The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: in actual use, the wind-up roll 12 is mounted on the rotating rod 11 through the baffle disc 26, then the servo motor 10 drives one of the pulleys 24 to rotate, one of the pulleys 24 drives the belt 25 to rotate, the belt 25 drives the other pulley 24 to rotate, the other pulley 24 drives the second rotating shaft to rotate, the second rotating shaft drives the rotating rod 11 to rotate, the rotating rod 11 drives the wind-up roll 12 to rotate, so that the plastic film can be wound, in the winding process, the pressure plate 14 can flatten the plastic film wound on the wind-up roll 12, after a certain amount of plastic film is wound, the pressure plate 14 can move upwards along with the increase of the plastic film on the wind-up roll 12, due to the limiting effect of the sleeve 19, the sleeve rod 20 and the spring 21 on the pressure plate 14, the stability of the pressure plate 14 in moving process is ensured, the occurrence of air bubbles between the plastic films on the wind-up roll 12 is avoided, in addition, dust and adhered matters on the plastic film can be cleaned, thereby improving the quality of rolling the plastic film.

Claims (9)

1. An adjustable winding roll for plastic films comprises a bottom plate (1) and a C-shaped frame (5), and is characterized in that two vertical edges of the C-shaped frame (5) are vertically installed at two ends of one side of the bottom plate (1) through bolts respectively, a same rotating rod (11) is connected between the two vertical edges of the C-shaped frame (5) in a horizontally rotating mode, a winding roll (12) is sleeved on the surface of the rotating rod (11) and slides on the surface of the rotating rod (11), limiting mechanisms used for limiting the winding roll (12) are arranged at two ends of the rotating rod (11) and are symmetrically arranged, a box body (13) is vertically installed on one side, away from the other vertical edge, of one of the vertical edges of the C-shaped frame (5), a servo motor (10) is horizontally installed on one side, away from the C-shaped frame (5), of the box body (13) is internally provided with a transmission mechanism used for transmitting the rotating rod (11), and an alarm lamp (15) is vertically installed at the top of the horizontal edge of the C-shaped frame (5), c type frame (5) horizontal limit bottom is equipped with the plastic film mechanism that flattens, and C type frame (5) horizontal limit bottom center department still is equipped with the detection mechanism who is used for detecting wind-up roll (12) rolling progress.

The adjustable winding roll for the plastic film according to claim 1, wherein the limiting mechanism comprises a baffle disc (26), the baffle disc (26) is sleeved on the surface of the rotating rod (11) and slides on the surface of the rotating rod (11), and a bolt is installed on one side, away from the winding roll (12), of the baffle disc (26) and is in threaded connection with the rotating rod (11).

The adjustable take-up roll for the plastic film according to claim 2, wherein the plastic film flattening mechanism comprises a pressure plate (14), the bottom of the pressure plate (14) horizontally abuts against the top of the take-up roll (12), the length of the pressure plate (14) is the same as that of the take-up roll (12), the surface of the pressure plate (14) is smooth, and two ends of the top of the pressure plate (14) are provided with resetting mechanisms for resetting the pressure plate (14).

The adjustable winding roll for the plastic film as claimed in claim 3, wherein the resetting mechanism comprises a sleeve (19), the sleeve (19) is vertically and fixedly connected to one end of the bottom of the transverse edge of the C-shaped frame (5), a loop bar (20) vertically slides inside the sleeve (19), the tail end of the loop bar (20) penetrates through the center of the bottom of the sleeve (19) and is fixedly connected to one end of the top of the pressing plate (14), a spring (21) is sleeved on the surface of the loop bar (20), and the inner surface of the spring (21) slides on the surface of the loop bar (20).

The adjustable winding roll for the plastic film as claimed in claim 4, wherein the detection mechanism comprises a first connecting piece (16) and a second connecting piece (17), the first connecting piece (16) is horizontally arranged at the bottom center of the transverse edge of the C-shaped frame (5), the second connecting piece (17) is horizontally arranged right below the first connecting piece (16), a connecting rod (18) is vertically and fixedly connected at the top center of the pressing plate (14), the top end of the connecting rod (18) is arranged at the bottom center of the second connecting piece (17), the first connecting piece (16), the second connecting piece (17) and the alarm lamp (15) are electrically connected, and the servo motor (10) and the alarm lamp (15) are electrically connected.

The adjustable winding roll for the plastic films according to claim 5, wherein two ends of a symmetrical side surface at the top of the bottom plate (1) are vertically provided with side plates (2), a back plate (3) is vertically arranged between the two side plates (2) and is arranged on one side of the top of the bottom plate (1), the top of the two side plates (2) is horizontally provided with a same top plate (4), an electric cabinet (8) is vertically arranged on one side of the back plate (3) through a bolt, a box door (9) is hinged to one side of the electric cabinet (8), and a plastic film winding illumination mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the top plate (4).

The adjustable winding roll for the plastic film according to claim 6, wherein the plastic film winding illumination mechanism comprises a lamp tube (7), the lamp tube (7) is horizontally arranged right below the top plate (4), both ends of one side of the bottom of the top plate (4) are connected with fixing blocks (6) through bolts, and the lamp tube (7) is horizontally arranged between the two fixing blocks (6).

The adjustable take-up roll for the plastic film as claimed in claim 7, wherein the transmission mechanism comprises a first gear (22) and a second gear (23), the first gear (22) and the second gear (23) are vertically and rotatably connected to the inside of the box body (13) and are meshed with each other, the output shaft of the servo motor (10) penetrates through one side of the box body (13) and is installed at the center of one side of the first gear (22), and one side of the second gear (23) is connected with the top end of the rotating rod (11) through the first rotating shaft.

The adjustable winding roll for the plastic film according to claim 8, wherein the transmission mechanism comprises a belt (25), the belt (25) vertically rotates inside the box body (13), pulleys (24) are respectively rotated at two ends inside the belt (25), the two pulleys (24) are respectively rotatably connected inside the box body (13), the output shaft of the servo motor (10) penetrates through one side of the box body (13) and is installed at the center of one side of one pulley (24), and one side of the other pulley (24) is connected with the top end of the rotating rod (11) through a second rotating shaft.
