The open end of the reflector is provided with a light-transmitting cover plate 44 which closes the open end of the reflector, the reflector is provided with a plurality of air inlets 45, and the air inlets are positioned above the infrared LED. The inlet holes are sealingly connected to the outlet end of an inlet duct 46, the inlet end 47 of which is located below the reflector.
