技术领域
本发明涉及日用品技术领域,具体是一种防疟驱蚊抑菌组合物及其制备 方法。
背景技术
疟疾是由疟原虫引起的严重危害人类健康的寄生虫病之一。主要是由携 带疟原虫的雌蚊叮咬人体,并将体内的疟原虫感染人体而引起的综合症。根 据世界卫生组织2019年世界疟疾报告显示,2014至2018年期间,全球在减 少新发感染方面没有任何成果。2018年疟疾所致死亡人数与前一年几乎相同。 2018年全世界估计发生2.28亿例疟疾病例,全球约有40.5万人死于疟疾, 疟疾的全球防控仍然面临着巨大挑战。传统的化学药物氯喹、甲氟喹和以青 蒿素为基础的复方药物等治疗疟疾效果显著,但仍无法达到预防和消除疟疾的目的。此外在过去五年内,亚洲和非洲区域,疟原虫对常用的抗疟药青蒿 素也已经产生了抗药性,出现了恶性疟原虫,这一现象的产生更加使疟疾的 传播无法得到有效控制。而且在疟疾肆虐的国家,蚊虫对常用杀虫剂已经产 生很强的耐药性。因此,国际抗疟组织迫切希望有一种新方法、新药物来控 制疟疾的传播。
由于疟疾是通过蚊媒进行传播,而在传统的单一剂型杀蚊剂或驱蚊剂中, 常规剂量的药物是无法达到完全灭蚊或驱蚊的。其次,单一剂型的杀蚊剂或 驱蚊剂随着使用时间效果逐渐减小,想要达到100%杀蚊或驱蚊效果则需要增 大药物的浓度或增加用药频率。然而,当药物浓度和用药频率增大后随之面 临的是对人体、对环境毒性的增大,成本增加,蚊子的出现耐药性的几率增 大。且长期以来,拟除虫菊酯类化合物作为灭蚊剂主要有效成分,对于杀灭 蚊虫有显著效果,但是对环境危害严重,而且蚊虫普遍产生了抗性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效、安全、低毒且持续期长的防疟驱蚊抑 菌组合物及其制备方法,目的在于驱赶蚊虫同时阻断疟疾的传播,从根本上 解决疟原虫通过蚊子感染人类的问题,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种防疟驱蚊抑菌组合物,包括以下质量组份的物质:
体外抗疟药:阿托伐醌0.015%-0.030%;
驱蚊剂:驱蚊酯15%-20%;
溶剂:乙醇20%-40%;
表面活性剂:聚乙二醇-4002.0%-5.0%;
抑菌剂:聚六亚甲基双胍0.015%-0.03%;
香精:迷迭香精油0.04%-0.15%;
余量为去离子水。
表面活性剂还可以是AEO-9、聚乙二醇-400、吐温-80中的一种或多种。
抑菌剂还可以是聚六亚甲基双胍或醋酸氯己定中的一种或多种。
香精还可以是迷迭香精油、香茅精油、柠檬草油、薄荷油等一种或多种。
实施例一,一种防疟驱蚊抑菌组合物的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、抑菌水的制备:
S1.1、称量1份聚六亚甲基双胍加入2500份去离子水使其百分含量为 0.04%(m/v),即得抑菌水母液;
S2、驱蚊酯抑菌液的制备:
S2.1、取2ml驱蚊酯加入两百分之一ml柠檬草香精,混匀;
S2.2、加入3ml95%乙醇,混匀;
S2.3、加入5ml步骤S1所制备抑菌水母液,混匀;
S2.4、超声除泡;
S3、阿托伐醌混悬母液的制备:
S3.1、量取1g阿托伐醌,加入180gPEG-400,初步混匀;
S3.2、加入320ml步骤S1所制备的抑菌水母液;
S3.3、高速真空匀质,即得阿托伐醌混悬母液;
S4、阿托伐醌驱蚊酯抑菌溶液的制备:
S4.1、取步骤S3所制备的阿托伐醌母液1ml,加入步骤S2所制备的驱蚊 酯抑菌液9ml;
S4.2、充分混匀,即得防疟驱蚊抑菌组合物。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明阿托伐醌与驱蚊酯的组合物能杀灭蚊子体内的疟原虫,从而阻 止疟疾的传播,与现有的单一驱蚊剂相比,其驱蚊防疟效果更加显著。
2、本发明对人体安全,无毒副作用,对环境友好,可应用于人体和环境。
3、本发明的组合物配方中不含有抛射剂,酒精含量低,有利于生产、储 存和运输。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
一种防疟驱蚊抑菌组合物,包括以下质量组份的物质:
体外抗疟药:阿托伐醌0.015%-0.030%、
驱蚊剂:驱蚊酯15%-20%、
溶剂:乙醇20%-40%、
表面活性剂:聚乙二醇-4002.0%-5.0%、
抑菌剂:聚六亚甲基双胍0.015%-0.03%、
香精:迷迭香精油0.04%-0.15%、
余量为去离子水。
体外抗疟药:其中,阿托伐醌是一种常用的抗疟疾药物,其不仅可以治 疗感染疟疾的患者,还可以杀灭蚊子体内的疟原虫,阿托伐醌为羟基1,4-萘 喹啉,是辅酶Q的同系物,具有抗几种疟原虫的活性;其作用部位为疟原虫 细胞色素bc1结合点(结合点Ⅲ);阿托伐醌能可逆性地与多肽上的11.5kDa 分子基团结合;二氢乳清酸脱氢酶是吡啶生物合成中重要的酶,通过辅酶Q 连接线粒体作电子传递,因此阿托伐醌通过抑制电子传递阻止吡啶的合成, 一些代谢酶通过辅酶Q参与线粒体的电子传递,因此,阿托伐醌抑制电子传 递作用实际上是抑制了这些酶的活性。
驱蚊剂:作为化学趋避剂而非杀虫剂的驱蚊酯毒性较小,对人体皮肤或 者环境没有刺激作用,孕妇婴幼儿亦可使用,作用效果迅速且在驱蚊活性的 高效性和持久性方面优于植物源驱避剂等优点。因此得到广泛的应用。
溶剂:选择乙醇作为主要载体,溶解各成分;
表面活性剂:表面活性剂用于辅助阿托伐醌和驱蚊酯的溶解,还可以是 AEO-9、聚乙二醇-400、吐温-80中的一种或多种。

