The front sides of the left and right first sides 2a of the door body 2 are provided with protrusions 21 extending laterally outwards, the protrusions 21 are disposed at positions far away from the rotation position of the door body 2, the protrusions 21 extend along the left and right direction, and the two first sides 2a in this embodiment are the left side and the right side, respectively. The two sets of coupling assemblies 3 have the same configuration, and the coupling assembly 3 on the left side will be described as an example. The connecting assembly 3 of the present embodiment includes a first link 31, a second link 32, a fourth link 33, and a third link 34. The first link 31, the second link 32 and the third link 34 are all surrounded by the annular wall 103 (i.e. located in the space surrounded by the annular wall 103), and the fourth link 33 is located on the peripheral side of the annular wall 103, i.e. the annular wall 103 is located between the fourth link 33 and the third link 34, so that the first link 31, the second link 32 and the third link 34 in the connecting assembly 3 are hidden between the door body 2 and the annular wall 103 in the door closing state.
The first link 31 is located above the extension wall 102 and is arranged to be movable up and down (i.e., toward or away from the housing 1). The first link 31 extends in the front-rear direction, i.e., in the longitudinal direction of the left side of the door body 2 where the projection 21 is located in the closed state, and is disposed on the same side as the projection 21. The first end (i.e., the rear end) of the first link 31 is rotatably connected to the door body 2 by a mounting shaft 22, the mounting shaft 22 extends in the left-right direction and is fixed to the door body 2, the axis of the mounting shaft 22 is the rotation axis of the door body, and the mounting shafts 22 of the two sets of connecting assemblies are coaxially arranged. The second end (i.e. the front end) of the first link 31 is provided with a groove 311 at a position corresponding to the protrusion 21, which is recessed (downward) in a direction away from the door body 2 so that the protrusion 21 is located therein. The second link 32 is arranged along the length direction of the first link 31, i.e., along the front-rear direction. A first end of the second link 32 adjacent to the rotation position of the door 2 (i.e., a rear end of the second link 32 closer to the rotation position of the door 2) is rotatably connected to the corresponding position of the annular wall 103 of the box 1 via a first shaft 322, a second end of the second link 32 away from the rotation position of the door 2 (i.e., a front end of the second link 32 farther from the rotation position of the door 2) is rotatably connected to the first link 31, and the front end of the second link 32 has an extending portion 321 that limits the movement (upward movement) of the protrusion 21 in the direction away from the box 1 and exits the groove 311 when the door is closed. The fourth link 33 is disposed along the arrangement direction of the door 2 and the cabinet 1 (i.e., along the up-down direction, i.e., both ends of the fourth link 33 are upper and lower ends, respectively), and is located at the rear side of the second link 32. A first end (i.e., an upper end) of the aforementioned fourth link 33 is rotatably provided at a corresponding position of the case 1, a second end (i.e., a lower end) of the fourth link 33 is rotatably connected with a left end of the rotating shaft 5, and a lower end of the fourth link 33 is arranged to be rotatable in a length direction of the first link 31 (i.e., rotatable in a front-rear direction); the third link 34 is located between the first link 31 and the fourth link 33 along the direction in which the rotation axis of the door body 2 extends, and the third link 34 is arranged along the length direction of the first link 31 (i.e., arranged along the front-rear direction, and the two ends of the third link 34 are respectively the front end and the rear end). The connecting shafts 4 of the two groups of connecting components are coaxially arranged.
The driving mechanism is a push rod motor 6 located behind the cabinet 1 and arranged vertically (i.e. along the arrangement direction of the cabinet and the door body). The push rod motor 6 has a push rod 61 extending in the up-down direction, and the push rod motor in this embodiment adopts the structure and the working principle in the prior art, which will not be described in detail in this embodiment. The lower end of the push rod motor 6 is hinged on the rear wall surface of the box body 1, the free end (upper end) of the push rod 61 of the push rod motor 6 is connected with the position near the middle of the rotating shaft 5 through a bracket, so that when the push rod 61 of the push rod motor 6 moves downwards, the lower end of the fourth connecting rod 33 is driven to rotate towards the convex part 21 (forward), at the moment, the first connecting rod 31 moves upwards, and then the extending part 321 of the second connecting rod 32 is enabled to be in a first state that the convex part 21 can be separated from the groove 311 by rotating towards the direction far away from the box body 1 (upward rotation); thus, the front side of the door body 2 can rotate upward relative to the first link 31 to open the opening 101, or rotate downward to close the opening 101. Alternatively, when the push rod 61 of the push rod motor 6 moves upward, the second end (i.e., the lower end) of the fourth link 33 is driven to rotate in a direction away from the protrusion 21 (i.e., backward), and at this time, the first link 31 moves downward, so that the extension portion 321 of the second link 32 is in a second state of rotating in a direction toward the box 1 (i.e., downward) to limit the protrusion 21 from coming out of the groove 311.
