Abstract
本发明属于一种机洗洗鞋液及其制备方法,所述一种机洗洗鞋液,其包括以下重量份数的各成分:乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠5‑15份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO‑7 1‑10份、低泡乳化剂1‑20份、螯合剂0.01‑7份、消泡剂0.01‑2份、溶剂为水。上述机洗洗鞋液的制备方法包括以下步骤:S1、准备相应质量份数的各原料;S2、将反应釜中的去离子水加热到50~60℃,将螯合剂加入水中搅拌至溶解;S3、将乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO‑7、低泡乳化剂和消泡剂加入水中,搅拌至混合均匀。所述机洗洗鞋液配方简单,可快速高效去除鞋品的各类污渍,具有低泡易漂洗的优点,还具有优异的杀菌除臭效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及鞋子洗涤剂技术领域,更具体的,本发明涉及一种机洗洗鞋液及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,各类家用电器的种类增多且自动化程度提高,极大地便利了人们的日常生活。而洗鞋方式也由传统的擦拭、手洗等方式,逐渐转变为机洗,但是由于鞋品的纤维或者皮革的微观表面本身有很多细小的凹凸或者皱纹,污垢在表面结合较为牢固,且鞋品的污垢种类复杂,使用机洗时,去除污垢更加困难,因此人们对机洗洗鞋液的去污能力提出了更高的要求。但是市面上的洗鞋液种类较少,并且更适用于手洗方式。
同时,机洗鞋品时,如果泡沫过多,不仅需要多次冲洗,浪费水资源,鞋子烘干后,还容易出现白色或黄色污痕,影响鞋子美观。另外,人脚运动较多,易分泌汗液,密闭潮湿的环境,使鞋内成为微生物繁殖、发酵、腐败的场所,易产生难闻的气味,影响个人生活和环境卫生,因此消费者对鞋品的美观度以及长时间的杀菌除臭效果提出了更高的要求。
基于鞋品清洗的难度,现有的洗鞋液的快速深层去污清洁效果难以满足机洗的要求。目前基于鞋子清洁的研究,虽由少量洗鞋液的相关专利陆续公开,但是这些洗鞋液依然也存在一些问题。例如CN101982543A将运动鞋清洁剂设计成双剂型,一种以二氟四氯乙烷溶剂为主,用来去除皮质上的难去除污渍,一种以阴阳离子表面活性剂和溶剂复配,来清洗鞋子网面部分,这样虽然达到了去除污渍的效果,但是使用较为繁琐。专利CN104513715A使用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为清洁剂,使用山梨糖醇作为润湿剂,帮助去除深层污渍,但泡沫较多,难清洗,且山梨糖醇易残留在鞋面,其强吸湿性,容易使鞋子潮湿,这种鞋子穿着时,易滋生汗臭味。专利CN105296198A主打鞋子修复功能,包含有机硅树脂、改性有机硅、小分子羧酸等成分,配方中虽加入小分子酸或盐增强鞋子去泥土效果,但是洗鞋液的整体表面活性剂的去污效果并不强,且成本较高。
因此,现有技术有待进一步改进。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种机洗洗鞋液及其制备方法,该洗鞋液配方简单,可快速且深层去除鞋品的各类污渍,具有低泡易漂洗的优点。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供以下具体技术方案:
一方面,本发明提供一种机洗洗鞋液,其包括以下重量份数的各成分:
乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠5-15份;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-7 1-10份;
低泡乳化剂1-20份;
螯合剂0.01-7份;
消泡剂0.01-2份;
去离子水70-90份。
其中,所述乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠的化学式为RO(CH2CH2O)n-SO3Na(n=2 或3,R为12~15烷基),是一种阴离子表面活性剂。
优选地,所述机洗洗鞋液还包括重量份数为的0.02-0.5份香精。
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-7,是一种非离子表面活性剂,其是由环氧乙烷 (EO)与脂肪醇聚合而成的脂肪醇聚醚,EO数为7,结构式:RO(CH2CH2O)nH。
优选地,所述的机洗洗鞋液中,所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
优选地,所述低泡乳化剂为支链型脂肪醇聚醚,其EO数为1-15;优选地,支链型脂肪醇聚醚的EO数为3-10。
