The device comprises a driving gas cylinder, a powder tank, a main gas supply pipeline, first to fourth electromagnetic valves, an upper gas supply branch pipeline, first to second pressure reducing valves, a time delay device, an automatic fire alarm and fire extinguishing controller, a powder conveying pipeline, a lower gas supply branch pipeline, an annular pipeline and a pressure sensor; the invention has the advantages that: the superfine dry powder extinguishing agent in the powder tank is loosened through airflow stirring, so that the superfine dry powder extinguishing agent is prevented from locally agglomerating, and the flowability of the superfine dry powder extinguishing agent is increased. The superfine dry powder extinguishing agent is uniformly dispersed in the driving gas by the combined action of the upper pressurization and the lower stirring, so that a stable gas-solid two-phase flow is formed in the powder conveying pipeline. An emergency stop button 17 is arranged on the automatic fire alarm and fire extinguishing controller 16.

4) if a fire alarm and false alarm condition is found, the emergency stop button 17 is manually pressed within a delay time to prevent the superfine dry powder extinguishing agent 12 from being sprayed by mistake.
