An automatic assembling device for a welded ring of an exhaust pipe of an air-conditioning compressor is characterized by comprising a reciprocating conveying device (1), a pipe fitting fixing device (2), a welded ring positioning mechanism (3) and an extruding device (4); the reciprocating conveying device (1) is horizontally arranged, and the working end of the reciprocating conveying device (1) moves in a reciprocating manner; the pipe fitting fixing device (2) is composed of a first clamping assembly (2 a) and a second clamping assembly (2 b), the first clamping assembly (2 a) and the second clamping assembly (2 b) are identical in structure, and the first clamping assembly (2 a) and the second clamping assembly (2 b) are arranged at the working end of the reciprocating conveying device (1) in parallel; the plurality of extrusion devices (4) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the reciprocating conveying device (1), the working ends of the extrusion devices (4) and the working ends of the pipe fixing devices (2) are coaxially arranged, and the working ends of the extrusion devices (4) extend towards the pipe fixing devices (2); the welding ring positioning mechanisms (3) are provided with a plurality of welding ring positioning mechanisms which are symmetrically arranged at the output end of the extrusion device (4), and the output end of each welding ring positioning mechanism (3) and the output end of the extrusion device (4) are coaxially arranged.
2. The automatic assembling equipment for the exhaust pipe welding ring of the air-conditioning compressor is characterized in that the reciprocating conveying device (1) comprises a first ball screw sliding table (1 a), a limiting installation table (1 b) and an installation frame (1 c); the first ball screw sliding table (1 a) is horizontally arranged, and the first ball screw sliding table (1 a) is fixedly connected with the rack; the limiting mounting table (1 b) is fixedly mounted at the working end of the first ball screw sliding table (1 a), a limiting clamping groove is formed in the limiting mounting table (1 b), and a plurality of mounting holes are formed in the limiting clamping groove; and the mounting frame (1 c) is provided with a mounting through hole, and the mounting frame (1 c) penetrates through the mounting through hole of the mounting frame (1 c) through a bolt to be connected with the mounting hole of the limiting mounting platform (1 b).

The automatic assembling equipment for the welding ring of the exhaust pipe of the air-conditioning compressor is characterized in that the first clamping assembly (2 a) consists of a plurality of clamping devices (2 a 1), and clamping parts of the plurality of clamping devices (2 a 1) are coaxially arranged; the clamping device (2 a 1) further comprises a lower clamping die (2 a 2), an upper clamping die (2 a 6), a first guide column (2 a 7) and a first linear driver (2 a 8); the lower clamping die (2 a 2) is fixedly arranged on the mounting frame (1 c); the upper clamping die (2 a 6) is arranged right above the lower clamping die (2 a 2), the first guide post (2 a 7) is slidably mounted on the mounting frame (1 c), and one end of the first guide post (2 a 7) is fixedly connected with the upper clamping die (2 a 6); the first linear driver (2 a 8) is fixedly arranged on the mounting frame (1 c), and the output end of the first linear driver (2 a 8) is fixedly connected with the upper clamping die (2 a 6).

The automatic assembling equipment for the exhaust pipe weld ring of the air-conditioning compressor according to claim 3, characterized in that a semicircular clamping limiting opening (2 a 3) is formed in the upper end of the lower clamping die (2 a 2), the shaft diameter of the clamping limiting opening (2 a 3) is the same as that of the exhaust pipe, a plurality of first anti-slip strips (2 a 4) are arranged on the inner wall of the clamping limiting opening (2 a 3), a pressing limiting opening (2 a 5) is formed in one end of the clamping limiting opening (2 a 3), and the shaft diameter of the pressing limiting opening (2 a 5) is the same as that of the weld ring.

The automatic assembling equipment for the welding ring of the exhaust pipe of the air-conditioning compressor as claimed in claim 1, wherein the welding ring positioning mechanism (3) comprises a limiting guide rail (3 a), an inserting opening (3 b) and a second anti-slip strip (3 c); the limiting guide rail (3 a) is vertically arranged at the output end of the extrusion device (4), the output end of the limiting guide rail (3 a) is provided with a through-inserting hole (3 b), and the through-inserting hole and the output end of the extrusion device (4) are coaxially arranged; the inner wall of the through hole is provided with a plurality of second anti-slip strips (3 c).

The automatic assembling equipment for the exhaust pipe welding ring of the air-conditioning compressor is characterized in that the extruding device (4) comprises a limiting slide rail (4 a), an elastic pushing head (4 b) and a second linear driver (4 c); the limiting slide rail (4 a) is horizontally arranged at the side part of the reciprocating conveying device (1), and the limiting slide rail (4 a) is fixedly connected with the rack; the elastic pushing head (4 b) is arranged in the limiting slide rail (4 a) in a sliding way; the second linear driver (4 c) is fixedly arranged on the limiting slide rail (4 a), and the output end of the second linear driver (4 c) is fixedly connected with the elastic pushing head (4 b).

The automatic assembling equipment for the welding ring of the exhaust pipe of the air-conditioning compressor as recited in claim 6, characterized in that the conical plug (4 b 1), the abutting sleeve (4 b 2) and the spring (4 b 3) of the elastic pushing head (4 b); the pressing sleeve (4 b 2) is slidably mounted inside the limiting sliding rail (4 a), the conical plug (4 b 1) is slidably mounted inside the pressing sleeve (4 b 2), and one end, far away from the pressing sleeve (4 b 2), of the conical plug (4 b 1) is conical; spring (4 b 3) set up in the inside of propping to press cover (4 b 2), and the one end of spring (4 b 3) is contradicted with propping to press cover (4 b 2), and the one end that props to press cover (4 b 2) is kept away from in spring (4 b 3) is contradicted with conical plug (4 b 1).
