The method for producing the soil improvement composition comprises the steps of:
(a) manufacturing ore powder: mixing a proper amount of medical stone powder 21, serpentine powder 22 and auxiliary mineral powder 23 into mineral powder 2, wherein the medical stone powder 21 accounts for 50-70 wt% of the mineral powder 2, the serpentine powder 22 accounts for 15-35 wt% of the mineral powder 2, the auxiliary mineral powder 23 accounts for 5-25 wt% of the mineral powder 2, and the auxiliary mineral powder 23 is one of dolomite powder or shell powder;
(b) manufacturing a fertilizer mixture: mixing a proper amount of chicken feather 31 and chicken manure 32, and heating and sterilizing at high temperature to obtain a fertilizer mixture 3, wherein the chicken feather 31 accounts for 30-50 wt% of the fertilizer mixture 3, and the chicken manure 32 accounts for 50-70 wt% of the fertilizer mixture 3; and
(c) mixing: after mixing the mineral powder 2 and the fertilizer mixture 3, a proper amount of plum powder 4 and algae 5 are mixed, wherein the weight percentage of the mineral powder 2 to the fertilizer mixture 3 is 75-85%, the weight percentage of the plum powder 4 is 5-15%, and the weight percentage of the algae 5 is 5-15%.
From the above steps, the user can grind the maifanite, the serpentine and the auxiliary mineral into powder and mix them, wherein the maifanite powder 21 in the embodiment is exemplified by 60 wt% of the mineral powder 2, the serpentine powder 22 is exemplified by 25 wt% of the mineral powder 2, the auxiliary mineral powder 23 is exemplified by 15 wt% of the mineral powder 2, and the auxiliary mineral powder 23 is exemplified by dolomite powder.
The waste chicken feathers 31 and chicken manure 32 are obtained and mixed, then enzyme is added, and then sterilization and fermentation are performed in a high-temperature heating mode to achieve the effects of fermentation and deodorization, and in the embodiment, 60% by weight of the chicken manure 32 is mixed with 40% by weight of the chicken feathers 31 as an example to perform the mixing operation.
Finally, the plum and the seaweed are made into powder to obtain the plum powder 4 and the algae 5 for mixing, and the mineral powder 2, the fertilizer mixture 3, the plum powder 4 and the algae 5 are mixed to prepare the composition 1, wherein the mineral powder 2 and the fertilizer mixture 3 account for 80% by weight of the composition 1, the weight ratio of the mineral powder 2 to the fertilizer mixture 3 is 1 to 1 (i.e. the mineral powder 2 and the fertilizer mixture 3 respectively account for 40% by weight of the composition 1), the plum powder 4 accounts for 10% by weight of the composition 1, and the algae 5 accounts for 10% by weight of the composition 1.
According to experimental data, the composition 1 can be added into the soil to be improved by a user, so as to improve the soil by the ore powder 2 therein, and the ore powder 2 of the present invention has about 67% of silicon dioxide (SiO2), about 17% of aluminum oxide (Al2O3), about 3.5% of ferric oxide (Fe2O3), about 4% of calcium oxide (CaO), about 3% of sodium (Na2O), about 1% of magnesium oxide (MgO), about 1% of potassium (K2O), about 0.2% of phosphorus (P2O5) and manganese (Mn), so that the above components can be used to absorb or remove substances (such as heavy metals, pesticides and toxins) in the soil and adjust the acid-base value, thereby achieving the effects of detoxification and improvement, and the user can directly introduce the ore powder 2 into the soil alone, and also can achieve the effect of removing the toxins.
When the composition 1 is added into soil, the fertilizer mixture 3 can generate animal amino acid to enter the soil and cooperate with the algae 5 to increase the nitrogen in the soil, thereby increasing the fertility and nutrition of the soil. When the plum powder 4 enters the soil, the effects of degerming and expelling insects can be achieved, and the plants planted in the soil can be healthier through the mode.
The composition 1 is sprayed or stirred into the mineral powder 2 to enter the soil, so that the effect of removing toxins in the soil can be achieved, and the composition has the advantages of simplicity, convenience and rapidness. The fertilizer mixture 3 uses the waste chicken feathers 31 and the chicken manure 32, so the source cost is quite low, and the effect of recycling the waste can be achieved. Since the composition 1 itself is a natural product (ore, plant, and biological waste), it has an effect of taking out the natural product to the nature.
Referring to fig. 6, a composition ratio diagram of another preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown, which is very different from the above embodiment, and in this embodiment, the weight ratio of the mineral powder 2a and the fertilizer mixture 3a in the composition 1a is 80%, and the weight ratio of the mineral powder 2a and the fertilizer mixture 3a is 1 to 3 (i.e. the weight ratio of the mineral powder 2a in the composition 1a is 20%, the weight ratio of the fertilizer mixture 3a in the composition 1a is 60%), the weight ratio of the plum powder 4a in the composition 1a is 10%, and the weight ratio of the algae 5a in the composition 1a is 10%, which are only examples. The ratio of the fertilizer mixture 3a can be increased according to the environmental requirement of the user, so as to increase the fertilizing effect and improve the convenience in use.
Moreover, the fertilizer mixture 3a of the embodiment can be ground or heated to prepare the fertilizer mixture 3a into a nano fertilizer, so that the absorption effect of the soil can be accelerated, and the fertilization efficiency and achievement can be further improved.
