Abstract
本发明涉及日用化工品领域,提供一种去除顽固污渍的洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物。所述洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物,以重量百分比计,其中含有0.1‑20%氧漂白剂和0.1‑50%蛋白变性剂。本发明的洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物,通过在常规组合中添加蛋白变性剂,利用特定量的蛋白变性剂与氧漂白剂发挥协同作用,从而有效去除蒸蛋污渍,还能有效清洁其它污类型污渍,比如:肉末、菠菜、鸡蛋、牛奶、红茶、麦片粥、黄油等,而且作用时间快,安全性高。

本发明涉及日用化工品领域,尤其涉及一种去除顽固污渍的洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物。
背景技术
家居厨房的餐具清洁一直是让消费者烦恼的事情。国内中式餐饮的饮食结构丰富,不但污渍成分复杂,难清洗,而且餐具种类多、差异大,尤其是经高温烹饪的餐具,如:水蒸蛋的碗、煲粥的砂锅、干结米渍的电饭煲、清蒸鱼的餐盘、海鲜咖喱火锅等重餐饮的餐具、烤箱中的餐饮具等(或者增加:咖啡杯、茶杯)。污渍在烹饪的高温环境中,油脂中的双键、碳碳单键和碳氢键都会发生氧化产生各种烃基自由基,然后自由基链式氧化聚合和氧化分解,形成粘性强的污垢附着在餐具表面。同时,这些高温聚合的油污和变性交联的蛋白质、糖类、淀粉等结合在一起,使污渍与餐具表面的结合力更牢固,更难清洗。
随着洗碗机的出现,其具有节省体力、方便、节水的优点,而且具有清洗、消毒、烘干和贮存等多种功能,深受广大消费者的欢迎。但是,对于以上某些经高温烹饪后的污渍,目前使用洗碗机很难彻底清洁干净,往往需要再手洗一遍,手洗时,通过增大机械力来去除这些顽固污渍,比如钢丝球、用力擦拭、延长浸泡时间等。如此不能真正满足消费者“解放双手”的需求。
因此,亟需一种去除顽固污渍能力强的洗碗机专用洗涤剂,配合机洗时水流喷射产生的机械力,使洗碗机能清洗干净所有餐具,完全“解放双手”。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决相关技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种去除顽固污渍的洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物,能够有效去除蒸蛋、肉渍、牛奶等顽固污渍。
根据本发明实施例的洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物,以重量百分比计,所述洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物中含有0.1-20%氧漂白剂和0.1-50%蛋白变性剂。
根据本发明实施例的洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物,其中氧漂白剂加速蛋白质化学键断裂,蛋白变性剂与氧漂白剂协同作用,改变蛋白质结构并增加其在水中的溶解度,从而更容易使污渍溶解、剥离,有效去除蒸蛋污渍以及其它污类型污渍,如肉末、菠菜、牛奶、红茶、等,而且作用时间快,安全性高。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述蛋白变性剂为盐酸胍、硫氰酸盐、咪唑烷基脲、尿素中的一种或多种。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述蛋白变性剂为盐酸胍与咪唑烷基脲以质量比1:2-2:1组成的混合物。当蛋白变性剂选择特定比例的盐酸胍和咪唑烷基脲时,其去除顽固污渍效果更好。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物中还含有活化剂;所述氧漂白剂为过硼酸盐、过碳酸盐、过磷酸盐、过硫酸盐中的一种或多种;所述活化剂为四乙酰乙二胺。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述氧漂白剂及活化剂的总和与所述蛋白变性剂的质量比为1:2-2:1。
根据本发明的一些实施例,以重量百分比计,所述洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物中还含有5-60%的螯合剂;所述螯合剂为柠檬酸、葡萄酸、谷氨酸二乙酸、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸、羟基乙叉二膦酸及其碱金属盐或铵盐中的一种或多种。

本发明的洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物,通过在常规组合中添加蛋白变性剂,使蛋白变性剂与氧漂白剂发挥协同作用,能够有效去除蒸蛋污渍,还能有效清洁其它污类型污渍,比如:肉末、菠菜、鸡蛋、牛奶、红茶、麦片粥、黄油等,而且作用时间快,安全性高。
进一步的,本发明的洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物具有除菌功效,有效杀灭大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌。
更进一步的,本发明的洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物制成洗碗粉产品,性能稳定、流动性好、不易结团。

