the winding mechanism (8) comprises a wire coil (81), a first limit column (82), a second movable block (83) and a third spring (84), wherein the wire coil (81) is arranged between the front side of the first rotating shaft (5) and the rear side of the second rotating shaft (72), the first movable block (75) clamps the wire coil (81), the front side and the rear side of the upper part of the inner side of the wire coil (81) are respectively provided with the first limit column (82), the second movable block (83) is slidably arranged between the lower side of the first limit column (82), the third spring (84) is respectively arranged between the front side and the rear side of the top of the second movable block (83) and the wire coil (81), and the third spring (84) is wound on the first limit column (82) on the same side;
the limiting mechanism (9) comprises a supporting frame (91), a first roller (92), a third rotating shaft (93), a first movable rod (94), a second roller (95) and a first torsion spring (96), wherein the supporting frame (91) is arranged in the middle of the top of the first supporting plate (1), the first roller (92) is rotatably arranged in the middle of the upper side of the supporting frame (91), the third rotating shaft (93) is arranged on the upper side of the first roller (92), the first movable rods (94) are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the third rotating shaft (93), the first torsion springs (96) are respectively arranged between the upper parts of the inner sides of the first movable rods (94) and the supporting frame (91), and the second rollers (95) are respectively arranged between the lower parts of the inner sides of the first movable rods (94) in a rotating mode;
the dust-cleaning device comprises a dust-cleaning mechanism (10), wherein the dust-cleaning mechanism (10) comprises a first supporting block (101), a first hairbrush (102), a second supporting block (103), a fourth rotating shaft (104), a second movable rod (105), a connecting rod (106), a second hairbrush (107) and a second torsion spring (108), the first supporting block (101) is arranged at the right side of the inner top of a shell (2) at intervals, the first hairbrush (102) is arranged between the lower parts of the inner sides of the first supporting blocks (101) on the same longitudinal side, the second supporting blocks (103) are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the right side of the upper part of the inner side of the shell (2), a fourth rotating shaft (104) is rotatably arranged between the upper parts of the second supporting blocks (103), the second movable rod (105) is arranged on the front side and the rear side of the fourth rotating shaft (104), the connecting rod (106) is arranged between the left part of the second movable rod (105), the second hairbrush (107) is arranged on the connecting rod (106), the second torsion spring (108) is arranged between the right part of the inner side of the second movable rod (105) and the second supporting blocks (103), and the two second torsion springs (108) are wound around the fourth rotating shafts (104);
