Description

Prone position dressing treatment chair after ophthalmic operation
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of ophthalmic surgery, and particularly relates to a prone position dressing treatment chair after ophthalmic surgery.
Background
Complex retinal detachment following vitrectomy + intraocular tamponade requires the patient to be forced to adopt a prone position, which often lasts for 7-14 days after surgery and at least 18-20 hours per day. It has been found that the longer the postoperative downward facing posture is, the better the retinal hole is closed and vision is restored. The existing prone position is realized on a lying bed, so that comfort level of a patient is seriously affected, and the problems of irregular body position, poor compliance and the like of the patient can occur. Moreover, ophthalmic patients are generally older, and have basic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, and the like, and the head and the pressed part are easy to have a plurality of problems such as red skin, pressure sores, unsmooth breathing, and the like. The existing prone position is inconvenient to cool and compress, and is inconvenient to quickly recover wounds.
Disclosure of Invention
The first invention aims to provide an ophthalmic postoperative prone position dressing treatment chair capable of conveniently performing cold and hot compress in prone position, and solves the problem that the conventional ophthalmic postoperative prone position cannot be conveniently subjected to cold and hot compress.
The second invention aims to further provide an ophthalmic postoperative prone position dressing chair which is used for enabling an ophthalmic postoperative patient to keep a facial prone position and limiting the head when sitting normally, and solves the problem that the existing ophthalmic postoperative facial prone position can only be carried out on a bed.
The technical problems are solved by the following technical scheme: the utility model provides an ophthalmic postoperative prone position applies treatment chair, includes chair frame, the front walking wheel of connecting on chair frame lower extreme front side, the back walking wheel of connecting on chair frame rear end downside, the cushion of connecting on chair frame, be located the back behind the cushion, be located two armrests of cushion left and right sides and be located the pushing hands of back upper end, its characterized in that still includes the eye that is located the back side applies the treatment ware, link together through the connecting rod between back and the cushion, form two shank that are located the connecting rod left and right sides between back and the cushion and dodge the breach, chair frame rear end is equipped with the back callus on the sole, patient's face is located two legs and dodges the breach and the foot supports when the seat is on the cushion in one-to-one correspondence; the eye compress device comprises a reflecting cover with an opening end facing the breathing hole and an infrared LED positioned in the reflecting cover, wherein a gas distribution cavity is arranged in the reflecting cover, a plurality of gas outlet channels circumferentially distributed along the reflecting cover are arranged in the wall part of the luminous cover, a gas inlet main pipe is arranged in the gas distribution cavity, one end of the gas outlet channel is communicated with the gas distribution cavity through the communication channel, the other end of the gas outlet channel penetrates through the upper end face of the reflecting cover to form a gas jet, a gas jet pipe with an inlet end connected with the communication channel in a sealing manner is arranged in the gas outlet channel, the gas jet pipe is isolated in the gas outlet channel to form a gas suction cavity surrounding the periphery of the gas jet pipe, the gas suction cavity is provided with a gas suction channel penetrating through the inner peripheral surface of the reflecting cover, and the inlet end of the gas suction channel is positioned below the infrared LED. When the prone position dressing therapy is carried out, the back of a patient sits forward on the cushion, two legs are arranged in the two leg avoiding notches in a penetrating mode, the bottoms of the heads are placed on the supporting plate, and the eyes and the mouth are aligned with the same breathing holes, so that breathing is guaranteed. When cold compress is carried out, cold air is output from the air spraying port after being input from the air distribution cavity, and is sprayed onto the face and eyes of a patient through the breathing holes, so that the cold compress effect is achieved. When the hot compress is carried out, hot air is output from the air spraying port after being input from the air distribution cavity and is sprayed onto the face and eyes of a patient through the breathing holes, the effect of surface layer hot compress is achieved, and meanwhile the infrared LED is turned on to irradiate, so that the effect of deep hot compress on wounds is achieved. The jet flow is generated by the jet pipe when hot compress is carried out, so that air below the infrared LED in the reflecting cover is pumped away, and the air above the infrared LED flows downwards, so that wind is formed beside the infrared LED to play a role in radiating the infrared LED. The hot compress mode can carry out the hot compress of surface and inner layer, adopts infrared LED as light source power saving, and the steam that the surface layer heat was used simultaneously can be to the inside heat dissipation that produces wind and realize LED of reflector, has solved the peripheral heat dissipation problem that is surrounded by steam of LED.
Preferably, the opening end of the reflecting cover is provided with a light-transmitting cover plate, the light-transmitting cover plate seals the opening end of the reflecting cover, the reflecting cover is provided with a plurality of air inlets, and the air inlets are positioned above the infrared LEDs. The heat radiation effect can be prevented from being influenced by the fact that the sprayed hot air flows back into the reflecting cover, and therefore the effect of improving the heat radiation effect is achieved.

Preferably, the air nozzle is sealed and butted with an air outlet sleeve, a partition block is connected in the air outlet sleeve in a sealing way, a communication hole which is communicated with the part of the air outlet sleeve positioned at the two ends of the partition block is arranged in the partition block, and the distance between the central line of the opening of the communication hole towards one end of the air nozzle and the central line of the partition block is larger than that between the central line of the opening of the communication hole away from one end of the air nozzle and the central line of the partition block. According to the technical scheme, the hot air flowing out can be dispersed for me, so that the hot compress effect is improved.
Preferably, the infrared LED is provided with a radiator, and the radiator is connected with the reflecting cover through a connecting column. The heat dissipation effect is good.
The invention also comprises a supporting ring for supporting the face of a patient, wherein the supporting plate supports the supporting ring, a space surrounded by the supporting ring is aligned with the breathing hole, the supporting ring comprises a front half ring and a rear half ring, the front side of the front half ring is hinged at the top of the backrest through a transverse hinge shaft, the left end and the right end of the rear side are hinged together in a one-to-one correspondence manner with the left end and the right end of the front side of the rear half ring through two transverse shaft pins, the rear half ring is of an arc-shaped rod structure, the rear half ring can rotate in the space surrounded by the front half ring by taking the transverse shaft pins as shafts, and the front half ring is supported at the top end of the backrest when the front half ring rotates to the front opening end by taking the transverse hinge shaft as a shaft; the rear semi-ring is rotated in the space surrounded by the front semi-ring by taking the transverse shaft pin as the shaft, and the front semi-ring is rotated to the front of the opening end by taking the transverse hinge shaft as the shaft, and the rear semi-ring is supported on the front semi-ring or the upper end part of the backrest. During recuperation, the back of the patient sits forward on the cushion, and the two legs are worn to be arranged in the two leg avoidance notches, and the inner faces of the two leg avoidance notches face towards to be supported on the supporting ring, so that the recuperation in the prone position is realized. The arrangement of the breathing holes ensures that the breathing is normally and prevented from being contacted with the face of the supporting plate to interfere with the supporting of the face. Prone position after the invention is long, the patient is transferred to the bed for prone position nursing, and prone position nursing is performed alternately on the bed and the invention, so that the defects of the existing prone position only lying on the bed are avoided.
