According to the VCN film coating machine, a guide plate 8 is fixed on one side of a rack 101 through bolts, a VCM film coating plate can conveniently slide down through the guide plate 8, a material receiving box 9 is arranged on the upper surface of a bottom plate 1, a material taking door 10 is rotatably connected to one side of the material receiving box 9, a buckle is welded to one side of the material taking door 10, and the material receiving box 9 can collect the cut VCN film coating plate.
According to the invention, an arranging mechanism 11 is arranged on one side of a material receiving box 9, the arranging mechanism 11 comprises two third sliding seats 44, the third sliding seats 44 are respectively welded on two sides of the material receiving box 9, one sides of the third sliding seats 44 are respectively connected with a sliding rod 45 in a sliding manner, one ends of the sliding rods 45 are fixedly provided with tension springs 43 through bolts, the other ends of the tension springs 43 are fixedly connected with the third sliding seats 44, the tension springs 43 play a role in resetting, the other ends of the sliding rods 45 are fixedly provided with push frames 46 through bolts, the bottom of a rack 101 is fixedly provided with two second fixing plates 48 through bolts, mounting shafts 49 are rotatably connected between the second fixing plates 48, one sides of the mounting shafts 49 are fixedly provided with second push rods 47 through bolts, one ends of the second push rods 47 are rotatably connected with rollers, the rollers are in contact with the push frames 46, and the abrasion of the push frames 46 is reduced through the rollers.
The advantages of the second embodiment over the first embodiment are:
1. the arrangement that the material receiving box 9 is arranged on the bottom plate 1 enables the cut VCM film coating plate to fall into the material receiving box 9 through the material guide plate 8, so that the VCM film coating plate can be conveniently collected by workers;
2. by using the clamping mechanism 12, the VCM film-coated plate can be clamped by the clamping mechanism 12 when being polished, so that the VCM film-coated plate is prevented from moving when being polished;
3. through the use of gib block 401 and first spacing 5 for the VCM tectorial membrane board can remove along first spacing 5 when the conveying, makes things convenient for the location of VCM tectorial membrane board.
A preparation process of a VCM film-coated plate comprises the following steps:
s1, a VCM film coating plate is placed on a feeding roller 4, then a transmission motor 3 is started, the transmission motor 3 drives a transmission box 301 to be started, so that the feeding roller 4 rotates to convey the VCM film coating plate, the VCM film coating plate is conveyed to one side of a first limiting frame 5 by a guide strip 401 while being conveyed, the VCM film coating plate is moved along the first limiting frame 5, when the VCM film coating plate is conveyed to a set position, a linear motor 20 and a cutting machine 21 are started, the linear motor 20 drives a T-shaped frame 24 to move along a position between a first drag rod 14 and a second drag rod 16, so that the cutting machine 21 cuts the VCM film coating plate, after the cutting is completed, the linear motor 20 returns, the T-shaped frame 24 slides above the first drag rod 14 along a guide frame 13, so that the cutting machine 21 is lifted, and then the T-shaped frame 24 falls down at one end of the first drag rod 14 under the action of self gravity;
s2, when the T-shaped frame 24 is lifted, the second limiting frame 36 is jacked up, the sliding rod 34 and the grinding plate 31 are lifted, the grinding plate 31 is in contact with the VCM film coating plate cutting position, the T-shaped frame 24 is in contact with the first wedge block 30 while returning along the upper side of the first towing bar 14, the fixed frame 29 and the sliding frame 28 are pressed downwards through the first wedge block 30, the sliding rod 34 is pushed to move by the second wedge block 35, then when the T-shaped frame 24 is separated from the contact with the first wedge block 30, the sliding frame 28 and the second wedge block 35 are lifted under the action of the first spring 26, the sliding rod 34 is reset under the action of the second spring 341, the grinding plate 31 is driven to reciprocate to grind the VCM film coating plate cutting position, and when the T-shaped frame 24 falls on the second towing bar 16, the second limiting frame 36 is reset under the action of the T-shaped frame 24, and the grinding plate 31 is separated from the contact with the VCM film coating plate;
s3, when the second limiting frame 36 ascends, the first ejector rod 37 is driven to ascend, one end of the swinging plate 41 is jacked up, the other end of the swinging plate 41 falls, the VCM film coating plate is pressed through the pressing plate 42, polishing of the VCM film coating plate is facilitated, when the first ejector rod 37 falls, the swinging rod 41 and the pressing plate 42 reset under the action of the torsion spring 39, and conveying of the VCM film coating plate is facilitated;
s4, the cut VCM film coating plate falls into the material receiving box 9 through the material guide plate 8, meanwhile, when the sliding rod 34 descends, the sliding rod 34 presses the second ejector rod 47 to rotate, the other end of the second ejector rod 47 pushes the push frame 46 and the sliding rod 45 to arrange the VCM film coating plate in the material receiving box 9 to enable the VCM film coating plate to be flat, and after the sliding rod 34 ascends, the push frame 46 and the sliding rod 45 reset under the action of the tension spring 43, so that the VCM film coating plate can conveniently enter the material receiving box 9;
s5, the polished fragments fall into the collection box 2, the collection box 2 is taken out, and the fragments are conveniently cleaned.
