As shown in fig. 9, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the cleaning tube 29 is provided with a sealing plate 31 on the upper end surface of the cleaning tube 29, the sealing plate 31 of the cleaning tube 29 is provided with at least one first injection hole 32, the side wall of the cleaning tube 29 is provided with a plurality of sets of second injection holes 33 near the upper end portion, and the sets of second injection holes 33 are spaced around the axis of the cleaning tube 29.
The cleaning tube 29 sets up like this and can spray the washing liquid to test tube 100 bottom and lateral wall simultaneously, combines reciprocating of cleaning tube 29, can realize the efficient and wash, and guarantees the sanitization. In practical application, the nozzle can be arranged in the water spraying hole.
In this embodiment, each set of the second water spraying holes includes a plurality of second spraying holes 33 spaced up and down.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 10, this embodiment discloses a water quality detection apparatus, which includes the cleaning device of embodiment 1 or embodiment 2, and further includes a transfer mechanical arm 38 and a digestion instrument 39, wherein the transfer mechanical arm 38 is used for transferring the test tube 100, and the digestion instrument 39 is used for heating the liquid in the test tube 100 and drying the test tube 100 after the test tube 100 is cleaned.
Because the test tube 100 is longer, and be stained with the water area great, dry naturally or air-dry inefficiency, this application can put into the test tube 100 after wasing through transferring arm 38 and clear up appearance 39 and carry out the fast drying operation.

Claims (10)

1. A cleaning device is characterized by comprising a cleaning tank, a cuvette cleaning mechanism and a test tube cleaning mechanism; the cuvette wiper mechanism includes:
the cuvette sleeve is sleeved on the cuvette and provided with a detection opening for exposing the side wall of the cuvette;
a first rotating member;
the first cleaning fixing piece is arranged on a rotating shaft of the first rotating element and driven to rotate by the first rotating element, the first cleaning fixing piece is used for fixing the cuvette sleeve, and the first cleaning fixing piece is positioned above the bottom wall of the cleaning groove;
the cleaning piece is positioned below the first cleaning fixing piece and provided with an air outlet channel, the outlet of the air outlet channel faces the first cleaning fixing piece, and the outlet of the air outlet channel is positioned above the bottom wall of the cleaning tank;
the air outlet of the fan is communicated with the air outlet channel; and
the spraying pipe is arranged in the cleaning part, the upper end of the spraying pipe is positioned at the outlet of the air outlet channel, and the spraying pipe is used for spraying cleaning liquid to one side of the first cleaning fixing part;
the test tube cleaning mechanism includes:
a second rotating element;
the second cleaning fixing piece is arranged on a rotating shaft of the second rotating element and driven to rotate by the second rotating element, the second cleaning fixing piece is used for fixing the test tube, and the second cleaning fixing piece is positioned above the bottom wall of the cleaning groove;
the cleaning tube is positioned below the second cleaning fixing piece and used for spraying cleaning liquid into the test tube; and
and the cleaning tube lifting assembly is used for driving the cleaning tube to move up and down and stretch into the inside of the test tube.

The cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom wall of the cleaning tank includes a first recessed area, a second recessed area and a third recessed area which are sequentially and non-communicated with each other, a drain hole is formed at the bottom of each recessed area, and the first cleaning fixing member and the second cleaning fixing member are both located above the second recessed area and are respectively located at two sides of the second recessed area.
3. The cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the air outlet channel is vertically arranged, the cleaning member further has a first connecting channel communicated with the air outlet channel, and the air outlet of the fan is aligned with the first connecting channel;
the cleaning part is provided with a second connecting channel, the lower end of the injection pipe is connected with the second connecting channel, and one end, far away from the injection pipe, of the second connecting channel is connected with a water inlet pipe joint.
4. The cleaning device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower end of the cleaning member has a drain port, and a control valve is mounted on the drain port, and the drain port and the air outlet channel are arranged on the lower end of the cleaning member.

The cleaning device of claim 1, wherein the first cleaning fixture has a first limit recess into which the cuvette holder is inserted; a first pressing block is arranged on the side wall of the first limiting groove and is in contact with the outer side wall of the cuvette sleeve, so that the cuvette sleeve is fixed in the first limiting groove;
the second cleaning fixing piece is provided with a second limiting groove, and the test tube is inserted into the second limiting groove; and a second pressing block is arranged on the side wall of the second limiting groove and is in contact with the outer side wall of the test tube, so that the test tube is fixed in the second limiting groove.

The cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the cuvette has a rectangular cross-section with an outer contour, the cuvette holder comprises a head portion having a rectangular hole adapted to the cuvette and a U-shaped portion below the head portion for abutting against the bottom wall and two opposite side walls of the cuvette.
7. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 1, wherein the cleaning tank has a sealing joint mounted to a bottom wall thereof, a sealing ring mounted in the sealing joint, and the cleaning tube is in sliding sealing engagement with the sealing ring of the sealing joint.
8. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 1, wherein the cleaning tube has a sealing plate on an upper end surface thereof, the sealing plate of the cleaning tube having at least one first spray orifice, the side wall of the cleaning tube having a plurality of sets of second spray orifices in a portion thereof adjacent the upper end, the sets of second spray orifices being spaced about the axis of the cleaning tube;
each group of second water spray holes comprises a plurality of second spray holes which are arranged at intervals up and down.
9. The cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a lid cleaning recess having a plurality of holding pieces distributed around an axis for insertion of the lid, the lid cleaning recess having at least one cleaning solution hole at a bottom thereof, and at least one air outlet hole at a bottom or a side wall thereof for blowing air to the lid to dry the lid.
10. A water quality detection device, which is characterized by comprising the cleaning device of any one of claims 1 to 9, a transfer mechanical arm and a digestion instrument, wherein the transfer mechanical arm is used for transferring test tubes, and the digestion instrument is used for heating liquid in the test tubes and drying the test tubes after the test tubes are cleaned.