本发明实施例提供的去除顽固污渍的洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物,以重量百分比计,所述洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物中含有0.1-20%氧漂白剂和0.1-50%蛋白变性剂。
洗碗机专用洗涤剂的产品形式包括:洗碗粉、洗碗块、洗碗凝珠、洗碗液等。不管哪种产品形式,为达到高效清洗的洗净目标,洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物中通常含以下功效成分:表面活性剂、碱性助剂、螯合剂、聚合物分散剂、酶制剂和漂白剂。其中,漂白剂用于去除餐具上的茶渍、果渍、咖啡渍、红酒渍、火锅渍等有色污渍,一般选用氧化型漂白剂,包括氧漂和氯漂。
本发明研究发现,在常规洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物的基础上添加蛋白变性剂,可以使蛋白变性剂与氧漂白剂发挥协同作用,从而有效去除蒸蛋污渍以及其它污类型污渍,如肉末、菠菜、牛奶、红茶、等,而且作用时间快,安全性高。采用洗碗机清洗各种餐具炊具后无需再次手洗,可以真正实现“解放双手”,优于现有的洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述蛋白变性剂为盐酸胍、硫氰酸盐、咪唑烷基脲、尿素中的一种或多种。
其中,盐酸胍是一种有机物,化学式为CH6ClN3,白色或微黄色块状物。20℃时在水中可以溶解。
硫氰酸盐,又称硫氰化物,为含硫氰根离子(SCN)-的化合物。重金属硫氰酸盐均难溶于水。碱金属硫氰酸盐均易溶于水,为常用的试剂,如硫氰酸钾、硫氰酸铵。本发明使用的硫氰酸盐为易溶于水的碱金属硫氰酸盐。
咪唑烷基脲,分子式为C11H16N8O8,白色流体粉末,带有淡特有的气味。少量添加量的咪唑烷基脲一般用作化妆品、香波、露液等产品中的防腐剂,而本发明中作为蛋白变性剂。
尿素,又称脲、碳酰胺,化学式是CH4N2O或CO(NH2)2,是由碳、氮、氧、氢组成的有机化合物,是一种白色晶体,最简单的有机化合物之一。尿素最广的应用之一是作为农业领域的肥料,另一应用是作为工业领域重要的化工生产原料。本发明中尿素作为蛋白变性剂使用,其能非常有效地使蛋白质变性,尤其能非常有效地破坏非共价键结合的蛋白质。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述蛋白变性剂为盐酸胍与咪唑烷基脲以质量比1:2-2:1组成的混合物。
虽然单独使用上述几种蛋白变性剂时,单一的盐酸胍和单一的咪唑烷基脲效果不是最好的,但是本发明研究发现,当蛋白变性剂选择特定比例的盐酸胍和咪唑烷基脲时,其去除顽固污渍效果比其它组合更好。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物中还含有活化剂,用于活化氧漂白剂,促进其作用。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述氧漂白剂为过硼酸盐、过碳酸盐、过磷酸盐、过硫酸盐中的一种或多种;所述活化剂为四乙酰乙二胺。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述氧漂白剂及活化剂的总和与所述蛋白变性剂的质量比为1:2-2:1。
氧漂白剂及活化剂的总和与蛋白变性剂的质量比也影响着最终去污效果,本发明研究发现,在上述比例下,去除顽固污渍效果较好。
根据本发明的一些实施例,以重量百分比计,所述洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物中还含有5-60%的螯合剂;所述螯合剂为柠檬酸、葡萄酸、谷氨酸二乙酸、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸、羟基乙叉二膦酸及其碱金属盐或铵盐中的一种或多种。螯合剂可螯合水中的钙镁离子,软化水,防止其盐类沉积在餐具表面,并提高洗净力。
优选地,所述螯合剂为柠檬酸钠和甲基甘氨酸二乙酸钠的组合物,或者为柠檬酸钠、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸钠和乙二胺四乙酸钠的组合物,或者为柠檬酸钠、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸钠和羟基乙叉二膦酸钠的组合物。
根据本发明的一些实施例,以重量百分比计,所述洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物中还含有5-60%的碱性助剂;所述碱性助剂为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、偏硅酸钠、碳酸钠、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钾、二硅酸钠中的一种或多种。碱性助剂具备pH缓冲能力,可使洗涤过程保持碱性环境,使污垢疏松,提供皂化或乳化油脂的能力。
优选地,所述碱性助剂为偏硅酸钠和碳酸钠的组合物。
根据本发明的一些实施例,以重量百分比计,所述洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物中还含有0.1-20%的聚合物分散剂;所述聚合物分散剂为丙烯酸均聚物、丙烯酸马来酸共聚物中的一种或多种,其分子量在2000-100000之间。聚合物分散剂能够将已经洗掉的污渍分散在水中,防止再沉积,还可以抑制结垢,阻止碳酸钙结晶生长。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物中还含有0.1-20%的表面活性剂;所述表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂,选自环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物、脂肪醇烷氧基化物、脂肪酸烷氧基化物、乙氧基化脂肪酸甲酯中的一种或多种。表面活性剂去污能力强而且要低泡;降低水的表面张力,利用润湿、分散、乳化等作用,削弱污垢在餐具表面的黏附力,使污垢容易从餐具表面脱离并分散到水中。
优选地,所述表面活性剂为环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物。
根据本发明的一些实施例,以重量百分比计,所述洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物中还含有0.01-5%的酶制剂;所述酶制剂为蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、脂肪酶、果胶酶、甘露聚糖酶中的一种或多种。酶制剂具有高效催化作用,酶具有专一性和高效性,极少量的酶就能起到显著的效果。
优选地,所述酶制剂为蛋白酶和淀粉酶的组合物。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物中还含有色素、香精、消泡剂、pH调节剂、缓蚀剂中的一种或多种,总重量百分比不超过2%。
其中,消泡剂优选为改性聚二甲基硅氧烷类消泡剂,其添加量为0.01-1%。
色素包含染料和颜料,可为本领域允许在洗涤产品中应用的所有色素,合适的例子如酸性大红G,碱性品红,酸性金黄G,酸性嫩黄G,碱性蛋黄,直接耐晒蓝B2RL,靛青等。
所用香精可以是天然来源,也可以是化学合成的制品,或者是二者的混合物。合适的例子如柠檬,玫瑰,茉莉,薰衣草,柑橘香,青香,木香等。。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物中还含有余量的填充料,所述填充料为硫酸盐、氯化钠中的一种或多种。

