The constant-temperature heating resistance wire 13 is used as the heating element 4, so that the constant-temperature heating resistance wire 13 can be controlled by the PLC integrated main board to heat the inside of the cavity 1 at a constant temperature, and the heating temperature when the cavity 1 is heated is constant. It should be noted here that the optimal temperature for heating and drying the leech can be selected from pasteurization temperature and heating time, so that the strain carried by the leech is better killed under the temperature condition, and the medicinal components in the leech are not damaged greatly, so that the beneficial effect of the leech is more remarkable when the leech is dried.
The ventilation part is a ventilation pump, air holes 14 are formed in the upper end and the lower end of the cavity 1, and ventilation ports of the ventilation pump are respectively connected with the two air holes 14; the air exchange pump is connected with the PLC integrated main board, and the suction operation of the air exchange pump is controlled through the PLC integrated main board. The air exchange pump is selected as an air exchange piece to meet the air exchange requirement of the cavity 1, and leeches in the cavity 1 are subjected to air drying and drying treatment. In order to control the node of exchange start between the ventilation part and the heating part 4, therefore, the inside of the cavity 1 is provided with a humidity sensor 15, two humidity sensors 15 are respectively arranged at positions close to two air holes 14, and two humidity sensors 15 are connected with the PLC integrated main board, the humidity inside the cavity 1 is detected in real time through the humidity sensors 15, and the detected humidity information is transmitted to the PLC integrated main board, so that the PLC integrated main board performs information processing, and further the ventilation part and the heating part 4 are controlled to perform exchange start.

s1, fixing leeches on a built-in screen plate 2 by using a fixing piece, and then enabling the inside of a cavity 1 to be in a closed state, so that a processing assembly can dry the leeches on the built-in screen plate 2;

s4, the PLC integrated main board controls the heating element 4 to start, and the inside of the cavity 1 is heated; after the heating piece 4 is heated for a set time, the PLC integrated main board controls the micro suction pump to start, and the suction operation is carried out on the water vapor in the built-in screen 2;
s5, after the heating time reaches the heating time set by the PLC integrated main board, stopping the heating piece 4 to heat the cavity 1, and controlling the driving piece 12 to rotate by the PLC integrated main board, so that the driving piece 12 drives the rotating rod 7 connected with the connecting rod to rotate, and the waterproof separation net 5 is in a closed state;
s6, opening the cavity 1, taking out the dried leeches, and further completing the operation.
Therefore, the device and the method for processing the dried leech traditional Chinese medicine for livestock can process leeches, so that the leeches have better drug effect level on the basis of keeping the traditional leech processing mode, and a preparer can obtain relatively dry leech agent tablets, so that the dried leech preparation can be completed in a short time, and the processing rate of the leeches is accelerated.
