随着现代消费品更多地进入人们的生活,对环保意识和理念也不断提升。绿色包装不仅让人们解除包装对环境造成的污染以及由此对它的顾虑,更能传达“关爱环境,关爱健康”的人文理念,迎合人们对包装材料美观、适用、方便和环保的大众心理需求。现有的背心袋基本都是采用聚乙烯薄膜制成,该薄膜无毒,故可用于盛装食品。但是这种背心袋降解速度慢,造成了环境污染。而且现有的背心袋的吹膜和印制都是分开进行的,为了提高工作效率,本发明设计了一种背心袋的吹、印制连体的生产工艺。

针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明目的是在于提供一种背心袋的吹、印制连体的生产工艺,将吹膜和印制在同一机器上实现,提高了其生产效率,并且制备得的背心袋降解速度快,使用环保安全。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种背心袋的吹、印制连体的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1、首先将以下重量份配比的聚乳酸25-35份,偶联剂1-5份,改性玉米淀粉25-30份,对苯二甲酸丁二酯醇18-20份,润滑剂0.3-0.5份,甘油2-4份,脂肪酸酯0.6-1份,碳酸钙0.1-0.2份,二氧化硅0.2-0.3份,二氧化钛0.2-0.4份,增塑剂1-2份进行搅拌混合熔融,再经过过滤后,将其送入吹膜机进行吹膜,制成塑料薄膜;

3、配置印刷油墨,将以下重量份配比的水溶性丙烯酸树脂15-25份、食品级纳米二氧化钛1-3份、食品级碳酸钙5-15份、食品级颜料5-15份、醇酸树脂4-6份、纳米碳酸钙填料5-8份、聚乙烯蜡膏4-5份、油墨复合干燥剂4-6份进行搅拌均匀;
4、将配置好的印刷油墨根据设计好的图案在背心袋上进行印刷,印刷后通过热风吹干;
5、最后将塑料袋打包包装。

1、首先将以下重量份配比的聚乳酸25份,偶联剂1份,改性玉米淀粉25份,对苯二甲酸丁二酯醇18份,润滑剂0.3份,甘油2份,脂肪酸酯0.6份,碳酸钙0.1份,二氧化硅0.2份,二氧化钛0.2份,增塑剂1份进行搅拌混合熔融,再经过过滤后,将其送入吹膜机进行吹膜,制成塑料薄膜;
2、将步骤1得到的塑料薄膜进行封底,锁边,制成背心袋;
3、配置印刷油墨,将以下重量份配比的水溶性丙烯酸树脂15份、食品级纳米二氧化钛1份、食品级碳酸钙5份、食品级颜料5份、醇酸树脂4份、纳米碳酸钙填料5份、聚乙烯蜡膏4份、油墨复合干燥剂4份进行搅拌均匀;
4、将配置好的印刷油墨根据设计好的图案在背心袋上进行印刷,印刷后通过热风吹干;热风温度为45℃,吹干时间为5min,印刷速度为100m/min。
5、最后将塑料袋打包包装。
实施例3:
一种背心袋的吹、印制连体的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1、首先将以下重量份配比的聚乳酸35份,偶联剂5份,改性玉米淀粉30份,对苯二甲酸丁二酯醇20份,润滑剂0.5份,甘油4份,脂肪酸酯1份,碳酸钙0.2份,二氧化硅0.3份,二氧化钛0.4份,增塑剂2份进行搅拌混合熔融,再经过过滤后,将其送入吹膜机进行吹膜,制成塑料薄膜;
2、将步骤1得到的塑料薄膜进行封底,锁边,制成背心袋;
3、配置印刷油墨,将以下重量份配比的水溶性丙烯酸树脂25份、食品级纳米二氧化钛3份、食品级碳酸钙15份、食品级颜料15份、醇酸树脂6份、纳米碳酸钙填料8份、聚乙烯蜡膏5份、油墨复合干燥剂6份进行搅拌均匀;
4、将配置好的印刷油墨根据设计好的图案在背心袋上进行印刷,印刷后通过热风吹干;热风温度为45℃,吹干时间为5min,印刷速度为100m/min。
5、最后将塑料袋打包包装。

Claims (4)
1.一种背心袋的吹、印制连体的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、首先将以下重量份配比的聚乳酸25-35份,偶联剂1-5份,改性玉米淀粉25-30份,对苯二甲酸丁二酯醇18-20份,润滑剂0.3-0.5份,甘油2-4份,脂肪酸酯0.6-1份,碳酸钙0.1-0.2份,二氧化硅0.2-0.3份,二氧化钛0.2-0.4份,增塑剂1-2份进行搅拌混合熔融,再经过过滤后,将其送入吹膜机进行吹膜,制成塑料薄膜;
(2)、将步骤(1)得到的塑料薄膜进行封底,锁边,制成背心袋;
(3)、配置印刷油墨,将以下重量份配比的水溶性丙烯酸树脂15-25份、食品级纳米二氧化钛1-3份、食品级碳酸钙5-15份、食品级颜料5-15份、醇酸树脂4-6份、纳米碳酸钙填料5-8份、聚乙烯蜡膏4-5份、油墨复合干燥剂4-6份进行搅拌均匀;
(4)、将配置好的印刷油墨根据设计好的图案在背心袋上进行印刷,印刷后通过热风吹干;
(5)、最后将塑料袋打包包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种背心袋的吹、印制连体的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的步骤(1)中的配方为,聚乳酸30份,偶联剂3份,改性玉米淀粉28份,对苯二甲酸丁二酯醇18份,润滑剂0.5份,甘油3份,脂肪酸酯0.8份,碳酸钙0.1份,二氧化硅0.2份,二氧化钛0.3份,增塑剂2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种背心袋的吹、印制连体的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的步骤(3)中的印刷油墨为:水溶性丙烯酸树脂20份、食品级纳米二氧化钛2份、食品级碳酸钙10份、食品级颜料10份、醇酸树脂4份、纳米碳酸钙填料5份、聚乙烯蜡膏4份、油墨复合干燥剂5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种背心袋的吹、印制连体的生产工艺,其特征在于所述的步骤(4)的热风温度为45℃,吹干时间为5min,印刷速度为100m/min。
