Abstract
The application discloses a fabric capable of softening and caring skin, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45-60 parts of mercerized cotton fibers, 20-30 parts of rich and strong fibers and 5-6 parts of spandex fibers; the fabric prepared by the formula disclosed by the application not only completely retains the excellent natural characteristics of raw cotton, but also has the advantages of general luster, soft hand feeling and comfortable touch feeling, wherein the preparation method of the fabric realizes the requirements of various applications without manual repeated transportation, and meanwhile, the dust collecting assembly, the filtering assembly and the heat radiating assembly use the same fan for air suction, so that the purpose of energy saving and electricity saving is realized.

Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of fabric processing, in particular to a soft and skin-friendly fabric and a preparation method thereof, and in particular relates to a preparation device of the soft and skin-friendly fabric.
Background
The fabric is the material used for making clothing. In the world of clothing, the fabric of the clothing is confetti and is changed every day. But in general, the high-quality and high-grade fabric has the characteristics of comfort in wearing, sweat absorption, ventilation, stiff and smooth suspension, noble vision, soft touch and the like.
At present, ironing and processing are needed in the production process of the fabric, so that the fabric is flattened and wrinkle-removed for later shaping, rolling and selling, however, the surface of the fabric is difficult to clean after ironing because the fabric is complex in production process and has a large amount of dust, woolen and the like; meanwhile, the existing ironing device is directly rolled after ironing is finished, the temperature of the fabric is still high, and certain potential safety hazards exist.
Therefore, we propose a fabric which is compliant and skin-friendly, and a preparation device and a preparation method thereof.

Aiming at the defects, the application provides the fabric which is compliant and skin-friendly, and the preparation device and the preparation method thereof, which not only can adjust the tightness precision of the fabric according to the actual use requirement through the tensioning assembly, but also can carry out dust removal, softening, ironing and heat dissipation operations on the fabric through the dust collecting assembly, the softening assembly, the ironing assembly and the heat dissipation assembly in sequence, so that a large amount of dust, woolen and the like on the surface of the fabric are effectively removed, and meanwhile, the surface temperature of the fabric is reduced, and further, the high-temperature scalding caused when workers collect the fabric is effectively avoided, thereby solving the problems.
The technical scheme of the application is realized as follows:
the application provides a preparation method of a fabric for softening and skin-friendly, which comprises the following steps:
s1, sequentially placing mercerized cotton fibers, rich fibers and spandex fibers on a two-for-one twister, and bonding the mercerized cotton fibers and the rich fibers into strands through twisting;
s2, weaving the folded yarn obtained in the S1 into grey cloth through an automatic braiding machine;
s3, putting the grey cloth obtained in the step S2 into a treatment liquid for desizing pretreatment, then carrying out low-temperature dyeing treatment through a dye vat, then carrying out rinsing in a soap liquid, removing dye which is not combined with the grey cloth, wherein the temperature is 80-90 ℃, the conveying speed is 50-60 m/min, and then washing cleanly with clear water of 25-30 ℃;
s4, immersing the dyed grey cloth obtained in the S3 into a fixation liquid, and performing high-temperature baking fixation post-treatment, wherein the baking temperature is 150-165 ℃ and the time is 1-2 minutes;
and S5, ironing and shaping the color-fixed grey cloth obtained in the step S4 through an ironing device, and finally rolling the shaped grey cloth by utilizing a rolling device.
The application also provides a preparation device of the fabric with soft and skin-friendly effect, which comprises the ironing device, wherein the ironing device comprises:
the main body structure is internally provided with a dust collection assembly, a tensioning assembly, a softening assembly, an ironing assembly, a filtering assembly and a heat dissipation assembly in sequence from left to right;
the main structure comprises a case, an unreeling roller is arranged on the left side of the top of an inner cavity of the case, a plurality of guide rollers are connected in turn through bearings from left to right in the case, a winding roller is arranged on the right side of the bottom of the inner cavity of the case, a motor is arranged on the rear side of the inner cavity of the case, an output shaft of the motor is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft of the winding roller, a plurality of supporting legs are vertically and fixedly connected to the bottom of the case, and a reinforcing rod is horizontally and fixedly connected between two adjacent supporting legs;

