Detailed Description
Hereinafter, example embodiments according to the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments of the present application, and that the present application is not limited by the example embodiments described herein.
Firstly, the application provides a layer overlay method based on a streaming electronic collaboration document, which is applied to electronic equipment, and a flow chart of the method is shown in fig. 1, and the method comprises the following steps:
step 101, receiving editing information of a target document;
specifically, the target document may be understood as a streaming electronic document that the user wants to perform a collaborative job. The collaborative job may be a job of supplementary explanation, annotation, rendering, communication, modification, etc. of the document content. The editing information of the target document includes, but is not limited to: font editing information, fill color editing information, delete text editing information, and add text editing information.
Step 102, analyzing the editing information of the target document to generate a layer data structure;
specifically, in the present application, each piece of editing information of the user corresponds to one layer data structure. The layer data structure at least comprises: the method comprises the steps of time stamping, a first marking position, a second marking position, a superposed layer type and superposed layer content. Wherein the first marker position can be understood as: at the beginning of the row and column of the chapter and paragraph of the target document, the second mark position may be understood as: the cooperative operation is at the line cut-off of the chapter and paragraph of the target document.
In a specific example, the layer data structure of the present application is implemented by using an array of a ternary group table, where the array of the ternary group table includes: a row number, a column number, and specific collaboration content. Wherein, the line number represents the cooperative content paragraph, and the line break can be used as a separator identification paragraph; the column number represents sentences in the cooperative content paragraph, and particularly, punctuation marks can be used as separators to divide the sentences in the paragraph; the specific cooperative content comprises a timestamp, a first marking position, a second marking position, an overlay layer type and overlay layer content of the current cooperative content. By adopting the data structure, the whole electronic document can be abstracted into a two-dimensional matrix to realize positioning, and the method is convenient for realizing quick positioning of the collaborative content or insertion of the collaborative content by using algorithms such as Fibonacci search, binary search and the like.
103, generating a superposed data layer according to the layer data structure;
specifically, in the present application, the cooperative operation of the user on the electronic document is implemented on the overlay data layer. The user does not actually modify the original document as if the user covered a transparent plastic film over the original document and then applied the film.
It is to be understood that there is one target document for each overlay data layer.
104, generating a collaborative file according to the superposed data layer and a target document corresponding to the superposed data layer, and outputting the collaborative file;
specifically, after the superimposed data layer is obtained, a collaborative file is generated according to the superimposed data layer and a target document corresponding to the superimposed data layer, and is output to other ports needing collaborative work.
The collaborative file may be a new electronic document that includes the overlay data layer and the target document. During subsequent cooperative work, the electronic document with the superposed data image layer and the original target document can be shared among users, so that the purpose of cooperative work is achieved.
In some preferred examples, the collaborative file may also be a call file, where the call file is used to perform corresponding pointing on the overlay data layer and the target file corresponding to the layer. During subsequent collaborative office work, the target document and the collaborative file corresponding to the target document can be shared among users, and the superimposed data layer in the current target document is called according to the collaborative file so as to achieve the purpose of collaborative operation.
It can be understood that, in the present application, since the cooperative work is implemented by the layer that is relatively independent from the document, the overlay data layer and the target document may be separately stored, and the editing of the overlay data layer does not affect the content in the target document.
Of course, after step 104 is performed, if the user wants to edit the target document again, step 101 and the following steps may be repeatedly performed.
In a specific example, if a user modifies the target document, for example, deletes or adds content in the target document, and the operation involves a change in the position of an existing overlay data layer or content, a position adjustment or deletion needs to be performed on a corresponding overlay data layer according to a layer data structure of the overlay data layer, that is, a position recorded in the overlay data layer triplet table.
Preferably, the method further includes the step of sharing the collaborative file with the superimposed data layer by the user. As shown in fig. 2, after the step 104 is executed, if the user wants to share the collaborative file with the overlay data layer, step 201 and step 205 need to be executed.
Step 201, receiving a sharing instruction;
specifically, if a user wants to share a collaborative file with an overlay data layer, a sharing instruction needs to be input.
Step 202, generating management information according to the sharing instruction;
specifically, the management information includes: user ID, target document ID, layer authority information and a target user list. Wherein, the layer authority information can be understood as: private, public, visible or inheritable to some users, invisible or inheritable to some users layer disclosure rights; the list of target users may be understood as: the user can view the visible user list of the current superposition data layer.
Step 203, updating the corresponding layer data structure according to the management information;
specifically, the user ID, the target document ID, the layer authority information, and the target user list are added to the corresponding layer data structure for subsequent management of the superimposed data layer.
And 204, updating the corresponding superposed data layer according to the updated layer data structure, and generating a collaborative file according to the updated superposed data layer and the corresponding target document.
