In addition, when the paper packaging bag 10 is folded, two opposite main bag surfaces of the paper packaging bag 10 may be both single-layer structures, or may be double-layer or three-layer or more structures folded together, so that the capacity of the paper packaging bag can be increased, and the space of the storage station 11 does not need to be increased.
With reference to fig. 2 to 5, in detail, the frame 1 is further provided with a bag opening station 12, the bag opening station 12 is located on a movement path of the paper packaging bag 10, and the bag taking and opening mechanism 2 opens a bag opening 100 of the paper packaging bag 10 at the bag opening station 12. That is, in this embodiment, the bag taking and opening mechanism 2 first takes a bag from the storage station 11, then conveys the paper-based packaging bag to the bag opening station 12, and performs bag opening work at the bag opening station 12 to open the bag opening 100, and then conveys the paper-based packaging bag with the bag opening 100 opened to the conveying mechanism 3, and conveys the paper-based packaging bag to the loading station 13 and the sealing station 14 in sequence through the conveying mechanism 3. Of course, in other implementations, the bag taking and opening mechanism 2 may also open the bag opening 100 at the same time as the bag is taken.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the bag taking and opening mechanism 2 may specifically include: a drive assembly 21, a first mating member 22 for accessing the paper bags 10 from the storage station 11, and a second mating member 23 for mating with the first mating member 22 to open the mouth 100. Specifically, the second fitting member 23 is located at the bag opening station 12, and the driving assembly 21 can drive the first fitting member 22 to move between the storage station 11 and the bag opening station 12 to open the bag opening 100 and transfer the paper packaging bag 10 with the bag opening 100 opened to the conveying mechanism 3.
The first fitting 22 may be a first vacuum cup, the second fitting 23 may be a second vacuum cup, and the first vacuum cup and the second vacuum cup may be attached to two opposite sides of the bag opening 100 to open the bag opening 100. Through setting up first fitting piece 22 and second fitting piece 23 as vacuum chuck, not only can realize its reliable absorption to paper package bag, and can not harm paper package bag.
In particular, the control assembly 7 comprises a vacuum pump, which may be in particular a silent vacuum pump, and an air compressor, which may be in particular a silent air compressor. A control cabinet may be provided with the vacuum pump and the air compressor disposed within the control cabinet. That is, the overall control of the present embodiment may specifically be air path control. Wherein, the first vacuum chuck and the second vacuum chuck are connected with the control component 7 through air pipes. When the paper packaging bag opening device is used, the driving assembly 21 drives the first vacuum chuck to move towards the storage station 11, so that the first vacuum chuck sucks the paper packaging bag 10 from the storage station 11, specifically, the first vacuum chuck is adsorbed on one side of the bag opening 100 of the paper packaging bag 10, then the driving assembly 21 drives the first vacuum chuck adsorbed with the paper packaging bag 10 to move towards the bag opening station 12 until the first vacuum chuck is opposite to the second vacuum chuck, so that the first vacuum chuck and the paper packaging bag 10 are controlled to move towards the second vacuum chuck, so that the second vacuum chuck is adsorbed on the other side of the bag opening 100 of the paper packaging bag 10, namely, the first vacuum chuck and the second vacuum chuck are adsorbed on two opposite sides of the bag opening 100 of the paper packaging bag 10, then the first vacuum chuck moves towards the direction far away from the second vacuum chuck, so that the bag opening 100 is pulled open, and then the second vacuum chuck is released, the driving assembly 21 drives the first vacuum chuck adsorbing the opened paper packaging bag 10 to move towards the conveying mechanism 3, so that the opened paper packaging bag 10 is placed on the conveying mechanism 3 and is further conveyed to the loading station 13 through the conveying mechanism 3.
Of course, the first mating member 22 and the second mating member 23 may also be clips, the first mating member 22 may clip one side of the paper packaging bag 10 to clip the paper packaging bag 10 away from the storage station 11, and the first mating member 22 and the second mating member 23 clamp two sides of the bag opening 100 of the paper packaging bag 10, so as to pull the bag opening 100 open.
Illustratively, the driving assembly 21 may specifically include: a left and right driving component for driving the first matching component 22 to move left and right, and an up and down driving component for driving the first matching component 22 to move up and down. The left and right driving components may include, for example, a screw and a moving member linearly movable along the screw, and the first mating member 22 is disposed on the moving member. The upper and lower driving assembly comprises a fixed seat, the screw rod is arranged on the fixed seat, a guide rail is arranged on the machine frame 1, and the fixed seat can move up and down along the guide rail so as to drive the first fitting piece 22 to move up and down.
