一种时钟同步方法、装置、设备及存储介质，涉及通信技术领域。所述方法包括：在第一终端组中的终端需要由第一接入网设备切换至第二接入网设备的情况下，可以在切换过程中向第二接入网设备发送第一信息，第二接入网设备可以基于该第一信息确定目标时钟参考终端，该目标时钟参考终端用作第一主TSN时钟节点(301)。如此，在切换过程中使得该第二接入网设备可以确定合适的主TSN时钟节点进行时钟同步，以实现该目标时钟参考终端支持的TSN业务下的时钟同步。