The water guide plate 7 for sweeping water into the cavity 10 is disposed on the rear side of the upper surface of the extension wall 102, the water guide plate 7 extends in the left-right direction, the water guide plate 7 is rotatably disposed on the extension wall 102 adjacent to the first side (front side) of the protrusion 21, and the rotation axis of the water guide plate 7 extends in the left-right direction, in this embodiment, the top surface of the water guide plate 7 has an inclined surface 70 gradually inclined downward from the rear to the front, and the inclined surface 70 is located at the front of the top surface of the water guide plate 7. The second side (i.e., the rear side) of the water guide plate 7 opposite to the first side is turned along the moving direction of the first link 31, and the moving directions of the two sides are the same. In order to realize the rotation of the rear side of the water deflector 7, the left side and the right side of the water deflector 7 are both provided with the connecting pieces 8, the two connecting pieces 8 are arranged at intervals along the left-right direction of the length direction of the water deflector 7, the structural forms of the two connecting pieces 8 are the same, and the following description takes one of the connecting pieces 8 as an example. The upper portion of the above-mentioned connecting piece is equipped with the movable rod 81 that drives the rear side upset of water deflector 7, and the movable rod 81 extends along the upper-lower direction, and the perforation that the upper end that supplies the movable rod 81 to wear out is seted up to aforementioned extension wall 102, and the upper end of movable rod 81 is connected with the rear side of water deflector 7, and connecting piece 8 is seted up along the fore-and-aft direction arc hole 82 that gradually bends down (this arc hole 82 is gradually to keeping away from the bending of door body 2 direction along the direction of arranging of third connecting rod 34 and second connecting rod 32 promptly). When the push rod 61 of the push rod motor 6 moves up and down, the push rod moves back and forth along the length direction of the arc-shaped hole 82, so that the movable rod 81 slides up and down, the rear side of the water guide plate 7 rotates up and down, and the water guide plate 7 is in an inclined state or a horizontal state. When the first link 31 moves upward, the rear side of the water guide panel 7 rotates upward, and when the first link 31 moves downward, the rear side of the water guide panel 7 rotates downward, that is, the movement directions of the first link 31 and the rear side of the water guide panel 7 coincide. In the door closing state, the water guide plate 7 is hidden in the gap between the door body and the box body, and the appearance is not influenced.
The working process of the cleaning machine is as follows:
as shown in fig. 7 and 8, during drying, the push rod 61 of the push rod motor 6 moves downward, the fourth link 33 rotates counterclockwise, the third link 34 rotates counterclockwise synchronously, the first link 31 is pushed upward to move the first link 31 upward, because the door 2 is connected with the first link 31 through the cooperation of the protrusion 21, the groove 311 and the extension 321, at this time, the door 2 moves upward along with the first link 31 until reaching a certain height, and then stops, at this time, the second link 32 rotates counterclockwise around the first shaft 322 until the extension 321 is located at the rear side of the top opening of the groove 311, at this time, the protrusion 21 can move upward from the groove 311, and a gap is left between the door 2 and the extension 101 of the box 1, so that moisture can be rapidly discharged from the cavity 10, and the drying effect in the cavity 10 is improved.
When the door needs to be opened, a user can pull the front side of the door body 2 to move upwards, at the moment, the convex part 21 can leave from the groove 311, the door body can rotate upwards relative to the first connecting rod 31 to be in an opening state, and at the moment, the user can take tableware from the container 10. According to the embodiment, the door body 2 can move upwards (in a drying state) periodically according to the requirement of tableware storage, so that the dryness in the cavity 10 is ensured, and the tableware storage effect is ensured.
If the user wants to store the tableware in the accommodating cavity 10 continuously, in order to prevent the dust and the like from entering the accommodating cavity 10 and polluting the tableware, after the drying is finished, the push rod 61 of the push rod motor 6 moves upwards to drive the fourth connecting rod and the third connecting rod clockwise, the first connecting rod and the door body 2 move downwards until the door body returns to the door closing state, in the process, the second connecting rod 32 moves clockwise, at the moment, the extending part 321 is located above the top opening of the groove 311, the extending part 321 blocks the convex part 21 from moving upwards out of the top opening of the groove 311, and the door body 2 is prevented from moving upwards relative to the box body 1, namely, the door body 2 is in the locked state and cannot be opened. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the door closed state, the rear side of the water guide panel 7 is rotated downward until the door is closed, and the bottom surface of the water guide panel 7 is changed from the inclined state to the horizontal state.
Above-mentioned cleaning machine can effectively improve the stoving effect, need not to set up top door motor and lock, can save more spaces and give appearance chamber 10, increases and hold 10 capacities in chamber.
