(3) keeping the temperature and continuing stirring to ensure that the components are fully mixed and reacted, keeping the temperature at 70 ℃, keeping the temperature for 0.8h, then cooling, taking out and packaging to obtain the required adhesive.
Example 5
The invention provides an adhesive for preparing a repairing agent in embodiment 1 and embodiment 2, which specifically comprises the following raw materials: 300 parts of modified epoxy resin, 60 parts of polyamide, 80 parts of diethyl propylamine, 15 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 100 parts of mixed solvent and 30 parts of diluent.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) firstly, preparing raw materials according to the components, then putting polyamide, diethyl propylamine and nano silicon dioxide into a container, heating, stirring and mixing for 2 hours, and keeping the temperature at 50 ℃;
(2) adding the modified epoxy resin into a container, continuously stirring and mixing, adding a mixed solvent and a diluent, heating, and slowly heating to 75 ℃;
(3) keeping the temperature and continuing stirring to ensure that the components are fully mixed and reacted, keeping the temperature at 70 ℃, keeping the temperature for 1h, then cooling, taking out and packaging to obtain the required adhesive.
According to the repairing method, after the repairing positions are cleaned, the repairing is performed according to different characteristics of different repairing positions, and the corresponding adhesive and the ceramic powder are used, so that the damaged positions can be repaired more than once, the original appearance of nixing pottery can be restored, the market prospect is good, and the defect that the original appearance of ware cannot be restored by the existing repairing method is overcome.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention within the knowledge of those skilled in the art.
Claims (10)
1. The repairing method for the nixing pottery is characterized in that the nixing pottery is repaired by adopting two raw materials of pottery powder and an adhesive, and the concrete repairing steps are as follows:
(1) and preparing ceramic powder: selecting nixing pottery mud as a raw material, calcining, grinding into powder, and sieving to prepare pottery powder for later use;
(2) and cleaning a repaired part: cleaning a to-be-repaired position of the nixing pottery, cleaning the to-be-repaired position, wherein the to-be-repaired damage position comprises sand holes or cracks generated by firing the nixing pottery, brushing out impurities by using a brush, and cleaning by using a cleaning solution;
(3) preparing a repairing agent according to the requirement: according to the size and the color of sand holes or cracks at the positions to be repaired, ceramic powder and an adhesive are proportioned differently, and different auxiliary toner is added to prepare putty-like slurry serving as a repairing agent;
(4) and a filler: filling the mending agent prepared in the step (3) into the sand holes or cracks, and repeatedly filling until the mending agent is filled;
(5) and drying and polishing: and (4) placing the nixing pottery filled with the repairing agent in the step (4) in a shade place, naturally drying for 3-5h, and polishing the surface of the repaired part by using a polishing tool or manually after drying to ensure that the repaired part is consistent with the nixing pottery per se, thereby completing the repairing operation.
2. The repairing method for nixing ceramics as recited in claim 1, wherein in the step (1), nixing ceramics pug is selected by: firstly, confirming mud materials adopted by nixing ceramics to be repaired, wherein the nixing ceramic mud materials for repairing are consistent with the nixing ceramic mud materials to be repaired; and secondly, collecting the nixing pottery calcining process flow to be repaired, so that the preparation processes of the nixing pottery pug for repairing and the nixing pottery pug to be repaired are kept consistent.
3. The repairing method for nixing pottery as recited in claim 1, wherein the specific steps of cleaning the to-be-repaired in the step (2) are as follows:
firstly, brushing out larger impurities by using a brush, then cleaning by using an acid cleaning solution for 3-5min, cleaning by using an acid cleaning solution and then cleaning by using an alkaline cleaning solution for neutralization for 5-6min, then brushing or scraping the stains which are not cleaned by using a brush or a blade, and finally cleaning by using the acid cleaning solution and the alkaline cleaning solution in sequence, wherein the cleaning time is consistent with the first cleaning until the repaired part is completely cleaned.
4. The repairing method for nixing ceramics as recited in claim 1, wherein the concrete ratio of the repairing agent in the step (3) is as follows:
A. the diameter of the sand hole or the width of the crack is more than 2 mm: the ratio of the ceramic powder to the adhesive is 10:6-7, the auxiliary toner is determined according to the color of the repaired part, and the auxiliary toner is actually ceramic pigment;
B. the diameter of the sand hole or the width of the crack is not more than 2 mm: the ratio of the ceramic powder to the adhesive is 10:2-3, and the auxiliary toner is determined according to the color of the repaired part, and the auxiliary toner is actually ceramic pigment.
5. The repairing method for nixing ceramics as recited in claim 1, wherein the preparing of the repairing agent in the step (3): the ceramic powder and the adhesive which are proportioned are selected to be added into a stirring container, the ceramic powder is added firstly, the adhesive is added in batches, the mixture is added after the previous mixture is uniformly mixed until the mixture is stirred to be in a viscous slurry state, and finally the auxiliary toner is added and uniformly mixed again to prepare the repairing agent.
6. The repairing method for nixing pottery as recited in claim 1, wherein different filling manners are adopted for different sizes of voids or cracks in the step (4):
A. the diameter of the sand hole or the width of the crack is more than 2 mm: smearing the repairing agent of the mud slurry on a repaired position by using a smearing tool, applying pressure on a contact surface, smearing again, continuously applying pressure until sand holes or cracks are filled, and cleaning the surface of the nixing pottery;
B. the diameter of the sand hole or the width of the crack is not more than 2 mm: injecting the mending agent of the mud slurry into the sand hole or the crack by using a needle cylinder, erasing the overflowing mending agent, then injecting the mending agent again, erasing and circularly performing till the sand hole or the crack is filled.
7. An adhesive used for preparing the repairing agent as claimed in claim 1, which specifically comprises the following raw materials: 300 parts of modified epoxy resin 200-60 parts, polyamide 30-60 parts, diethyl propylamine 50-80 parts, nano silicon dioxide 10-15 parts, mixed solvent 60-100 parts and diluent 20-30 parts.
8. The adhesive according to claim 7, wherein the mixed solvent in the adhesive is one or a combination of two of ethyl acetate and propyl acetate.
9. The adhesive according to claim 7, wherein the diluent is one or more selected from propylene oxide propylene ether, glycerin epoxy resin, and dioctyl sebacate.
10. The preparation method of the adhesive, which is used for preparing the adhesive of claim 7, comprises the following specific steps:
(1) firstly, preparing raw materials according to the components, then putting polyamide, diethyl propylamine and nano silicon dioxide into a container, heating, stirring and mixing for 1-2h, and keeping the temperature at 40-50 ℃;
(2) adding the modified epoxy resin into a container, continuously stirring and mixing, adding a mixed solvent and a diluent, heating, and slowly heating to 60-75 ℃;
(3) keeping the temperature and stirring continuously to ensure that the components are fully mixed and reacted, keeping the temperature at 70 ℃, keeping the temperature for 0.5-1h, then cooling, taking out and packaging to obtain the required adhesive.