In some embodiments, the bag opening station 12 may be disposed above the storage station 11, and in particular, after the first vacuum cups suck the paper packaging bags 10, the driving assembly 21 drives the first vacuum cups sucking the paper packaging bags 10 to move upwards, so as to reach the bag opening station 12. By arranging the bag opening station 12 above the storage station 11, the space occupied by the packing device in the horizontal direction can be saved to some extent.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, a blowing pipe 24 is arranged at the bag opening station 12, the blowing pipe 24 is connected with the control component 7, when the paper packaging bag 10 moves to the bag opening station 12, a blowing port of the blowing pipe 24 is located above the bag opening 100, and the blowing pipe 24 is used for blowing air into the paper packaging bag 10, so that the paper packaging bag 10 is opened more smoothly and more fully.
Wherein, a guide rail 16 is arranged on the frame 1, and the conveying mechanism 3 can move along the guide rail 16 to convey the paper packaging bags 10 with the opened bag mouths 100 to the loading station 13 and the sealing station 14 in sequence.
Specifically, conveying mechanism 3 can set up fifth vacuum chuck 32 including a supporting bench 31 that is used for supporting paper package bag 10 on supporting bench 31, and when paper package bag 10 was located a supporting bench 31, fifth vacuum chuck 32 adsorbs on the bottom surface of paper package bag 10 to can improve the stability of paper package bag 10 in the packaging process, improve packing efficiency.
Continuing to refer to fig. 6, further, the packaging device further comprises a vibration carding mechanism 8, the vibration carding mechanism 8 is electrically connected with the control component 7, and the vibration carding mechanism 8 is used for driving the paper packaging bag 10 to vibrate after the articles to be packaged fall into the paper packaging bag 10, so as to comb the articles in the paper packaging bag 10.
The discharge of items dropped into the paper packaging bag 10 can be made more orderly and compact by the shock. For example, when the article to be packaged falls into the paper bag packaging bag, the height of the article is higher than the packaging line 101 of the paper packaging bag 10, and when the article moves to the sealing station 14, poor sealing effect or sealing failure may be caused. After the paper packaging bag 10 filled with articles is vibrated by the driving of the vibration carding mechanism 8, the articles in the paper packaging bag 10 become neat and compact, and then the height of the articles is lower than that of the packaging line 101, so that the sealing standard is achieved, the sealing effect is ensured, and the feeling of a purchaser can be improved.
In a specific implementation, a sensor for detecting the height of the articles falling into the paper packaging bag 10 may be provided at the loading station 13. The sensor is electrically connected with the control component 7, and the control component 7 is used for controlling the vibration carding mechanism 8 to work when the sensor detects that the height of the article exceeds the packaging line of the paper packaging bag 10, so that the position of the article in the paper packaging bag 10 is lower than the packaging line through vibration, namely the sealing standard is reached. In particular, the sensor may be located, for example, flush with the encapsulation line 101, and the sensor may be an infrared sensor.
In some embodiments, the vibration carding mechanism 8 is disposed on the conveying mechanism 3, specifically below the supporting platform 31, and the control component 7 controls the vibration carding mechanism 8 to vibrate, so as to drive the supporting platform 31 to vibrate, and further drive the paper packaging bag 10 to vibrate. Illustratively, the vibration carding mechanism 8 specifically comprises an air cylinder, and the control component 7 controls a piston rod of the air cylinder to reciprocate up and down, so as to realize vibration.
With continued reference to fig. 2 to 7, a bag opening holding mechanism 9 is disposed at the loading station 13, the bag opening holding mechanism 9 is located below the article supply mechanism 4, and the bag opening holding mechanism 9 is electrically connected to the control assembly 7 and is used for pulling the bag opening 100 of the paper packaging bag 10 when the paper packaging bag 10 moves to the loading station 13, so as to keep the bag opening 100 in an open state. Open bag retaining mechanism 9 through the setting for the material falls to the in-process of paper baling bag 10, sack 100 keeps opening the state, thereby guarantees the smooth and easy entering of article, avoids the material to scatter to paper baling bag 10 outsidely, further improves packing efficiency and packing effect, guarantees the normal operating of whole device.
