then, the cutting plate is pushed to cut the membrane-covered filter material, the membrane-covered filter material is bound through an external fixing binding band, finally, the fixing rod 28 and the components are pulled, the membrane-covered filter material after being rolled can be fixed, so that the membrane-covered filter material falls into the inclined guide groove 3 through the feeding through opening 2, the rolling work of the membrane-covered filter material is realized through the structural design of the inclined guide groove 3, and the membrane-covered filter material can roll on the outer side of the extension plate 4, so that the rapid material taking work of an operator is realized;
after the installation disc 6 rotates to replace the winding roller 20, the flattening roller 18 and the parts above the flattening roller, the electric push rod 36 and the cross-shaped fixture block 11 can be restored, so that the next membrane filter material can be wound, and therefore the operation of stopping and starting the machine for many times by an operator is not needed, and the winding efficiency of the device is improved.
