the second driving seat is arranged on the mounting rack (1) in a sliding mode, and one end of the second driving seat is connected with the outer guide sleeve through a plurality of link rods; and
and the airflow pipes (33) are arranged corresponding to the main airflow discharge pieces (4), one ends of the airflow pipes (33) are connected to the main airflow discharge pieces (4), and the other ends of the airflow pipes are communicated with an external negative pressure pump.

the exhaust members (43) are arranged in a circumferential manner, and each exhaust member (43) is hermetically hinged on the sealing inner pipe (42);
the circumference of the guide frame (47) is vertically arranged in the sealing inner pipe (42), and the other end of the exhaust piece (43) is universally hinged on the guide frame (47); and
and the air supply outer pipe (46) is communicated with the outer shaft pipe (41).

the rotating ring seat (48) is arranged in the outer shaft tube (41) and positioned below the guide frame (47) in a relatively rotating manner, a micro motor is arranged in the outer shaft tube (41), and the output end of the micro motor is connected with the rotating ring seat (48) for transmission through a gear meshing effect;