Step 205, sending the collaborative file to a server;
in particular, a server may be understood as a port for storing and transferring collaborative files. The sharer can share the collaborative file with other sharees through the server.
Further preferably, the method further comprises the step that the user receives and views the collaborative file with the superimposed data layer shared by the sharers. As shown in fig. 3, if the user receives the collaborative file with the superimposed data layer sent by other sharers, steps 301 and 303 may be executed in doubt.
Step 301, receiving a collaborative file sent by a server;
specifically, the collaborative file with the superimposed data image layer shared by other sharers is received, that is, the current collaborative file includes one or more superimposed data image layers.
Step 302, determining whether the authority to view the data layer superposed in the collaborative file exists or not according to the management information in the collaborative file;
specifically, whether the current port has the authority to view the superimposed data layer in the collaborative file is determined according to one or more information in a user ID, a target document ID, layer authority information and a target user list in the collaborative file. If so, step 303 is performed. And if not, not displaying the corresponding overlay data layer, and only displaying the original content in the target document.
Step 303, if the permission to view the superimposed data layers in the collaborative file is available, determining one or more superimposed data layers allowed to be displayed, and correspondingly displaying the superimposed data layers;
specifically, if the current port has the permission to view the superimposed data layers in the collaborative file, it is determined whether one or more superimposed data layers in the collaborative file are present. If the number of the superimposed data layers in the collaborative file is multiple, the multiple superimposed data layers are displayed by adopting a display method such as a stack display method according to the setting of a user, so that the user can conveniently view the multiple superimposed data layers, and information such as user IDs in different superimposed data layers can be respectively displayed during display. And if the number of the superposed data layers in the collaborative file is not multiple, and only one superposed data layer is provided, displaying the corresponding superposed data layer.
In some preferred examples, when there are multiple superimposed data layers in the collaborative file, optimization processing needs to be performed on the superimposed multiple superimposed data layers. For example, when a plurality of overlay data layers exist at a certain position of the target document, the contents of the overlay layers with high similarity in the overlay data layers are merged through a preset algorithm, a new AI overlay data layer is created, and the filterable layer is replaced and displayed, so that a better display effect is obtained.
Preferably, in the application, the user may further select whether to add a new cooperative job in the overlay data layer of another person.
Specifically, when a user wants to perform new collaborative operation editing on a target document, if a superimposed data layer already corresponds to the current target document, it is further necessary to determine whether the user needs to perform editing on the existing superimposed data layer.
If yes, determining a corresponding superposed data layer, updating the corresponding superposed data layer according to the editing information of the target document, and updating the current collaborative file according to the superposed data layer. It should be noted that although the collaborative file is updated in this step, the original content of the target document corresponding to the collaborative file is not modified, but only the overlay data layer corresponding to the collaborative file is modified, so that the original structure of the target document is retained. And if not, generating a blank layer, wherein the blank layer corresponds to the current target document, updating the blank layer according to the editing information of the target document, and generating a new superposed data layer, and then generating a corresponding collaborative file according to the superposed data layer and the current target document.
Preferably, the method and the device can also count the content of the collaborative operation and push information according to the statistical result.
Specifically, all the overlay data layers in the current collaborative file are scanned and analyzed by using technologies such as natural language processing, and one or more overlay layer feature information in the collaborative file is obtained. The overlay layer feature information may be features such as bold, highlight, or edit text. And when the occurrence frequency of the feature information of a certain overlay layer in the current target document is greater than a threshold value, generating push information according to the feature information of the overlay layer, and outputting the push information. For example, if a certain text is highlighted by 3 users, push information "this text is considered by 3 users to be read carefully" is generated.
It can be understood that, in an application scenario of the present application, the present application may be applied to superposition of any electronic layer. For example, "annotating" a document is one of the typical application scenarios of the present application. As another example, it is also one of the application scenarios of the present application to "fill in a space" in a template document. In a specific example, assume that an electronic document is a sales growth table for a company in different areas of China. The description of sales is consistent from region to region, but the data statistics are different from region to region. Then the sales growth table as the base document may free up the header area and the data histogram area while the other areas are fixed templates. On a superimposed layer, the title is the sales statistics in the east China area, and the data map area is the data map in the east China area. On another overlay layer, the title is sales statistics in south China, and the data map area is a data map in south China. In addition, the image layers of the north China area, the image layers of the Chinese China area and the like can be provided, namely, the original image layers are superposed on the image layers of different areas according to different requirements. The method is a novel collaborative office new mode and is more beneficial to collaboration.
According to the layer superposition method based on the streaming electronic collaboration document, the layer data structure is generated according to the editing information of the target document, and the mode of establishing the superposed data layer according to the layer data structure enables the layer and the target document to be relatively independent, so that the structure of an original text is not damaged, the user experience is greatly improved, and follow-up collaborative office is facilitated.