本发明实施例提供的洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物,其制备方法为本领域常规方法,主要包括将各组分混合均匀的步骤。具体应根据组分在组合物中的状态和作用以及组分的稳定性选择合适的加工温度和加工时间,从而获得各组分混合均匀的组合物。优选地,混合过程中加料顺序为填充料→螯合剂、碱性助剂、表面活性剂→消泡剂、氧漂白剂及其活化剂、蛋白变性剂、聚合物分散剂→香精和酶制剂→剩余成分。
进一步地,也可根据需要将组合物制作成洗碗粉、洗碗块、洗碗凝珠、洗碗液等不同产品形式。
本发明的洗涤剂组合物的使用方法是本领域技术人员所熟知的,典型的使用方法是将具体的洗涤剂组合物实施方案以稀释在水中的方式,和被洗餐饮具的表面接触,然后漂洗被洗餐饮具的表面。优选地,被洗餐饮具在上述接触步骤和漂洗步骤之间进行洗涤步骤。洗涤步骤包括但不限于高温浸泡和水流机洗冲击。所述洗涤剂组合物在水中浓度约为500ppm至10000ppm,水温优选为5℃至约65℃。水与洗涤剂的比率优选为约50:1至约200:1。当然,本发明的洗涤剂组合物也可以根据洗碗机的具体操作说明中关于洗涤剂添加的描述部分进行使用。
下面将介绍具体实施例。
实施例1-5
实施例1-5分别提供一种洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物,其配方组成如表1所示。其制备方法如下:
(1)先向配料锅中投入填充料;
(2)搅拌下,依次加螯合剂、碱性助剂、表面活性剂,搅拌均匀;
(3)投入消泡剂、氧漂白剂及其活化剂、蛋白变性剂、聚合物分散剂,搅拌均匀;
(4)向配料锅中投入香精和酶制剂,搅拌均匀;
(5)向配料锅中加入其它成分,搅拌均匀(若没有其它成分了,则忽略该步骤);
(6)继续对配料锅中的物料进行充分搅拌,包装物结块和结团先行过筛,经检验合格后包装。

