Claims (8)

1. An automatic reel device for braiding chips comprises a first supporting plate (1), a shell (2), supporting columns (3), a second supporting plate (4), a first rotating shaft (5) and a first spring (6), wherein the shell (2) is arranged at the top of the first supporting plate (1), two supporting columns (3) are arranged at the rear part of the left side of the top of the first supporting plate (1), the second supporting plate (4) used for taking out the rolled chip tapes is arranged between the front parts of the upper sides of the supporting columns (3) in a sliding manner, the first rotating shaft (5) is rotatably arranged at the middle part of the upper side of the second supporting plate (4), the first spring (6) is arranged between the left side and the right side of the lower part of the rear side of the second supporting plate (4) and the supporting columns (3) on the same side, and is characterized by further comprising a rotating mechanism (7), a rolling mechanism (8) and a limiting mechanism (9), the rotating mechanism (7) for providing power is arranged at the left side of the top of the first supporting plate (1), be equipped with winding mechanism (8) that are used for the rolling of chip area on rotary mechanism (7), be equipped with in the middle of first backup pad (1) top and be used for carrying on spacing stop gear (9) to the chip area.

An automatic winding device for braiding chips according to claim 1, wherein the rotating mechanism (7) comprises a third support plate (71), a second rotating shaft (72), and a motor (73), straight belt (74), first movable block (75) and second spring (76), first backup pad (1) top left side front portion is equipped with third backup pad (71), third backup pad (71) upside middle part rotary type is equipped with second pivot (72), first backup pad (1) top left side middle part is equipped with motor (73), all be equipped with the belt pulley with second pivot (72) front side on the output shaft of motor (73), around having straight belt (74) between the belt pulley, second pivot (72) outside rear portion interval slidingtype is equipped with three first movable block (75), all be equipped with second spring (76) between first movable block (75) inboard and second pivot (72).

An automatic reel device for a chip during taping according to claim 2, wherein the winding mechanism (8) comprises a reel (81), a first limit post (82), a second movable block (83) and a third spring (84), the reel (81) is placed between the front side of the first rotating shaft (5) and the rear side of the second rotating shaft (72), the first movable block (75) blocks the reel (81), the first limit post (82) is arranged on each of the front and rear sides of the upper portion of the inner side of the reel (81), the second movable block (83) is slidably arranged between the lower sides of the first limit posts (82), the third spring (84) is arranged between each of the front and rear sides of the top of the second movable block (83) and the reel (81), and the third spring (84) is wound on the first limit post (82) on the same side.

An automatic winding device for a chip when taping according to claim 3, wherein the position-limiting mechanism (9) comprises a support frame (91), a first roller (92), and a third shaft (93), first movable rod (94), second gyro wheel (95) and first torsional spring (96), be equipped with support frame (91) in the middle of first backup pad (1) top, support frame (91) upside middle part rotary type is equipped with first gyro wheel (92), support frame (91) upside middle part rotary type is equipped with third pivot (93), third pivot (93) are located the upside of first gyro wheel (92), both sides all are equipped with first movable rod (94) around third pivot (93), all be equipped with first torsional spring (96) between first movable rod (94) inboard upper portion and support frame (91), first torsional spring (96) all wind in third pivot (93), the rotary type is equipped with second gyro wheel (95) between first movable rod (94) inboard lower part.

An automatic reel device when taping chips according to claim 4, further comprising a cleaning mechanism (10) for cleaning dust, wherein the cleaning mechanism (10) comprises a first support block (101), a first brush (102), a second support block (103), a fourth rotating shaft (104), a second movable rod (105), a connecting rod (106), a second brush (107) and a second torsion spring (108), the first support block (101) is arranged on the right side of the inner top of the housing (2) at intervals, the first brush (102) is arranged between the lower parts of the inner sides of the first support block (101) on the same longitudinal side, the second support block (103) is arranged on the front and rear sides of the right side of the upper part of the inner side of the housing (2), the fourth rotating shaft (104) is rotatably arranged between the upper parts of the second support block (103), the second movable rod (105) is arranged on the front and rear sides of the fourth rotating shaft (104), the connecting rod (106) is arranged between the left parts of the second movable rod (105), a second brush (107) is arranged on the connecting rod (106), a second torsion spring (108) is arranged between the right part of the inner side of the second movable rod (105) and the second supporting block (103), and the two second torsion springs (108) are wound on the fourth rotating shaft (104).

An automatic reel device when taping a chip according to claim 5, further comprising a pressing mechanism (11) for contacting the second brush (107) with the chip tape, wherein the pressing mechanism (11) comprises a third movable rod (111), a second limit post (112) and a fourth spring (113), the second limit post (112) is slidably disposed on both the front and rear sides of the right side of the upper portion of the housing (2), the bottom of the second limit post (112) is in contact with the second movable rod (105) on the same side, the third movable rod (111) is disposed between the tops of the second limit posts (112), and the fourth spring (113) is disposed between the lower portion of the second limit post (112) and the housing (2).

An automatic reel apparatus for taping a chip according to claim 6, further comprising a shielding mechanism (12) for shielding the chip tape, wherein the shielding mechanism (12) comprises a first movable plate (121), a sixth rotating shaft (122), a third torsion spring (123), a fifth rotating shaft (124) and a second movable plate (125), the sixth rotating shaft (122) is rotatably disposed on the front and rear sides of the left side of the upper portion of the housing (2), a first movable plate (121) is disposed between the outer sides of the sixth rotating shaft (122), the first movable plate (121) shields the top of the housing (2), the right side of the bottom of the first movable plate (121) contacts with the third movable rod (111), the third torsion spring (123) is disposed between the front and rear sides of the left portion of the first movable plate (121) and the housing (2), the third torsion spring (123) is wound around the sixth rotating shaft (122) on the same side, the fifth rotating shaft (124) is rotatably disposed on the upper portion of the left side of the housing (2), the fifth rotating shaft (124) is provided with a second movable plate (125), and the second movable plate (125) blocks the left side of the shell (2).
8. An automatic winding device for a chip tape according to claim 1, wherein the housing (2) has a recess (21) formed in the upper side of the right middle portion thereof.
