When the baffle 20 needs to be switched from the third state to the second state, the electromagnetic chuck 50 is electrified, the limiting block assembly moves upwards as a whole, the two second limiting blocks 42 of the limiting block assembly block the front openings of the two second clamping grooves 140, the two first limiting blocks 41 correspondingly open the front openings of the two first clamping grooves 130, then the connecting rod movement mechanism acts, the baffle 20 is driven by the connecting rod movement mechanism to deflect downwards by taking the second side edge 22 (namely the axis of the second pin shaft 220) of the baffle 20 as the rotating axis, so that the whole baffle 20 is basically in a horizontal state, and in the second state, the effect of smoke collection can be achieved as well, and the baffle can be used as a shelf for placing articles, and is convenient to take. More specifically, in the second state, the first link 31 and the second link 32 extend on the same straight line (see fig. 7 in detail), so that the baffle 20 can be ensured to be capable of carrying a sufficient amount of weight in the second state.

Claims (13)

1. An integrated kitchen range head structure comprising:
the machine head body (10) is provided with a vertically extending smoke inlet air duct (11) and an air inlet (12) for external smoke to enter the smoke inlet air duct (11);
a baffle plate (20) which is arranged on the machine head body (10), extends along the left-right direction and is positioned above the front of the air inlet (12), wherein the baffle plate (20) is provided with a first side edge (21) and a second side edge (22) which are opposite in the front-back direction;
the method is characterized in that: the machine head body (10) is provided with a first connecting part (13) and a second connecting part (14) which are separated by a certain distance in the up-down direction in a region which is correspondingly positioned above the air inlet (12), and the first connecting part (13) is positioned above the second connecting part (14);
the baffle (20) is connected with the machine head body (10) through a connecting rod movement mechanism and can at least move in a deflection way between a first state and a second state:
in the first state, a first side edge (21) of the baffle plate (20) is connected with the first connecting part (13) of the machine head body (10), and the baffle plate (20) can be enabled to be in a horizontal state as a whole by upwards deflecting by taking the first side edge (21) as a rotating axis;
in the second state, the second side edge (22) of the baffle plate (20) is connected with the second connecting part (14) of the machine head body (10), and the second side edge (22) can be downwards deflected by taking the second side edge (22) as a rotating axis to enable the whole baffle plate (20) to be in a basically horizontal state.
2. The integrated cooktop head structure of claim 1, wherein: the left end and the right end of the first side edge (21) of the baffle plate (20) are respectively provided with a first pin shaft (210) extending outwards along the left-right direction, the positions of the machine head body (10) corresponding to the two first pin shafts (210) are provided with first clamping grooves (130) with open front parts for limiting the corresponding first pin shafts (210), and the two first clamping grooves (130) form a first connecting part (13) of the machine head body (10);
the left end and the right end of the second side edge (22) of the baffle plate (20) are respectively provided with a second pin shaft (220) extending outwards along the left-right direction, the positions of the machine head body (10) corresponding to the two second pin shafts (220) are provided with second clamping grooves (140) with open front parts for limiting the corresponding second pin shafts (220), and the two second clamping grooves (140) form a second connecting part (14) of the machine head body (10).
3. The integrated burner head structure of claim 2, wherein the link movement mechanism includes:
a drive motor (30) fixed to the head body (10) and having a power output shaft capable of rotating in the forward and reverse directions;
the first end of the first connecting rod (31) is connected with the power output shaft of the driving motor (30), so that the first connecting rod can deflect around the power output shaft of the driving motor (30) as a rotation axis under the driving of the driving motor (30);
and the first end of the second connecting rod (32) is rotationally connected with the second end of the first connecting rod (31), the second end of the second connecting rod (32) is rotationally connected with the part of the baffle plate (20) between the first side edge (21) and the second side edge (22), and the rotation axis of the position where the second connecting rod (32) is rotationally connected with the first connecting rod (31) and the rotation axis of the position where the second connecting rod (32) is rotationally connected with the baffle plate (20) are parallel to the power output shaft of the driving motor (30).
4. The integrated cooktop head structure of claim 3, further comprising:
the limiting block assembly comprises two first limiting blocks (41) which are respectively and correspondingly arranged adjacent to the two first clamping grooves (130) and two second limiting blocks (42) which are respectively and correspondingly arranged adjacent to the two second clamping grooves (140), each first limiting block (41) is movably arranged on the machine head body (10) and is provided with a first limiting state for blocking the front opening of the corresponding first clamping groove (130) and a first yielding state for opening the front opening of the corresponding first clamping groove (130), the first pin shaft (210) of the baffle plate (20) is rotationally restrained in the first clamping groove (130) when the first limiting block (41) is in the first limiting state, so that the baffle plate (20) can only deflect by taking the first pin shaft (210) of the baffle plate (20) as a rotation center, and the first limiting block (41) can allow the first pin shaft (210) of the baffle plate (20) to enter the first clamping groove (130) or to be in the first pin shaft (20) in the first yielding state;
each second limiting block (42) is movably arranged on the machine head body (10), and is provided with a second limiting state for blocking the front opening of the corresponding second clamping groove (140) and a second yielding state for opening the front opening of the corresponding second clamping groove (140), when the second limiting block (42) is in the second limiting state, the second pin shaft (220) of the baffle plate (20) is rotationally restrained in the second clamping groove (140) so that the baffle plate (20) can only deflect by taking the second pin shaft (220) of the baffle plate (20) as a rotation center, and when the second limiting block (42) is in the second yielding state, the second pin shaft (220) of the baffle plate (20) can be allowed to be separated from the second clamping groove (140) or enter the second clamping groove (140) in the deflection process of the baffle plate (20).

The integrated cooktop head structure of claim 4, wherein: each first limiting block (41) and each second limiting block (42) are connected through a connecting frame (43) to form an integral piece, the integral piece forms the limiting block assembly, the limiting block assembly is driven by a second driving mechanism to move relative to the machine head body (10), and one of the front opening of the first clamping groove (130) and the front opening of the second clamping groove (140) is blocked when the other is opened.