对比例1-3分别提供一种洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物,其配方组成如表1所示,其制备方法同实施例。
1、蒸蛋污渍的洗净力测试
(1)人工污垢制备方法
a、人工污垢制备材料与仪器
本测试使用人工污垢,制备方法参考GB/T24692-2009《表面活性剂家庭机洗餐具用洗涤剂性能比较试验导则》B.4.2人工污垢配方。该人工污垢使用完毕可以置于冰箱冷藏室保存,一次配制可多次使用,但不能超过30天。下次使用之前需要在室温放置至少半小时以上,上下充分摇匀后取用。
天平,百分之一(0.01g),机械搅拌器,恒温水浴锅。
b、人工污垢制备过程
以1:1:2的质量比将猪油、牛油和植物油(大豆油)置于烧杯中,用恒温水浴锅加热至50℃-60℃使其融化,搅拌均匀,待用。将混合均匀的小麦粉和全脂奶粉分次加入融化的混合油的烧杯中搅拌;分次将新鲜蛋液加入烧杯中搅拌均匀;分别加入番茄酱、芥末搅拌均匀,最后分次将蒸馏水加入烧杯中,搅拌半小时成均匀的人工污垢,待用。
(2)蒸蛋污渍制备方法
a、蒸蛋污渍制备材料与仪器
鸡蛋,自来水,陶瓷碗,电磁炉,蒸锅,打蛋器,恒温鼓风干燥箱。
b、蒸蛋污渍制备过程
将鲜鸡蛋和自来水按质量比3:2比例混合,用搅蛋器搅拌均匀,将鸡蛋液倒入碗中,将蒸蛋碗盖上保鲜膜备用。电磁炉加热蒸锅水至沸腾,将蒸蛋瓷碗置于蒸锅中蒸10min后立即取出,室温下冷却10min后刮蛋,刮完蛋后蒸蛋碗壁留有一层薄薄的均匀的蛋渍,置于冰箱冷藏室储存过夜。过夜后取出蒸蛋碗,备洗。
(3)洗净力测试机型与测试时序
洗碗机型号:美的RX600柜式洗碗机;
洗碗粉用量:25g。
测试程序:超强洗,装载容量:13套。
(4)餐具的数量和规格
餐具的种类和数量(13套餐具)如下表:

(5)洗碗机装载方式
餐具的摆放方式如图1所示,其中画圈处为蒸蛋碗。
(6)洗净力测试过程
a、摆放干净餐具、2个蒸蛋碗,参考图1中的洗碗机装载方式;
b、把待测洗碗粉样品25g放入洗涤剂槽中;
c、选择“强力洗”的模式,启动洗碗机;
d、待预洗结束后,加入人工污垢20g(人工污垢直接加入洗碗机内,此操作目的为模拟脏餐盘的洗涤过程,考察其它污渍对蒸蛋洗涤是否有干扰)。
(7)洗净力评分方法
通过目测对2个蒸蛋瓷碗分别评分,再求平均值。每个蛋碗均按1-5分打分,洗涤效果越好,分值越高,结果取平均值。其中:
1分:蛋渍基本上没有洗下来,蛋渍面积占比100%;
2分:大部分蛋渍没有洗干净,50%<蛋渍面积占比<100%;
3分:小部分蛋渍没有洗干净,1%<蛋渍面积占比<50%;
4分:很少量或几个小斑点的残留,蛋渍面积占比<1%;
5分:蛋渍全部洗干净,无任何蛋渍残留。
测试结果如下表所示。

结果表明,对于蒸蛋污渍的洗净力,实施例1-5能达到4-5分,只有少量的蒸蛋没有洗干净,明显优于对比例1-3,对比例1-3只能达到1.5-2分,大部分蒸蛋没有洗干净。
2、标准污渍的洗净力测试
评价方法:执行GB 38383-2019《洗碗机能效水效限定值及等级》,洗碗机型号:Miele-G1222SC标准洗碗机,洗碗粉用量:25g。测试程序:EN/IEC,装载容量:12套。测试结果如下表所示。

