Abstract

The invention discloses a three-row pile supporting structure and a corresponding foundation pit construction method, wherein the three-row pile supporting structure comprises shallow foundation pits adjacent to a building/structure and deep foundation pits positioned on the other side of the shallow foundation pit structure and communicated with the shallow foundation pit structure; a row of shallow foundation pit guard piles are arranged on one side of pit joint; a plurality of groups of pile foundations are arranged below the bottom plate of the shallow foundation pit along the length direction of the side wall; the top plate of the shallow foundation pit and the part of the bottom plate facing one side of the deep foundation pit are connected with the integrated bottom plate side wall of the deep foundation pit. During construction, firstly, a shallow foundation pit is constructed, then, the existing two rows of shallow foundation pit guard piles of the shallow foundation pit are utilized to form L-shaped three rows of piles of a high pile cap stress structure with the existing structure side wall, the base plate and the plurality of groups of pile foundations, and in the process of excavating the deep foundation pit to the bottom, the L-shaped three rows of piles of the high pile cap stress structure are adopted to bear lateral soil pressure. In a high-low span oversized foundation pit structure such as an underground garage, when the construction needs to be divided, the traditional method generally comprises the steps of firstly carrying out supporting excavation on a deep foundation pit structure, and then using the deep foundation pit as a supporting of a shallow foundation pit structure after the completion of the supporting excavation;
or the high-low span foundation pit is made into a large foundation pit, and a supporting structure is arranged in the deep foundation pit, namely, the supporting is carried out according to the pit-in-pit scheme.

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention provides a three-row pile supporting structure and a corresponding foundation pit construction method, which aims to solve the shortcomings of the prior art, and make the foundation pit construction faster, more efficient and more economical.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention discloses a three-row pile supporting structure, which comprises a shallow foundation pit adjacent to a building/structure and a deep foundation pit positioned at the other side of the shallow foundation pit structure and communicated with the shallow foundation pit structure.
Wherein the shallow foundation pit faces to the outer side of the side wall of the building/structure, and a row of shallow foundation pit guard piles are arranged on one side which is jointed with the deep foundation pit;
a plurality of groups of pile foundations are arranged below the bottom plate of the shallow foundation pit along the length direction of the side wall;
and the top plate of the shallow foundation pit and the part of the bottom plate facing to one side of the deep foundation pit are connected with the integrated bottom plate side wall of the deep foundation pit.
Preferably, each pile foundation comprises more than 4 engineering piles which are arranged in a rectangular array.
