The aluminum profile is an aluminum profile with different cross-sectional shapes obtained by hot-melting and extruding the aluminum profile, when other components are required to be installed on the aluminum profile, the common installation and connection modes at present generally comprise welding, riveting or threaded connection, when the aluminum profile is connected and installed by using a welding mode, the welding cost is high due to poor welding performance of the aluminum, the connection strength is low, and the other components cannot be disassembled after being welded on the aluminum profile, so that the aluminum profile is very inconvenient; when the riveting mode is adopted, the aluminum profile is usually a hollow thin-wall part, so that the riveting strength is low, the looseness is easy to occur, and the riveted part cannot be detached and is very inconvenient; when the aluminum profile is connected and installed by using threaded connection, a threaded hole is formed in the aluminum profile generally, and then a part needing to be fixed is fixedly installed on the aluminum profile by using a bolt. In addition to the common connection modes, at present, a part of the connection modes are connected in a threaded sleeve mode, and the connection modes have better connection stability compared with the connection modes, but the connection firmness and the strength of the common threaded sleeve connection are still not ideal, so that the common threaded sleeve connection is easy to loosen in the axial direction after being used for a period of time and is easy to rotate. Meanwhile, the conventional thread sleeve is generally fixedly arranged on an aluminum profile in a stamping mode at present, and by adopting the method, a special stamping device needs to be used, so that the operation is very inconvenient, and the installation efficiency is influenced. In addition, the structure of the current common thread insert is complex, and the processing and manufacturing cost is increased.

The invention aims to solve the defects and provide the special pulling rivet turnbuckle for the aluminum profile, which has the advantages of simple structure, low manufacturing and using cost, reasonable design, convenient installation, firm fixation and difficult looseness.

An annular groove is formed in the front end of the main body, so that the boss forms a locking ring.
The rivet is composed of a rivet rod and a rivet head located at the front end of the rivet rod, the rivet rod penetrates through the extrusion expansion locking hole of the main body, the rear end of the rivet rod is located on the outer side of the extrusion expansion locking hole, and the rivet head is located in the hole of the main body.

Example 1: as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the special rivet nut for aluminum profiles mainly comprises a main body 1 and a rivet, wherein a base 2 is arranged at the rear end of the main body 1, the diameter of the base 2 is larger than that of the main body 1, an annular boss 3 is arranged on the outer side wall of the main body 1 at the front part of the base 2, the outer side wall of the annular boss 3 can be provided with a regular polygon or a knurling to prevent the nut from rotating after installation, a boss 9 is arranged at the front end part of the main body 1, a hole 4 is formed in the front part of the main body 1, a thread 5 is arranged on the inner side wall of the hole 4, a part to be installed can be fixedly installed on an aluminum profile 10 by screwing a bolt in the hole 4, an expansion locking hole 6 communicated with the hole 4 is formed at the rear part of the main body 1, and the diameter of the expansion locking hole 6 is smaller than that of the hole 4. The rivet is composed of a rivet rod 7 and a rivet head 8 located at the front end of the rivet rod 7, the rivet head 8 is conical, the rivet rod 7 penetrates through the extrusion expansion locking hole 6 of the main body 1, the rear end of the rivet rod is located on the outer side of the extrusion expansion locking hole 6, and the rivet head 8 is located in the hole 4 of the main body 1. Example 2: as shown in fig. 3, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: the nail rod 7 is provided with a fracture 14. After the rivet is pulled, the nail rod 7 and the nail head 8 are broken at the fracture 14, so that the nail head 8 is left in the extruded locking hole 6, as shown in fig. 6.
Example 3: as shown in fig. 4, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: an annular groove 12 is provided in the front end of the body 1 such that the boss 9 forms a locking ring 13. As shown in fig. 7, the rivet is riveted and the locking ring 13 is pressed by a special pressing jig, so that the locking ring 13 is deformed and fixed in the front through hole 11 of the aluminum profile 10 to enhance the connection strength with the aluminum profile 10.