In particular, the bag opening holding mechanism 9 may include: a driving piece, a third vacuum suction cup 91 and a fourth vacuum suction cup 92 which can be adsorbed at two opposite sides of the opening of the paper packing bag 10. The driving member is used for driving the third vacuum chuck 91 and the fourth vacuum chuck 92 to move relatively, so as to pull the bag opening 100 open. For example, in some embodiments, the third vacuum chuck 91 is fixed on the frame 1, and the fourth vacuum chuck 92 can move toward the third vacuum chuck 91 or away from the third vacuum chuck 91 under the driving of the driving member.
The article supply mechanism 4 includes a receiving hopper 41, a feeding port 411 is provided at a top end of the receiving hopper 41, and a discharging port 412 is provided at a bottom end of the receiving hopper 41. That is, the object to be packed enters the receiving hopper 41 through the feeding hole 411, and then falls out of the discharging hole 412, and further enters the paper packing bag 10. Preferably, the diameter of the discharge hole 412 of the receiving hopper 41 is smaller than the opening diameter of the paper packaging bag 10 in the opened state. Therefore, the articles can be ensured to smoothly enter the paper packaging bag 10, and the articles are prevented from scattering to the outer side of the paper packaging bag 10. Specifically, the hopper 41 may be formed in an inverted trapezoidal shape or an inverted conical shape.
During specific implementation, a chute 42 is further arranged above the receiving hopper 41, the chute 42 is arranged in a downward inclined manner, the outlet end of the chute 42 corresponds to the feeding hole 411 of the receiving hopper 41, and articles to be packaged provided by upstream equipment slide down into the receiving hopper 41 through the chute 42. The specific inclination angle of the chute can be set according to actual requirements.
In some embodiments, a printer 6 is further provided at the sealing station 14, the printer 6 is electrically connected to the control component 7, and the printer 6 is used for printing an article label with corresponding information of the packaged article. The printer 6 may be, for example, a thermal label printer. The printing width of the printer 6 may be, for example, 100 mm. In a specific implementation, the control component 7 may be specifically electrically connected to the cloud server, and when the paper packaging bag 10 containing the articles moves to the sealing station 14, the printer 6 prints the article labels corresponding to the packaging list, where the information corresponding to the articles on the article labels may include, for example, the number of the articles, the names of the articles, the distribution addresses, and the contact information of the selling parties.
In particular, the label outlet of the printer 6 is specifically opposite to the sealing mechanism 5, and when the sealing mechanism 5 seals and orders the bag opening 100, the label of the object discharged from the label outlet can be simultaneously bound on the paper packing bag 10. Of course, the article label may be affixed to the paper packaging bag 10 by means of an adhesive. By providing the printer 6 at the sealing station 14, the degree of automation of the packing can be further improved.
In addition, a label information checker (not shown in the figure) is further disposed at the sealing station 14, and the label information checker is electrically connected with the control component 7 and used for checking correctness of information on the article label. For example, a bar code or a two-dimensional code representing corresponding information of the article is provided on the article label, and the label information checker judges whether the printed content is correct by reading the bar code or the two-dimensional code. If the printing is correct, the conveying mechanism 3 outputs the packed paper packaging bags 10 to downstream equipment. If the printed content is wrong, an incorrect packaging placing position can be specifically arranged on the rack 1, and the corresponding paper packaging bag 10 containing the articles is temporarily stored to the incorrect packaging placing position for subsequent processing.
The present embodiment also provides a packing method, which may be performed by part or all of the packing apparatus provided in the above embodiments.
The packing method of the embodiment specifically includes:
the method comprises the following steps: the paper packaging bags 10 are taken at a storage station 11 by the bag taking and opening mechanism 2, and the paper packaging bags 10 are conveyed to the conveying mechanism 3, wherein the bag openings 100 of the paper packaging bags 10 are opened in the conveying process.
Step two: the paper packaging bag 10 with the bag opening 100 opened is conveyed to the loading station 13 by the conveying mechanism 3, so that the articles to be packaged supplied by the article supply mechanism 4 fall into the paper packaging bag 10.
Step three: the paper packaging bag 10 containing the articles is conveyed to a sealing station 14, so that the paper packaging bag 10 is sealed through a sealing mechanism 5 of the sealing station 14.
