3) controlling a two-dimensional code scanner to scan the two-dimensional code of the electronic file number, and inquiring the coordinate data of a file storage groove for storing the file and the two-dimensional code of the file storage groove number according to the obtained two-dimensional code data;
4) controlling a second linear driver to drive a manipulator on the second linear driver to move downwards so that the clamp holder moves to a clamping position, and then controlling a stepping motor to drive a screw rod to rotate so that a left clamping plate and a right clamping plate move towards the middle to clamp the file box;
5) controlling the telescopic rod of the second electric cylinder to move upwards to take out the file box from the file placing groove;
6) controlling the first linear driver to drive a second linear driver on the first linear driver to move to the corresponding file storage groove according to the coordinate data of the file storage groove obtained in the step 3), and then controlling the second linear driver to control a manipulator on the second linear driver to move upwards so that the two-dimensional code scanner is opposite to the two-dimensional code numbered by the file storage groove;

8) if the file storage slot is verified to be wrong, sending alarm information to an upper computer; if the file storage groove is verified to be correct, controlling the electromagnet to be electrified, controlling the telescopic rod of the first electric cylinder to extend out to be in contact with the iron sheet on the front side of the groove body, and then controlling the telescopic rod of the first electric cylinder to retract so as to pull the groove body out of the rectangular frame body;
