As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in this embodiment, the device further includes a test tube cover cleaning groove 40, a plurality of clamping pieces 41 distributed around an axis are provided in the test tube cover cleaning groove 40, the clamping pieces 41 are used for inserting the test tube cover 101, at least one cleaning liquid hole 42 is provided at the bottom of the test tube cover cleaning groove 40, at least one air outlet hole 43 is provided at the bottom or side wall of the test tube cover cleaning groove 40, the air outlet hole 43 is used for blowing air to the test tube cover 101, and the test tube cover 101 is dried.
One mode of operation of the test tube cap cleaning recess 40: the lower part of the test tube cover 101 is driven by a manual or automatic mechanism to be clamped into the space surrounded by the clamping piece 41; then, clean water is injected into the test tube cover 101 through the cleaning liquid holes 42, after the cleaning is finished, the liquid is discharged through the cleaning liquid holes 42, and finally, air is blown into the test tube cover 101 through the air outlet holes 43 for air drying.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the air outlet 43 is located at the bottom wall of the tube cover cleaning groove 40 and is located at the middle position of the space formed by each clamping piece 41.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 9, this embodiment differs from embodiment 1 in that the cleaning tube 29 is different in that in this embodiment, the cleaning tube 29 has a sealing plate 31 on the upper end surface, the sealing plate 31 of the cleaning tube 29 has at least one first injection hole 32, the side wall of the cleaning tube 29 has a plurality of sets of second injection holes 33 near the upper end portion, and the sets of second injection holes 33 are spaced around the axis of the cleaning tube 29.
The cleaning tube 29 is provided so that cleaning liquid can be sprayed to the bottom and the side wall of the test tube 100 at the same time, and the cleaning tube 29 can be moved up and down in combination with the cleaning, so that efficient cleaning can be realized and cleaning can be ensured. In practical application, the spray nozzle can be arranged in the water spray hole.
In the present embodiment, each group of the second water spray holes includes a plurality of second spray holes 33 arranged at intervals up and down.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 10, the present embodiment discloses a water quality testing apparatus, including the cleaning device of the above embodiment 1 or embodiment 2, further including a transfer mechanical arm 38 and a digestion device 39, where the transfer mechanical arm 38 is used for transferring a test tube 100, and the digestion device 39 is used for heating the liquid in the test tube 100 and drying the test tube 100 after cleaning the test tube 100.
Because the test tube 100 is longer, the water dipping area is larger, and the natural airing or air drying efficiency is low, the cleaned test tube 100 can be put into the digestion instrument 39 for quick drying operation through the transfer mechanical arm 38.

Claims (9)

1. The cleaning device is characterized by comprising a cleaning tank, a cuvette cleaning mechanism and a test tube cleaning mechanism; the cuvette cleaning mechanism includes:
the cuvette cover is sleeved on the cuvette and provided with a detection opening for exposing the side wall of the cuvette;
a first rotary element;
the first cleaning fixing piece is arranged on the rotating shaft of the first rotating element and driven by the first rotating element to rotate, and is used for fixing the cuvette cover and positioned above the bottom wall of the cleaning tank;
the cleaning piece is positioned below the first cleaning fixing piece, the cleaning piece is provided with an air outlet channel, the outlet of the air outlet channel faces the first cleaning fixing piece, and the outlet of the air outlet channel is positioned above the bottom wall of the cleaning tank;
the air outlet of the fan is communicated with the air outlet channel; and
the spray pipe is arranged in the cleaning piece, the upper end of the spray pipe is positioned at the outlet of the air outlet channel, and the spray pipe is used for spraying cleaning liquid to one side of the first cleaning fixing piece;
the test tube cleaning mechanism includes:
a second rotary element;
the second cleaning fixing piece is arranged on the rotating shaft of the second rotating element and driven by the second rotating element to rotate, and is used for fixing the test tube and positioned above the bottom wall of the cleaning tank;
the cleaning pipe is positioned below the second cleaning fixing piece and is used for spraying cleaning liquid into the test tube; and
the cleaning tube lifting assembly is used for driving the cleaning tube to move up and down and extend into the test tube;
the bottom wall of the cleaning tank comprises a first concave area, a second concave area and a third concave area which are sequentially arranged and are not communicated with each other, the bottom of each concave area is provided with a liquid discharge hole, and the first cleaning fixing piece and the second cleaning fixing piece are both positioned above the second concave area and are respectively positioned at two sides of the second concave area;
the first concave area and the third concave area can respectively store acidic waste liquid and alkaline waste liquid, and the second concave area can independently store neutral waste liquid; through the difference of wasing mounting rotation direction, can pour first sunk area or third sunk area with the liquid selectivity in test tube, the cell, during the washing, wash the vertical setting of mounting, wash the neutral waste liquid inflow second sunk area that forms.
2. The cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the air outlet channel is vertically disposed, the cleaning member further having a first connection channel in communication with the air outlet channel, an air outlet of the blower being aligned with the first connection channel;
the cleaning piece is provided with a second connecting channel, the lower end of the injection pipe is connected with the second connecting channel, and one end, far away from the injection pipe, of the second connecting channel is connected with a water inlet pipe joint.
3. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 1, wherein the cleaning member has a drain opening at a lower end thereof, the drain opening having a control valve mounted thereon, the drain opening being in communication with the air outlet passage.

The cleaning device of claim 1, wherein the first cleaning fixture has a first limiting recess, the cuvette sheath being inserted into the first limiting recess; the side wall of the first limiting groove is provided with a first compression block, and the first compression block is in contact with the outer side wall of the cuvette sleeve, so that the cuvette sleeve is fixed in the first limiting groove;
the second cleaning fixing piece is provided with a second limiting groove, and the test tube is inserted into the second limiting groove; the lateral wall of the second limiting groove is provided with a second compression block, and the second compression block is in contact with the outer lateral wall of the test tube, so that the test tube is fixed in the second limiting groove.

The cleaning device of claim 1, wherein the cuvette cross-section has a rectangular outer profile, and the cuvette sleeve includes a head portion having a rectangular aperture adapted to fit the cuvette, and a U-shaped portion below the head portion for abutting against a bottom wall and two opposing side walls of the cuvette.
6. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 1, wherein a sealing joint is mounted on the bottom wall of the cleaning tank, a sealing ring is mounted in the sealing joint, and the cleaning tube is in sliding sealing fit with the sealing ring of the sealing joint.

The cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the upper end face of the cleaning tube is provided with a sealing plate, the sealing plate of the cleaning tube is provided with at least one first jet hole, the side wall of the cleaning tube is provided with a plurality of groups of second jet holes near the upper end part, and the groups of second jet holes are distributed at intervals around the axis of the cleaning tube;
each group of second water spraying holes comprises a plurality of second spraying holes which are arranged at intervals up and down.

The cleaning apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a test tube cap cleaning recess having a plurality of gripping tabs disposed therein about an axis, the gripping tabs being adapted for insertion of a test tube cap, the test tube cap cleaning recess having at least one cleaning fluid aperture in a bottom portion thereof, the test tube cap cleaning recess having at least one air outlet aperture in a bottom or side wall thereof, the air outlet aperture being adapted for blowing air toward the test tube cap to dry the test tube cap.
9. The water quality detection equipment is characterized by comprising the cleaning device according to any one of claims 1-8, and further comprising a transfer mechanical arm and a digestion instrument, wherein the transfer mechanical arm is used for transferring test tubes, and the digestion instrument is used for heating liquid in the test tubes and drying the test tubes after the test tubes are cleaned.
