s5, rethread control motor (10) rotate, drive second belt pulley (11) and rotate, utilize belt (12) to drive first belt pulley (9) and rotate, and then drive inflatable shaft (13) and rotate under the effect of first safety chuck (7) and second safety chuck (8), make the reel (14) of receipts rotate and carry out the rolling, under the effect of first limiting plate (15) and second limiting plate (16), play spacing effect to reel (14), the condition of scattering has also been avoided simultaneously to spinning or cloth among the rolling process.
