Abstract
A coating with a long-acting release function realizes the effect of an imitated natural marble interface by matching natural mineral materials with solid plant rubber powder, and because the imitated natural marble interface microscopically has a three-dimensional space structure similar to a natural marble and has a large number of gaps and ravines, components of a long-acting volatile agent can be slowly and durably emitted from the gaps and the ravines for a long time, so that the technical defects that a flavoring agent in the existing resin coating is easy to volatilize quickly and cannot be maintained for a long time are overcome.

Background
The coating is traditionally named as paint in China. The coating is a continuous film which is coated on the surface of an object to be protected or decorated and can form firm adhesion with the object to be coated, and is a viscous liquid which is prepared by taking resin, oil or emulsion as a main material, adding or not adding pigments and fillers, adding corresponding auxiliaries and using an organic solvent or water. The paint is a material which can be coated on the surface of an object by different construction processes to form a continuous solid film with firm adhesion and certain strength. The film thus formed is generally called a coating film, also called a paint film or a coating. "
The function mainly comprises four points: protecting, decorating and masking the defects and other special functions of the product, and improving the value of the product.
Along with the increasing improvement of the living standard of people, the people have more and more requirements on health preservation, people hope that the coating which is frequently contacted in life also has the health preservation function, and therefore the coating is required to slowly release the smell of spices or medicinal materials and other functional volatile particles for a long time in daily life so as to achieve the health preservation effect.
The existing coating generally has the defect of bad smell, and in order to solve the defect, essence and spice are often added into the coating to cover the coating, but the essence is most volatile and cannot maintain the fragrance for a long time, so the adding amount of the essence is often increased to delay the dispersion of the fragrance, but the fragrance of a newly coated product is too strong.

3 parts of kaolin;
0.3 part of wax powder;
1.5 parts of attapulgite;
3.5 parts of solid plant rubber powder;
3 parts of glass sand;
10 parts of quartz sand; .
The solid plant rubber powder is SK6441 solid acrylic resin.
The long-acting volatile agent component accounts for 2-3% of the total component mass.
The volatile agent component is one or more of traditional Chinese medicine components with fragrance or functional volatile particles without fragrance.
The glass sand is 400 meshes of glass sand.
The long-acting volatile agent component consists of the following components: wood powder, wood oil perfume, graphene, a dispersing agent, a penetrating agent and glass beads.
The wood flour is wood flour with the grain size of more than 1000 meshes.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a coating with a long-acting release function, which realizes the effect of imitating a natural marble interface by matching natural mineral materials with solid plant rubber powder.

Examples
The coating with the long-acting release function comprises a coating component and a long-acting volatile agent component, wherein the coating comprises the following components in parts by mass:
32 parts of calcium hydroxide;
12 parts of jade powder;
0.5 part of cellulose;
15 parts of superfine barium sulfate;
5 parts of talcum powder;
2 parts of mica powder;
3 parts of titanium dioxide;
3 parts of heavy calcium carbonate;
3 parts of kaolin;
0.3 part of wax powder;
1.5 parts of attapulgite;
3.5 parts of solid plant rubber powder (SK 6441 solid acrylic resin);
3 parts of glass sand (400 meshes);
10 parts of quartz sand; .
The long-acting volatile agent component accounts for 2-3% of the total component mass.
The volatile agent component is one or more of traditional Chinese medicine components with fragrance or functional volatile particles without fragrance. The Chinese medicinal materials with fragrance comprise Moschus, lignum Aquilariae Resinatum, and lignum Aquilariae Resinatum.
The long-acting volatile agent component consists of the following components: wood powder, wood oil perfume, graphene, a dispersing agent, a penetrating agent and glass beads.
The wood oil perfume is extract of medicinal materials with fragrance such as Moschus, lignum Aquilariae Resinatum, and lignum Aquilariae Resinatum.
Observation by scanning electron microscope
Microscopic scanning electron micrographs of the upper coating interface are shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, and a large number of gaps and ravines exist on the upper coating interface, and the gaps are uneven.
The microscopic scanning electron microscope images in the coating are shown in fig. 3 and fig. 4, the coating is rough and unsmooth, the interior of the coating is of a structure similar to a stone, and a large number of holes are formed in the structure, so that a large number of volatile agent components can be conveniently retained and can be slowly released from gaps of an interface on the coating.
