Referring to fig. 3, a green belt 5 is provided beside a road surface body 1, a curbstone 6 is provided between the green belt 5 and the road surface body 1, a drainage channel 61 is provided on the curbstone 6, a first filter screen 62 is fixedly provided in the drainage channel 61, and the first filter screen 62 completely covers a water flow path in the drainage channel 61 for filtering rainwater.
