Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of feed additives, in particular to a compound antioxidant for feed and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The feed is rich in nutrient components, is very easy to oxidize in the production, processing, transportation and storage processes, and the oxidation of the feed can cause the loss of the nutrient components of the feed, so that the palatability of the feed is reduced, the oxidative stress is stimulated, and the health state of animals is further influenced. The oxidation of the feed can be effectively avoided by adding the feed antioxidant, ethoxyquin is the most common antioxidant in the feed, has the advantages of good using effect, low price and the like, but because ethoxyquin has physiological toxicity, part of countries of European Union have banned low-content ethoxyquin, and the development of new feed antioxidant products without ethoxyquin is the trend of the current market. At present, natural antioxidant ingredients are also applied to feed antioxidants, but the antioxidant which singly uses the natural antioxidant ingredients has poor antioxidant effect, and the antioxidant capacity is easy to quickly weaken, so that the antioxidant effect applied to the feed is not obvious.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems brought forward by the background technology, the invention aims to provide a compound antioxidant for feed, which can play a role in synergy among antioxidants, has remarkable antioxidant effect, strong antioxidant effect and good antioxidant capacity maintaining effect, can relieve the oxidative stress reaction of organisms, promotes the healthy growth of livestock and poultry, and solves the problems that the existing antioxidant for feed has poor antioxidant effect and the antioxidant capacity is easy to weaken quickly.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the compound antioxidant for the feed, the prepared compound antioxidant for the feed can be contacted with the feed more fully, so that the more effective antioxidant effect is exerted, and the preparation method has the advantages of simple process and safety.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the composite antioxidant for the feed comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight:
2-5 parts of marigold flavone
10-30 parts of antioxidant
50-80 parts of a carrier.
Further, the feed also comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight:
2-5 parts of tea polyphenol
4-10 parts of vitamin C.
Further, the weight ratio of the total weight of the marigold flavone and the tea polyphenol to the vitamin C is 1: 1.
further, the weight ratio of the total weight of the marigold flavone and the tea polyphenol to the antioxidant is 1: 3.
still further, the antioxidant is a phenolic antioxidant, and the antioxidant is selected from any one or more of tert-butyl hydroquinone, butyl hydroxy anisole, dibutyl hydroxy toluene and propyl gallate.
Further, the feed also comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of a synergist.
Still further, the synergist is selected from any one or more of citric acid, phosphoric acid and ascorbic acid.
Still further, the carrier is selected from any one or a combination of two of zeolite powder and white carbon black.
A preparation method of a compound antioxidant for feed is used for preparing the compound antioxidant for feed, and comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing marigold flavone, an antioxidant, a carrier, tea polyphenol, vitamin C and a synergist according to parts by weight;
(2) dividing the carrier weighed in the step (1) into two parts according to 70% and 30% by weight;
(3) heating and hot-melting an antioxidant at 60-80 ℃, and uniformly mixing the antioxidant with 70% by weight of the carrier in the step (2) to obtain a mixture A;
(4) uniformly mixing marigold flavone, tea polyphenol, vitamin C and a synergist with the carrier with the weight percentage of 30% in the step (2) to obtain a mixture B;
(5) and uniformly mixing the mixture A and the mixture B to obtain the compound antioxidant for the feed.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the antioxidant effect of the antioxidant can be greatly improved by using the natural antioxidant and the artificially synthesized antioxidant in a compounding way, the synergistic effect of the antioxidant effect of 1+1 & gt 2 can be achieved under the condition of less antioxidant using amount, in addition, the artificial antioxidant and the natural marigold flavone in a compounding way have good maintaining effect of antioxidant capacity and are not easy to be oxidized by air, and the in-vitro and in-vivo double-effect antioxidant effect can be achieved. The oxidation resistance is easy to be rapidly weakened;
the composite antioxidant for the feed prepared by the preparation method of the composite antioxidant for the feed can be used in products such as feed, premix, concentrate, grease for feed, fish meal and the like, and has excellent antioxidant effect.