香精:香精用于增加产品香味同时亦具有驱蚊效果,可选迷迭香精油、 香茅精油、柠檬草油、薄荷油等一种或多种。
本发明所制备的防疟驱蚊抑菌组合物使用方法是直接喷洒在人体皮肤、 衣物、室内环境等。
实施例一,一种防疟驱蚊抑菌组合物的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、抑菌水的制备:
S1.1、称量1g聚六亚甲基双胍加入2500ml去离子水使其百分含量为 0.04%(m/v),即得抑菌水母液;
S2、驱蚊酯抑菌液的制备:
S2.1、取2ml驱蚊酯加入两百分之一ml柠檬草香精,混匀;
S2.2、加入3ml95%乙醇,混匀;
S2.3、加入5ml步骤S1所制备抑菌水母液,混匀;
S2.4、超声除泡;
S3、阿托伐醌混悬母液的制备:
S3.1、量取1g阿托伐醌,加入180gPEG-400,初步混匀;
S3.2、加入320ml步骤S1所制备的抑菌水母液;
S3.3、高速真空匀质,即得阿托伐醌混悬母液;
S4、阿托伐醌驱蚊酯抑菌溶液的制备:
S4.1、取步骤S3所制备的阿托伐醌母液1ml,加入步骤S2所制备的驱蚊 酯抑菌液9ml;
S4.2、充分混匀,即得防疟驱蚊抑菌组合物。
实施例二,一种防疟驱蚊抑菌组合物的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、抑菌水的制备:
S1.1、称量1g醋酸氯己定加入2000ml去离子水使其百分含量为0.05% (m/v),即得抑菌水母液;
S2、驱蚊酯抑菌液的制备:
S2.1、取2ml驱蚊酯加入两百分之一ml柠檬草香精,混匀;
S2.2、加入3ml95%乙醇,混匀;
S2.3、加入5ml步骤S1所制备的抑菌水,混匀;
S2.4、超声除泡;
(3)、阿托伐醌混悬母液的制备:
S3.1、量取1g阿托伐醌,加入100ml AEO-9,初步混匀;
S3.2、加入400ml步骤S1所制备的抑菌水;
S3.3、高速真空匀质,即得阿托伐醌混悬母液;
(4)阿托伐醌驱蚊酯抑菌溶液的制备:
S4.1、取步骤S2所制备的驱蚊酯抑菌液9ml,加入步骤S3所制备的阿托 伐醌母液1ml;
S4.2、充分混匀,即得防疟驱蚊抑菌组合物。
相关性能试验数据:
(1)体外抗疟测试:
将防疟驱蚊抑菌组合物喷在培养蚊子的笼子上,然后转移通过标准膜喂 血法(standard membrane-feeding assay(SMFA))来感染体外培养的恶 性疟原虫(Plasmodiumfalciparum)的冈比亚按蚊(Anophelesgambaie),每 个笼子放置50只蚊子。培养七天后,蚊子中肠被解剖,然后使用mercury dibromofluresein disodium染色,然后使用光学显微镜检验中肠中的疟原 虫的个数。对照组的笼子没有喷洒任何试剂。实验组和对照组各使用3个 笼子。最后,统计蚊子中肠中疟原虫数量的均值:

本测试主要考察配方组合物的稳定性,其指标为静置若干天后是否产生 沉淀。

由测试可知,本发明的防疟驱蚊抑菌组合物可有效的杀灭蚊子体内的疟 原虫,同时对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色链球菌和大肠杆菌均有较好的抑制性, 同时稳定性极佳。
上面对本专利的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本专利并不限于上述 实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离 本专利宗旨的前提下做出各种变化。
Claims (5)
1.一种防疟驱蚊抑菌组合物,其特征在于,包括以下质量组份的物质:
体外抗疟药:阿托伐醌0.015%-0.030%;
驱蚊剂:驱蚊酯15%-20%;
溶剂:乙醇20%-40%;
表面活性剂:聚乙二醇-4002.0%-5.0%;
抑菌剂:聚六亚甲基双胍0.015%-0.03%;
香精:迷迭香精油0.04%-0.15%;
余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防疟驱蚊抑菌组合物,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂还可以是AEO-9、聚乙二醇-400、吐温-80中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防疟驱蚊抑菌组合物,其特征在于,所述抑菌剂还可以是聚六亚甲基双胍或醋酸氯己定中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防疟驱蚊抑菌组合物,其特征在于,所述香精还可以是迷迭香精油、香茅精油、柠檬草油、薄荷油等一种或多种。
5.一种防疟驱蚊抑菌组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、抑菌水的制备:
S1.1、称量1g聚六亚甲基双胍加入2500ml去离子水使其百分含量为0.04%(m/v),即得抑菌水母液;
S2、驱蚊酯抑菌液的制备:
S2.1、取2ml驱蚊酯加入两百分之一ml柠檬草香精,混匀;
S2.2、加入3ml95%乙醇,混匀;
S2.3、加入5ml步骤S1所制备抑菌水母液,混匀;
S2.4、超声除泡;
