At least two upright posts 2 are arranged on two sides of the road respectively; the beam 1 is fixed at the top end of the upright post 2 in a socket connection mode; the sensor 3 is arranged at the top of the upright post 2, and a sensing probe of the sensor 3 faces a first set height position which is lower than the set distance of the cross beam 1; the license plate recognition device 4 is arranged at the top of the upright post 2, and a probe of the license plate recognition device 4 faces to a second set height interval which is an interval covered by the installation height of the license plate of the existing social vehicle; the alarm device 5 is arranged on the upright post 2 (can be placed at the top end of the upright post or at the side edge of the upper half part of the upright post), and the alarm device 5 is connected with the sensor 3 through a cable; the power supply device 6 supplies power to the sensor 3, the vehicle license plate recognition device 4, and the alarm device 5.

The vehicle license plate recognition device 4 is arranged at the top of the upright post 2 and is preferably arranged at the same side of the sensor 3; the probe of the license plate recognition device 4 faces a second set height interval, and the second set height interval is an interval covered by the installation height of the license plate of the existing social vehicle; the vehicle license plate recognition device 4 is connected with the socket 63 to obtain working power, and the signal output end is connected with the signal input end of the sensor 3 to transmit license plate information of passing vehicles in an electric signal mode.
The alarm device 5 is arranged on the upright 2, can be arranged at the top end of the upright 2, and can also be arranged at the side edge of the upper half part of the upright, preferably at the same side as the sensor 3.
The alarm device 5 is provided with a switching value controller 51 and an alarm 52. The signal control end of the switching value controller 51 is connected with the signal output end of the sensor 3 so as to receive the electric signal transmitted by the sensor 3; the signal output end of the switching value controller 51 is connected with the alarm 52 and transmits an electric signal to the alarm, and the alarm 52 is connected with the socket 63 to obtain working power.
The power supply device 6 includes a solar battery box 61, a storage battery 62, and a receptacle 63. Wherein, the four walls of the solar cell box 61 are attached with solar cell panels, and the electric energy converted from solar energy is stored in the storage battery 62; the battery 62 forms a current path with the socket 63, and the socket 63 is provided with an equipment socket for connecting with electric equipment. The sensor 3, the license plate recognition device 4 and the alarm 52 are connected to the outlet 63 to obtain required power.

The sensor 3 is connected with the socket 63 to obtain working power, the sensor 3 sends out multichannel laser pulse, when the vehicle in driving exceeds a first set height, the sensor 3 can receive the laser pulse signal that reflects back, the sensor 3 converts the license plate information and the pulse signal of this car recorded by the license plate recognition device 4 into the signal of telecommunication together, transmit the signal control end for the switching value controller 51, the switching value controller 51 sends out the closing instruction according to the signal of telecommunication that the signal control end received, communicate with the alarm 52, report the signal of telecommunication to the alarm 52, the alarm 52 can accurately report the license plate number of the vehicle that exceeds the limit and send out the warning that exceeds the limit.