优选地,所述低泡乳化剂的起始剂包括:异构十醇、异构十一醇、异构十三醇、格尔伯特醇十二醇、格尔伯特醇十四醇、格尔伯特醇十六醇中的一种或多种的混合;优选地,低泡乳化剂的起始剂为异构十醇和异构十三醇的混合物。实验发现,这两种起始剂与环氧乙烷加成聚合生成低泡乳化剂,与洗鞋液的各组分协同配合效果更好,赋予洗鞋液更好乳化和渗透性能,达到深层清洁效果,并降低泡沫的产生。
优选地,所述低泡乳化剂的起始剂中,异构十醇和异构十三醇的混合比例为(1~10):1。进一步优选地,所述异构十醇和异构十三醇的混合比例为(1~ 5):1,这种比例下,生成的低泡乳化剂的协同效果更好。
所述螯合剂为三聚磷酸钠、氨三乙酸三钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、葡萄糖酸钠和柠檬酸中的一种或多种混合。优选地,所述螯合剂包括乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
上述机洗洗鞋液中,乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚作为主要的去污成分起作用,而支链型脂肪醇聚醚作为低泡乳化剂与上述两种成分配合,赋予洗鞋液更强的渗透和乳化性能,快速瓦解污渍和油渍,增强洗鞋液的清洗效果,而且其具有较低的泡沫性能,防止过多泡沫的生成。同时,组分中的螯合剂不仅可快速松散附着在鞋品表面的泥土,使泥土在清洗过程中更容易从鞋面上脱落,同时所述螯合剂还可吸附泥土和污渍中的金属离子,防止金属离子影响乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-7、低泡乳化剂的去污能力,增强所述洗鞋液的清洗力。此外,消泡剂的加入,可进一步降低清洗过程中产生的泡沫量,并保证其优异的去污效果。
由此可见,上述机洗洗鞋液中,各种成分通过相互配合,协同作用,赋予洗液液以优异的快速深层去污性能以及低泡易漂洗特点,使其适用于机洗方式。
优选地,在上述基础上,所述机洗洗鞋液还包括以下重量份数的成分:除臭剂0.01-2份。优选地,所述除臭剂为混有纳米杀菌剂的蓖麻油酸锌酯TEGO SORB B 80,TEGOSORB B 80是一个高效、水溶性气味吸收剂,是一类蓖麻油酸锌酯盐混合物质,含有氯化苯甲烃铵杀菌活性物质。因此,上述除臭剂与其他成分配合,同时赋予洗鞋液以除臭和杀菌效果,使鞋品更洁净,避免鞋子内微生物的繁殖。其他实施例中,也可采用其他除臭剂和杀菌剂进行混合使用。
优选地,所述机洗洗鞋液还包括以下重量份数的成分:增艳剂0.01-2份。
在此基础上,所述机洗洗鞋液还包括以下重量份数的香精:0.01-1份;优选地,所述香精为茶树精油。
优选地,所述机洗洗鞋液包括以下重量份数的各成分:
乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠 5-10份;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-7 2-8份;
低泡乳化剂 2-10份;
螯合剂 0.02-5份;
消泡剂 0.02-0.5份。
此外,还可添加以下成分:
除臭剂 0.02-1 份;
增艳剂 0.02-1份;
去离子水75-85份。
在此基础上,还可进一步添加:香精0.02-0.5份。
另一方面,本发明提供一种上述机洗洗鞋液的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
S1、准备相应质量份数的各原料;
S2、将反应釜中的去离子水加热到50~60℃,将螯合剂加入水中搅拌至溶解;
S3、将乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-7、低泡乳化剂和消泡剂加入水中,搅拌至混合均匀。
在此基础上,所述机洗洗鞋液的制备方法还包括以下步骤:
S4、将反应釜温度降到35~50℃左右,再向其中加入溶解好的其他助剂,搅拌至混合均匀即可;所述助剂包括增艳剂、除臭剂和香精中的一种或多种。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供的机洗洗鞋液配方和制备工艺简单,针对鞋品污渍特点和机洗方式的问题而设计,不仅能快速、深层去除污渍,并且具有低泡、易漂洗的优点,可大幅度的降低机洗产生的泡沫,从而减少漂洗次数,达到节水的效果。此外,该机洗洗液液还具有增强鞋面光泽、长时间保持杀菌除臭效果的作用,是一款综合性能优异的机洗洗鞋液。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。在本发明中,若非特指,所采用的设备和原料等均可从市场购得或是本领域常用的。下述实施例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域的常规方法。
实验原料
乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠(AES)的CAS号:9004-82-4,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 (AEO-7)的CAS号为:9002-92-0,增艳剂CBS-X的CAS号:54351-85-8。消泡剂为美国道康宁有机硅消泡剂(AFE-3168),除臭剂为德国赢创的蓖麻油酸锌酯(TEGO SORB B80),螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠(即EDTA-2Na)、三聚磷酸钠或柠檬酸。
实施例1
1、本实施例提供一种机洗洗鞋液,其包括以下重量百分比的各成分:
乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠(AES)8%、AEO-7 2.5%、低泡乳化剂7.5%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.2%、消泡剂AFE-3168 0.1%、增艳剂CBS-X 0.08%、除臭剂 TEGO SORB B80 0.1%。其中,低泡乳化剂的起始剂为2.5%的异构十醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚和5%的异构十三醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚组成。
2、上述机洗洗鞋液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、准备相应质量份数的各原料;
S2、将反应釜中的去离子水加热到55℃,将螯合剂加入水中搅拌至溶解;
S3、将乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-7、低泡乳化剂和消泡剂加入水中,搅拌60min至混合均匀;
S4、将反应釜温度降到45℃左右,再向其中加入溶解好的增艳剂、除臭剂,搅拌至混合均匀,即得到机洗洗鞋液。
实施例2-8
1、实施例2-9分别提供一种机洗洗鞋液,其配方分别具体见表1。
2、实施例2-9的机洗洗鞋液的制备方法参照实施例1。
表1各组洗鞋液的配方(单位为重量百分比,余量为去离子水)
对比例
为了与本发明的机洗洗鞋液的性能进行对比,设置以下空白对照组以及两个竞品对比例A和对比例B、以及其他对比例1-5。
空白对照:不加任何清洁剂,用清水在洗鞋机中进行清洗测试试验。
对比例A:加入雕牌超效加酶洗衣粉在洗鞋机中进行清洗测试试验。
对比例B:加入蓝月亮洁净洗衣液在洗鞋机中进行清洗测试试验。
对比例C:提供一种洗鞋液,其按照以下配方制备:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(7) 醚2份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚2.5份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(3)醚,0.370%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸10份,纯碱0.3,碳酸钾2份,硼砂1份,柠檬酸钠1 份,异构十醇聚氧乙烯(7)醚0.3,荧光增白剂0.02。
其中,对比例1-5的配方具体见表1。
洗鞋液的性能测试
为检测上述实施例所提供的对比例和实施例的性能水平,进行了下述的检测:
1、测试方法:
(1)抗菌性能的测试:按照日本工业标准JIS Z2801进行测定。
(2)泡沫实验:
①泡沫高度的测试:采用罗氏泡沫仪法,即将洗鞋液样品2.5g溶解在 1000mL硬水中,水的硬度为150ppm,按GB/T 13173-2008中第11款之规定测定发泡力,并记录下起始泡沫高度和5min后的泡沫高度。
②机洗泡沫残留:常温(约20℃)条件下,向洗鞋机中加入6g待测评的洗鞋液溶解在2kg自来水中,并放入自制的污渍鞋一双。开动洗鞋机10min,洗完后,立即观察泡沫多少,定为洗涤时的泡沫量;然后甩干鞋子上的水,再加2kg自来水进行漂洗,开动洗鞋机10min,洗完后,立即观察泡沫多少,定为漂洗1次后的泡沫量;再甩干,加入2kg水进行漂洗10min,再次观察漂洗完后泡沫的多少,定为漂洗2次后的泡沫量。
由1名熟练评审员按照以下评估标准判断各组实施例或对比例的洗鞋液的机洗泡沫残留情况:
★★★★:代表泡沫很多。
★★★:代表泡沫较少。
★★:代表泡沫很少。
★:代表泡沫基本无。
(3)清洗力试验:按照机洗泡沫残留测试中的方法步骤,清洗、漂洗2次并甩干,将鞋子烘干后,选用WSD-3白度计,参照标准GB/T13174-2021中污布白度的测定方法测试白色帆布鞋的白度。
