Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pavement repair, in particular to an asphalt pavement repair structure.
Background
Asphalt pavement, as a typical flexible pavement, is prone to cumulative deformation under repeated loads due to large deflection deformation and small bending strength under the loads. Among them, the pits are one of the most common failure states on asphalt pavement. The reason for the formation of the pits is multiple, and the most common reason is that the asphalt pavement is unevenly paved, so that the degree of compaction of the aggregates in a partial pavement area is insufficient, and after the pavement is rolled, although the position can keep the same state and flatness as the conventional position, the pit is easily formed after the vehicle is rolled, and finally, a deeper pit is formed. The conventional pit repairing mode is direct filling, namely asphalt mixture is directly filled in the pits and is rolled and molded, when the mode is adopted for repairing, the roadbed structure is easy to be unstable due to the fact that part of roadbed below the pits is infiltrated by rainwater for a long time, after direct filling and rolling, the state of the lower layer structure of the road surface is not improved, and the pits are easy to appear again after rolling by vehicles; the method can also be used for repairing by replacing pavement materials, namely, a groove with the diameter larger than that of the pit is directly formed in the pavement at the pit, the asphalt mixture and the unstable pavement foundation in the groove are dug downwards, and then the asphalt mixture is filled in the groove. Based on this, the applicant provides an asphalt pavement repairing structure which is convenient to operate, good in safety and low in cost.