结果表明,在多种不同的标准餐具上,对于标准污渍(黄油、菠菜、肉末、鸡蛋、燕麦粥、牛奶、红茶),实施例1-5所得产品均有较好的洗净力。
3、产品基本性能测试
测试方法:
(1)流动性:参照GBT 11986表面活性剂粉体和颗粒休止角的测量,在一块水平板上方一定高度处固定溢专用漏斗,将给定体积的粉状或颗粒状样品通过此漏斗,测定所得到的锥形体的休止角,休止角越小,表明样品流动性越好。
(2)溶解性(不溶物含量%):室温25℃条件下,1g样品溶解在250g的250ppm硬水中,以250rpm的转速搅拌1min,用快速定性滤纸过滤,恒重滤纸并计算残留物重量。
(3)抗结块性:将抗结块性能测试仪安装好,在结块性能测试仪下部的容器的底部放一块垫片,套上圆筒,用卡箍将圆筒箍紧;将被测样品倒入结块性能测试仪下部的容器中,直至倒满溢为止,将上表面用直尺刮平;在粉体表面放上一块垫片,松开销钉,轻轻放下压杆,让压杆灵活落下,使下圆盘正好压在垫片上;在压杆圆盘上加上两个5KG砝码维持2分钟后取下砝码;取下5KG的砝码,提起压杆,插上销钉,小心的拆下卡箍,移走容器;在垫片上加砝码:先要估计一个初值,加上相应的砝码,保持10s,然后再加砝码,直至粉体大部分都脱落并倒塌为止,记录所加的砝码总重。重量越小,说明洗碗粉抗结块性能越好,重量越大,说明洗碗粉的抗结块性能越差。
测试结果如下表所示。

结果表明,实施例1-3所得产品均无异味,流动性好,不易结块,易溶解。另外,实施例4-5的效果与实施例1-3接近。
4、抑菌性能测试
根据《日化产品抗菌抑菌效果的评价方法》QB/T2738-2012的要求,对各实施例的产品进行快速抑菌效果评估,结果如下表所示。

结果表明,实施例1-3所得产品对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌具有很好的抑菌功效,抑菌率均达到99%以上。另外,实施例4-5的抑菌效果与实施例1-3相同。

1.一种去除顽固污渍的洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,以重量百分比计,所述洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物中含有0.1-20%氧漂白剂和0.1-50%蛋白变性剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的去除顽固污渍的洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述蛋白变性剂为盐酸胍、硫氰酸盐、咪唑烷基脲、尿素中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的去除顽固污渍的洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述蛋白变性剂为盐酸胍与咪唑烷基脲以质量比1:2-2:1组成的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的去除顽固污渍的洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物中还含有活化剂;
所述氧漂白剂为过硼酸盐、过碳酸盐、过磷酸盐、过硫酸盐中的一种或多种;所述活化剂为四乙酰乙二胺。
5.根据权利要求4所述的去除顽固污渍的洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述氧漂白剂及活化剂的总和与所述蛋白变性剂的质量比为1:2-2:1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的去除顽固污渍的洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,以重量百分比计,所述洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物中还含有5-60%的螯合剂;所述螯合剂为柠檬酸、葡萄酸、谷氨酸二乙酸、甲基甘氨酸二乙酸、乙二胺四乙酸、羟基乙叉二膦酸及其碱金属盐或铵盐中的一种或多种;
和/或,以重量百分比计,所述洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物中还含有5-60%的碱性助剂;所述碱性助剂为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、偏硅酸钠、碳酸钠、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钾、二硅酸钠中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的去除顽固污渍的洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,以重量百分比计,所述洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物中还含有0.1-20%的聚合物分散剂;所述聚合物分散剂为丙烯酸均聚物、丙烯酸马来酸共聚物中的一种或多种,其分子量在2000-100000之间;
和/或,以重量百分比计,所述洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物中还含有0.1-20%的表面活性剂;所述表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂,选自环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物、脂肪醇烷氧基化物、脂肪酸烷氧基化物、乙氧基化脂肪酸甲酯中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的去除顽固污渍的洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,以重量百分比计,所述洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物中还含有0.01-5%的酶制剂;所述酶制剂为蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、脂肪酶、果胶酶、甘露聚糖酶中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求6-8任一项所述的去除顽固污渍的洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物中还含有色素、香精、消泡剂、pH调节剂、缓蚀剂中的一种或多种,总重量百分比不超过2%;
所述洗碗机专用洗涤剂组合物中还含有余量的填充料,所述填充料为硫酸盐、氯化钠中的一种或多种。