去污率:R=(F2-F1)/(F2-F0)*100%。
F0:未污染的白色帆布鞋的白度。
F1:污染清洗前的白色帆布鞋的白度。
F2:污染清洗后的白色帆布鞋的白度。
(4)本实施例测试用的污渍白色帆布鞋的制作
①污渍材料:取生鸡蛋黄1个,食用油4g,工业黄油1g,白菜10g,黄土 100g,水2500g。
②污渍白色帆布鞋制作方法:将上述污渍材料混合在一起,高速搅拌均匀后,将帆布鞋浸泡在污渍中半小时后,在阳光下晒干备用。
试验用洗鞋机采用青岛小鹿先生智能科技有限公司制造的第一代家用洗鞋机。
2、实验结果及分析
表2各组洗鞋液的性能测试结果
如表2的结果可得到以下结论:
(1)与空白对照相比,对比例A、B和C具有一定去污力,但是去污能力不佳,且其产生泡沫很多,泡沫高度达到100mm以上,漂洗产泡很多,漂洗两次也难以有效去除泡沫;与对比例A、B和C相比,实施例1-9都具有优异的低泡性能,泡沫高度大幅度的降低,且去污能力得到显著提高。这说明本发明提供的机洗洗鞋液的去污和消泡效果要明显优于现有的产品,综合性能好。
(2)与对比例1-5相比,实施例的洗鞋液表现出优异的去污、低泡的综合以及抗菌性能,通过各对比例与实施例之间的比较可知,本发明的洗鞋液中的各组分是相互配合,协同作用,是一个有机整体。本发明洗鞋液中的低泡乳化剂、螯合剂、消泡剂与AES、AEO-7配合,不仅可显著提高洗鞋液的去污能力,而且有利于降低泡沫高度,增艳剂和除臭剂的使用提升了洗鞋液以优异的杀菌除臭效果。
可以理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案及本发明构思加以等同替换或改变,而所有这些改变或替换都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种机洗洗鞋液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的各成分:
乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠5-15份;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-7 1-10份;
低泡乳化剂1-20份;
螯合剂0.01-7份;
消泡剂0.01-2份;
去离子水70-90份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机洗洗鞋液,其特征在于,还包括以下重量份数的成分:除臭剂0.01-2份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的机洗洗鞋液,其特征在于,还包括以下重量份数的成分:增艳剂0.01-2份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的机洗洗鞋液,其特征在于,还包括重量份数为0.01-1份的香精;优选地,所述香精为茶树精油。
5.根据权利要求3所述的机洗洗鞋液,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
6.根据权利要求2所述的机洗洗鞋液,其特征在于,所述低泡乳化剂为支链型脂肪醇聚醚,其EO数为1-15;优选地,支链型脂肪醇聚醚的EO数为3-10。
7.根据权利要求6所述的机洗洗鞋液,其特征在于,所述低泡乳化剂的起始剂包括:异构十醇、异构十一醇、异构十三醇、格尔伯特醇十二醇、格尔伯特醇十四醇、格尔伯特醇十六醇中的一种或多种的混合;优选地,低泡乳化剂的起始剂为异构十醇和异构十三醇的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的机洗洗鞋液,其特征在于,螯合剂为三聚磷酸钠、氨三乙酸三钠、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、葡萄糖酸钠和柠檬酸中的一种或多种混合;优选地,所述螯合剂包括乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
9.一种权利要求1所述的机洗洗鞋液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、准备相应质量份数的各原料;
S2、将反应釜中的去离子水加热到50~60℃,将螯合剂加入水中搅拌至溶解;
S3、将乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-7、低泡乳化剂和消泡剂加入水中,搅拌至混合均匀。
10.根据权利要求9所述的机洗洗鞋液的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:
S4、降低反应釜温度,再向其中加入溶解好的其他助剂,搅拌至混合均匀即可;所述助剂包括增艳剂、除臭剂剂和香精中的一种或多种。