In the packing method provided by this embodiment, the control component 7 controls the bag taking and opening mechanism 2 to work, so that the bag taking and opening mechanism 2 transfers the paper packaging bags 10 from the storage station 11 to the conveying mechanism 3, and the bag mouths 100 of the paper packaging bags 10 are opened during the transfer process, the control component 7 controls the conveying mechanism 3 to convey the opened paper packaging bags 10 to the loading station 13, because the article supply mechanism 4 is arranged above the loading station 13, when the paper packaging bags 10 move to the loading station 13, the article supply mechanism 4 supplies the to-be-packed articles to the paper packaging bags 10, that is, the to-be-packed articles supplied by the article supply mechanism 4 fall into the paper packaging bags 10 from the bag mouths 100, then the control component 7 controls the conveying mechanism 3 to convey the paper packaging bags 10 containing the articles to the sealing station 14, and the paper packaging bags 10 containing the articles are sealed by the sealing mechanism 5 at the sealing station 14, therefore, the automatic packing of the articles by the paper packing bag 10 is realized to a certain extent, the labor intensity of operators is greatly reduced, and the packing efficiency is improved. In addition, before the paper packing bag is conveyed to the charging station, the bag taking and opening mechanism opens the bag opening of the paper packing bag, so that the paper packing bag can be charged immediately when reaching the charging station without waiting, and when the sales order is more, the paper packing bag at the charging station can be used for containing articles, and meanwhile, the bag taking and opening mechanism can be used for simultaneously carrying out the bag taking and opening action of the next single paper packing bag, so that when the sales order is more, the packaging continuity of the whole packaging device can be ensured, and the whole packaging efficiency is further improved.

the bag taking and opening mechanism (2) is used for conveying the paper packaging bags (10) from the storage station (11) to the conveying mechanism (3) and opening the bag openings of the paper packaging bags (10) in the conveying process; the conveying mechanism (3) is used for conveying the paper packaging bags (10) to the loading station (13) and the sealing station (14) in sequence; the article supply mechanism (4) is positioned above the loading station (13) so that the articles to be packaged supplied by the article supply mechanism (4) fall into the paper packaging bag (10) from the bag opening; a sealing mechanism (5) for sealing the paper packaging bag (10) filled with articles is arranged at the sealing station (14);
the bag taking and opening mechanism (2), the article supply mechanism (4), the conveying mechanism (3) and the sealing mechanism (5) are respectively and electrically connected with the control component (7).
2. The packaging device according to claim 1, characterized in that the frame (1) is further provided with a bag opening station (12);
the bag opening station (12) is located on a motion path of the paper packaging bag (10), and the bag taking and opening mechanism (2) is used for opening the bag opening station (12) to open the bag opening of the paper packaging bag (10).

Packaging unit as in claim 2, characterized in that said bag-removing and-opening mechanism (2) comprises a driving assembly (21), a first fitting member (22) for removing said paper bags (10) from said storage station (11), and a second fitting member (23) for cooperating with said first fitting member (22) to open said mouth;
the second matching piece (23) is positioned at the bag opening station (12), and the driving assembly (21) can drive the first matching piece (22) to move between the storage station (11) and the bag opening station (12) so as to open the opening of the bag and transfer the paper packaging bag (10) with the opened opening of the bag to the conveying mechanism (3).
4. Packing apparatus as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the first cooperating member (22) is a first vacuum cup and the second cooperating member (23) is a second vacuum cup, the first and second vacuum cups being attachable to opposite sides of the bag mouth for opening the bag mouth.

The packaging device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that a printer (6) is further provided at the sealing station (14), the printer (6) is electrically connected with the control component (7), the printer (6) is used for printing an article label, and the article label has corresponding information of the packaged article thereon.

The packaging device according to claim 13, characterized in that a label information checker is further provided at the sealing station (14), the label information checker being electrically connected to the control component (7) and being configured to check the correctness of the information on the article label.
15. A method of packing by means of a packing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 14, characterized in that the method comprises:
taking a paper packaging bag at a storage station through a bag taking and opening mechanism, and transmitting the paper packaging bag to a conveying mechanism, wherein a bag opening of the paper packaging bag is opened in the transmission process;
conveying the paper packaging bag with the opened bag opening to a loading station through a conveying mechanism so that the to-be-packaged articles supplied by an article supply mechanism fall into the paper packaging bag;
and conveying the paper packaging bag containing the articles to a sealing station so as to seal the paper packaging bag through a sealing mechanism of the sealing station.
