening nut can be detached as required, and subsequent installation operation is facilitated.

The rivet tail fixing structure 1.5 of the invention is a single-groove structure or a multi-groove structure.
The inner side surface of the lantern ring flange 2.3 is provided with a bulge 2.2.
The rivet head 1.1 has parallel head end faces 1.1.1 arranged in parallel on both radial sides for clamping a setting tool.
The invention adopts a mounting tool to connect the connecting pair, the mounting tool mainly comprises a riveting tool and a spanner, and the mounting steps are as follows:
1) the rivet 1 penetrates through the connecting piece 4 from one side, the lantern ring 2 is sleeved in from the tail part of the rivet 1, and then the special pre-tightening nut 3 is screwed in from the tail part spiral groove 1.4;
2) a wrench tool is used for applying torque to the pre-tightening nut 3, proper torque is adopted according to needs to enable the connection pair to be initially pre-tightened, the pre-tightening force is transmitted to the connecting piece 4 through a flange 2.3 structure of the lantern ring 2, the gap of the connecting piece 4 is eliminated, and the position of the connected piece 4 is corrected;
3) each set of connecting piece 4 to be fastened is fastened and connected through at least one connecting pair; repeating the steps 1) to 2) when more than two connection pairs are needed for connection;

5) inserting a riveting tool into the rivet tail fixing structure 1.5, pressing a switch to start riveting, extruding a deformation area 2.1 cylindrical structure of the lantern ring 2 by the riveting tool, pressing a spherical bulge 2.2 on the inner surface of the lantern ring flange 2.3 at the end part of an anvil out of traces when the riveting tool reaches a set riveting force, returning the riveting tool to the original position, and realizing a fastening function by the connecting pair;
6) and when a plurality of connecting pairs are used for fastening the connecting piece, repeating the steps 4) to 5) in sequence to finish all connection fastening.
The connecting pair is applied to wind power generation equipment more frequently, the key positions of the wind power generation equipment are connected by high-strength bolts mostly, and due to the vibration working condition of the wind power generation set in the operation process, the bolt connection needs to be overhauled and maintained regularly, the later maintenance cost is high, and certain potential safety hazards exist. The ring groove rivet has the characteristics of high reliability and good anti-loosening performance, the potential safety hazard can be well solved, but the original rivet has no pre-tightening function, a bolt needs to be used for pre-tightening and leveling in advance in the installation process, after the leveling work is finished, the bolt is completely removed, then the ring groove rivet is penetrated into the ring groove rivet for riveting, the whole construction process is complex, and the installation efficiency is seriously influenced.
The invention adds a pre-tightening function on the basis of the original structure of the rivet, directly penetrates the pre-tightening rivet into a hole of the connecting piece during construction, screws a special pre-tightening nut at the tail part of the rivet after penetrating into the lantern ring, applies a certain torque, enables a connecting pair to generate an initial pre-tightening force not less than 10kN, and adjusts the position of the connecting piece according to the actual working condition. The structure saves the step of replacing the rivet after the bolt is used for pre-tightening, so that the whole installation efficiency is greatly improved, and the construction process is simplified.
