Abstract
The invention relates to a wood pile inserting device for constructing a fence wall after transplanting of tree seedlings, which is provided with a double-layer trolley, wherein the left part and the right part of the double-layer trolley are respectively and correspondingly provided with an overturning insertion component and a feeding component; the overturning insertion assembly and the feeding assembly are matched with a timber pile containing assembly. The variable frame 10 is provided with an arc groove 10a with a central angle of 180 degrees, and the left end of the containing frame 2 is welded with a support rod 11 matched with the arc groove 10 a. The timber pile containing assembly also comprises a feeding control member and a timber pile fixing member; the feeding control component is composed of a fixed plugging plate 12 arranged at the bottom end of the right side of the U-shaped containing frame 2a, an air cylinder 13 arranged at the rear end of the U-shaped containing frame 2a and a movable plugging plate 14 connected with the air cylinder 13. The fixed plugging plate 12 is used for plugging the residual timber piles stored in the original containing groove frame 4 after the containing frame 2 is turned over, and the front end face of the movable plugging plate 14 is an inclined face which is used for isolating the timber piles in the original containing groove frame 4 from the timber piles entering the U-shaped containing frame 2a conveniently.
The right back side of the U-shaped containing frame 2a is provided with a clamping groove which is in sliding fit with the movable plugging plate 14 from front to back.
The timber pile fixing component also comprises a bearing sleeve 15, a B-type motor 16 and a main sleeve 17, wherein the bearing sleeve 15 and the B-type motor 16 are fixedly arranged on the containing frame 2; the B-type motor 16 is connected to a main sleeve 17. I.e. the main sleeve 17 is rotatable.
A C-shaped motor 18 and a B-shaped vertical rod 19 are respectively arranged in the main sleeve 17; the C-shaped motor 18 is connected with a lead screw 20, and a main sleeve plate 21 which is vertically matched with the B-shaped vertical rod 19 in a sliding manner is in threaded fit on the lead screw 20. The axis of the B-type motor 16 is collinear with the axis of the C-type motor 18. The main sleeve plate 21 can be lifted and rotated together with the main sleeve 17.
The main sleeve plate 21 is provided with a semicircular pressing block 21 a.
