a cutting circular saw (29) is arranged on the output shaft of the fourth motor (28) of the cutting unit, and cleaning rollers (30) are arranged on the output shaft of the fourth motor (28) of the cleaning unit;
mounting seats (31) are fixedly connected to the front side wall and the rear side wall in the rear cavity (4), two ends of the first rotary drum (5) are rotatably mounted on the mounting seats (31), a fifth motor (32) is further mounted in any mounting seat (31), and an output shaft of the fifth motor (32) is fixedly connected with the first rotary drum (5);
the two mounting seats (31) are provided with a fourth telescopic rod (33), the telescopic end of the fourth telescopic rod (33) points to the ground, and a first clamping hand (34) for grabbing a cable is fixedly connected with the telescopic end of the fourth telescopic rod;