The application relates to a soft and skin-friendly fabric which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45-60 parts of mercerized cotton fiber, 20-30 parts of rich and strong fiber and 5-6 parts of spandex fiber.
As shown in fig. 1, the preparation method of the fabric for softening and skin-friendly provided by the application comprises the following steps:
s1, sequentially placing the mercerized cotton fiber, the strong-rich fiber and the spandex fiber on a two-for-one twister to form a stranded wire through twisting and bonding;
s2, weaving the folded yarn obtained in the S1 into grey cloth through an automatic braiding machine;
s3, putting the grey cloth obtained in the step S2 into a treatment liquid for desizing pretreatment, then carrying out low-temperature dyeing treatment through a dye vat, then carrying out rinsing in a soap liquid, removing dye which is not combined with the grey cloth, wherein the temperature is 80-90 ℃, the conveying speed is 50-60 m/min, and then washing cleanly with clear water of 25-30 ℃;
s4, immersing the dyed grey cloth obtained in the S3 into a fixation liquid, and performing high-temperature baking fixation post-treatment, wherein the baking temperature is 150-165 ℃ and the time is 1-2 minutes;
and S5, ironing and shaping the color-fixed grey cloth obtained in the step S4 through an ironing device, and finally rolling the shaped grey cloth by utilizing a rolling device.
Through adopting the technical scheme, the preparation method of the fabric with soft and skin-friendly effect provided by the application realizes the requirements of various applications through the matched use of the main body structure 1, the dust collection assembly 2, the tensioning assembly 3, the softening assembly 4, the ironing assembly 5, the filtering assembly 6 and the heat dissipation assembly 7, does not need manual repeated transportation, reduces the manual labor intensity, and simultaneously, the dust collection assembly 2, the filtering assembly 6 and the heat dissipation assembly 7 use the same fan for sucking air, thereby realizing the purposes of energy conservation and electricity saving.
Example 2
Based on the above process, the preparation device of the fabric with soft and skin-friendly effect according to the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2 to 10, includes the ironing device in embodiment 1, and the ironing device includes:
the main body structure 1, wherein a dust collection assembly 2, a tensioning assembly 3, a softening assembly 4, an ironing assembly 5, a filtering assembly 6 and a heat dissipation assembly 7 are sequentially arranged in the main body structure 1 from left to right;

the tensioning assembly 3 comprises a rotating rod 301 which is rotatably connected to the rear side of an inner cavity of the chassis 101 through a bearing, a tensioning roller 302 is arranged on the surface of the rotating rod 301, a gear 303 is fixedly connected to the rear end of the surface of the rotating rod 301, a tooth sleeve 304 meshed with the gear 303 is sleeved on the surface of the gear 303, a sliding sleeve 305 is fixedly connected to two sides of the surface of the tooth sleeve 304, a guide rod 306 is movably inserted into the inner cavity of the sliding sleeve 305, the guide rod 306 is of a T-shaped structure, the rear end of the guide rod 306 is fixedly connected with the chassis 101, a spring 307 is sleeved on the surface of the guide rod 306, and two ends of the spring 307 are fixedly connected with the sliding sleeve 305 and the guide rod 306 respectively;
the ironing assembly 5 comprises a shielding box 501 fixedly connected to the top of the inner cavity of the case 101, two ironing rollers 502 are movably connected to the inner cavity of the shielding box 501 from top to bottom in sequence, the rear ends of the ironing rollers 502 penetrate through the rear side of the shielding box 501, the rear ends of the ironing rollers 502 positioned below are rotatably connected to the rear side of the inner cavity of the case 101 through bearings, through holes 503 are formed in the rear side of the case 101, a screw rod 504 is rotatably connected to the bottom of the inner wall surface of the through holes 503 through bearings, the top end of the screw rod 504 penetrates through the top of the case 101 and is fixedly connected with a hand wheel 505, a movable plate 506 is sleeved on the surface threads of the screw rod 504, and the rear ends of the ironing rollers 502 positioned above are rotatably connected to the front side of the movable plate 506 through bearings;
the filtering assembly 6 comprises a filtering box 601 communicated to the right side of the shielding box 501, wherein the top of the filtering box 601 penetrates to the top of the machine case 101 and is fixedly connected with the penetrating part of the machine case 101, three filter screens 602 distributed in equal intervals are arranged in the filtering box 601, an access board 603 is mounted on the top of the filtering box 601 through bolts, the bottom of the access board 603 is fixedly connected with the filter screens 602, and one end, far away from the guide pipe 203, of a connecting pipe 204 is communicated with the filtering box 601;

