1. An apparatus for efficiently removing oxide slag on a surface of a steel slab, comprising:
a mounting frame;
the upper side polishing mechanism is arranged on the upper side of the mounting frame;
the two side surface grinding mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the mounting rack;
the upper side polishing mechanism and the side surface polishing mechanism respectively comprise a fixed cover, a connecting arm, a fixed frame, a polishing roller and an elastic piece;
the fixed cover pass through the mounting in on the mounting bracket, the linking arm run through set up in fixed covering, the mount is fixed in the one end of linking arm, the roller of polishing rotate install in the inside of mount, the surface of linking arm just is equipped with the elastic component for being located the cover between mount and the fixed cover.
2. The apparatus for removing oxide slag from the surface of steel billet according to claim 1, wherein a stopper tube is installed on the top of the fixing frame and outside the elastic member.
3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein first guide plates are installed inside the mounting frame and at both sides of the side grinding mechanisms.
4. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the mounting frame is further provided with a spraying means and a mist spraying means.

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein a shield is installed outside the mounting frame, the shield comprises an upper cover and a base, the upper cover is installed on the base, the base comprises a bottom plate, a conical cover and a connecting pipe, the conical cover is installed on the bottom of the bottom plate, and the connecting pipe is connected with the bottom end of the conical cover.

The apparatus according to claim 5, wherein a pressurizing mechanism is installed on the upper side of the upper housing, the pressurizing mechanism comprises a mounting box, an exhaust fan, an air inlet pipe and an air outlet pipe, the mounting box is installed on the upper housing, the exhaust fan is installed inside the mounting box, the air inlet pipe is connected to the mounting box, and one end of the air outlet pipe penetrates through the mounting box and then is connected to an output end of the exhaust fan.

The device of claim 6, wherein a collecting mechanism is mounted at the other end of the air outlet pipe, the collecting mechanism comprises a collecting pipe, a filter, a threaded connection part and a tapered pipe, the collecting pipe is connected to the air outlet pipe through the threaded connection part, the filter is arranged at the bottom of the inner wall of the collecting pipe, the tapered pipe is mounted at the bottom end of the collecting pipe, a connecting ring is mounted inside the air outlet pipe, a plurality of connecting rods are fixedly connected to the bottom of the connecting ring, one ends of the connecting rods extend into the collecting pipe, and a pressing ring is fixedly connected to the bottom end of each connecting rod and located on the upper side of the filter.

The device according to claim 7, wherein the purging mechanism is mounted inside the upper side cover and comprises two arc pipes, a three-way pipe, gas pipes and a nozzle, the two arc pipes are mounted on two sides inside the upper side cover, the nozzle is mounted on the inner side of the arc pipes, the three-way pipe is mounted at the bottom end of the conical pipe, the gas pipes are connected to two ends of the three-way pipe, and the two gas pipes are respectively communicated with the two arc pipes.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the upper cover has an operation opening at both sides thereof, and second guide plates are provided at one side of the upper cover and at both sides of the operation opening.
10. A method for effectively removing oxide slag on the surface of a steel slab according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
s1: determining the installation position of the device according to the position of the discharge roller way of the heating furnace, and then installing the device;
s2: compressed air, cooling water and oil gas are introduced for lubrication;
s3: after all the hot billets are installed, when the hot billets pass through the device, the hot billets are ground and polished through the upper side polishing mechanism and the two side polishing mechanisms, so that oxide slag on the surfaces of the steel billets are stripped;
s4: the compressed air nozzle of the spraying and sweeping mechanism is used for blowing and the atomizing mechanism is used for atomizing water pressure and dust, so that the descaling and dust falling of the steel billet are achieved.