In practical application, firstly, the fabric to be ironed is placed on the surface of the unreeling roller 102, the end part of the fabric sequentially passes through the dust collecting component 2, the softening component 4 and the ironing component 5, the end part of the fabric is guided by the guide rollers 103, the end part of the fabric is finally adhered to the surface of the wind-up roller 104, the motor 105 is started, and the fabric can be conveyed by the motor 105; secondly, the convex ball 309 is pulled forwards, the convex ball 309 drives the pull rod 308 and the tooth sleeve 304 to synchronously move forwards, the tooth sleeve 304 drives the sliding sleeve 305 to slide on the surface of the guide rod 306, the spring 307 is stressed to shrink until the tooth sleeve 304 is separated from the surface of the gear 303, the rotating rod 301 can be unlocked, at the moment, the handle 310 is utilized to rotate the rotating rod 301, the rotating rod 301 drives the tensioning roller 302 to synchronously rotate, a worker can adjust the tightness of the fabric according to actual use requirements, and after the adjustment is finished, the convex ball 309 and the handle 310 are sequentially released, so that the tensioning roller 302 can be stably kept in the state; thirdly, starting the fan 702 to collect dust, burrs and the like on two sides of the fabric through the dust collection cover 201, then sequentially entering the inner cavity of the filter box 601 through the guide pipe 203 and the connecting pipe 204, filtering the dust and the burrs through the filter screen 602, and finally discharging the filtered gas through the coil 703 and the fan 702; from time to time, the pipe cover 403 is opened, liquid is added into the inner cavity of the water tank 401 through the water inlet pipe 402, the water pump 404 is started, the water pump 404 conveys the liquid in the inner cavity of the water tank 401 to the inner cavity of the water storage plate 405, and then the liquid is atomized and sprayed out through the atomizing nozzle 406, so that not only can a better ironing effect be achieved, but also the phenomenon that the fabric is damaged due to excessive ironing is avoided, and the fabric is ironed by the ironing roller 502; finally, when the fan 702 is started, peculiar smell generated by heating the inner cavity of the shielding box 501 is sucked into the filter box 601, the filter screen 602 is used for purifying treatment, the peculiar smell is placed to diffuse into the air to pollute the surrounding environment, after the purification is finished, the gas is sucked into the coil 703, the heat exchange medium can flow stably by using the heat dissipation fins 704, a good heat exchange effect can be achieved, and finally, the gas is blown to the surface of the fabric by using the exhaust end of the fan 702, so that the ironed fabric is subjected to heat dissipation treatment, and high-temperature scalding when workers collect the fabric is effectively avoided; in addition, by rotating the hand wheel 505, the hand wheel 505 drives the screw 504 to rotate, and the screw 504 drives the movable plate 506, the baffle 507 and the ironing roller 502 positioned above to synchronously move upwards, so that the ironing machine is applicable to fabrics with different thicknesses.

s4, immersing the dyed grey cloth obtained in the S3 into a fixation liquid, and performing high-temperature baking fixation post-treatment, wherein the baking temperature is 150-165 ℃ and the time is 1-2 minutes;
s5, ironing and shaping the color-fixed grey cloth obtained in the S4 through the ironing device according to any one of claims 1-5, and finally rolling the shaped grey cloth by using the rolling device.
7. A method for preparing the compliant skin-friendly fabric as claimed in claim 6, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 45-60 parts of mercerized cotton fiber, 20-30 parts of rich and strong fiber and 5-6 parts of spandex fiber.
