As a third embodiment of the air fryer with compact case according to the invention, as shown in fig. 4, the machine body comprises an upper machine body 11 and a lower machine body 12, the fryer assembly is arranged on the lower machine body 12, and the motor 41 and the transmission assembly are arranged on the upper machine body 11.
The air deflector 15 divides the upper body 11 into a mounting cavity 111, the misplaced area of the mounting cavity 111 and the cooking cavity 13 extends downwards to form a fixing cavity, and the motor 41 is arranged in the fixing cavity. The motor shaft 42 of the motor 41 is connected with a driving wheel 45, the driving wheel 45 is in power connection with the driving wheel 23 through a driving belt 47, and the driving wheel 23 further drives the fan blades 21 to rotate so as to realize hot air circulation in the cooking cavity.
The motor is arranged in the fixed cavity and is arranged in a staggered mode with the cooking cavity, so that the motor is prevented from increasing in height in the axial direction of the fan, and the upper machine body is compact in structure. Meanwhile, the motor, the heating element and other electric devices are arranged on the upper machine body, the lower machine body can be provided with no related electric devices, so that the lower machine body can be conveniently provided with and cleaned without electrifying, even the lower machine body and the fryer assembly can be arranged as a whole, namely, food materials are directly placed in the fryer assembly, the upper machine body is arranged on the fryer assembly, and hot air circulation is formed in the fryer assembly, so that the cooperation of an air fryer is reduced, and the structure is compact.
Example four.
As a fourth embodiment of the air fryer with compact case according to the invention, as shown in fig. 5, further, the side of the machine body 1 is provided with an opening 16, the fryer assembly can be inserted into the machine body 1 through the opening 16, the fryer assembly comprises a fryer 31, a front plate 33 and a handle 34, the front plate 33 is connected with the fryer 31, and after the fryer assembly is inserted into the opening 16, the opening 16 is closed, the handle 34 is arranged outside the front plate 33, so as to be convenient for a user to hold and operate the fryer assembly.
The machine body 1 comprises an air deflector 15, the air deflector 15 divides the machine body 1 into a mounting cavity 111, the rear side of the mounting cavity 111 extends downwards to form a fixing cavity 110, and the fixing cavity 110 is arranged in a staggered manner with the cooking cavity 13 in a transverse position. Preferably, the opening 16 is disposed at a front side of the air fryer, so that a user can conveniently operate the air fryer, the cooking cavity is correspondingly communicated with the opening 16, and the fixing cavity 110 is disposed at a rear side of the cooking cavity 13, wherein the machine body further comprises a side wall and a bottom wall connected with the air deflector, so that the machine body is separated to form a complete mounting cavity and a cooking cavity, and the fixing cavity is disposed at a rear side of the side wall.
The motor 41 is arranged in the fixed cavity 110, a motor shaft 42 of the motor 41 is connected with the driving wheel 46, the driving wheel 46 is in power connection with the driving wheel 23 through a driving belt 47, and the driving wheel 23 further drives the fan blades 21 to rotate so as to form hot air circulation in the cooking cavity.
Preferably, a cooling fan 48 is further connected to the other end of the motor shaft 42 of the motor 41, and the cooling fan 48 and the driving wheel 46 are disposed at two ends of the motor, however, the cooling fan 48 and the driving wheel 46 may be disposed at the same side. The cooling fan 48 drives air to circulate in the installation cavity when the motor works, preferably, an air inlet and an air outlet are further formed in the housing of the machine body 1, and the air inlet and the air outlet are arranged on the circulation path of the cooling fan, so that when the cooling fan works, hot air in the installation cavity is blown out from the air outlet, and external cold air is sucked in from the air inlet, the installation cavity is communicated with the external space of the machine body, and cold air continuously flows into the installation cavity, the installation cavity is ensured to be in a lower working environment, and therefore, the lower working environment can ensure the optimal working state for other electric devices in the installation cavity, particularly control components such as a circuit board.
For the air fryer of integrative setting, need set up the opening at the organism lateral wall and place the fryer subassembly, utilize organism and the space that the culinary art chamber formed in the lateral part to place the motor, avoid the motor to set up the axial height increase that brings when in fan upper portion for the air fryer organism axial height reduces, and the space setting is compact, and easy control and the storage of air fryer are placed.

As a fifth embodiment of the air fryer with compact case, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the machine body 1 is provided with a casing 10 and an air deflector 15, the casing 10 forms a shell of the machine body 1, the casing 10 and the air deflector 15 are surrounded to form a mounting cavity 111, a motor fixing frame 40 is arranged in the mounting cavity 111, the motor fixing frame 40 is buckled above the air deflector 15, and the fan comprises a fan blade 21 and a driven wheel 62 connected with the fan blade. The motor 41 is also arranged in the mounting cavity 111, and the motor 41 is transversely arranged in the mounting cavity 111, so that the motor shaft 42 and the driven wheel 62 are vertically and crosswise arranged. The cooking cavity is internally provided with a heating element 24 and a protection plate 25, the heating element 24 is positioned below the fan blade 21, the protection plate 25 is positioned below the heating element 24 and matched with the air deflector 15 to shield the fan blade 21 and the heating element 24, wherein the protection plate 25 is provided with an air ventilation hole, hot air is circulated, and a user is prevented from directly contacting the fan blade or the heating element, so that the use safety of the user is ensured.
The motor shaft 42 of the motor 41 is connected with the driving wheel shaft 611, preferably, the driving wheel shaft 611 is provided with a D-shaped hole, and the motor shaft 42 is provided with a D-shaped shaft to be inserted into the driving wheel shaft 611, so as to realize power connection. One end of the driving wheel shaft 611 is provided with driving wheel teeth 612. The driven wheel 62 includes a driven wheel shaft 621 and driven gear teeth 622 connected to the fan blade 21, where the driving gear teeth 612 and the driven gear teeth 622 are bevel gears matched with each other to realize cross power transmission between the motor and the fan.

It can be understood that the motor fixing frame separates the installation cavity to form an upper part and a lower part, the motor is positioned between the motor fixing frame and the shell, and a cavity for isolating heat is further formed between the motor fixing frame and the air deflector, so that heat generated by the cooking cavity is further separated by the motor fixing frame and can not directly act on the motor, and thus, the heat emitted by the cooking cavity is born by the transmission assembly, and the motor is in a low-temperature working environment without influence even if a cooling fan is not arranged. And separate between casing and the aviation baffle for the temperature of casing receives the influence of cooking cavity heat dissipation heat and reduces, avoids the casing outside temperature too high.
It can be understood that the motor fixing frame is not required to be arranged, and the motor is directly arranged on the shell; or, a fixing structure is directly arranged on the air deflector for installing and fixing the motor.

As a sixth embodiment of the compact air fryer according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, further, the transmission assembly comprises a driving wheel 61 and a driven wheel 62 arranged in parallel.
The driving wheel 61 is connected with the motor shaft 42, the driven wheel 62 is connected with a driven wheel shaft 621, and the driven wheel shaft 621 passes through the air deflector 15 and is connected with the fan blades 21. The driving wheel 61 and the driven wheel 62 are gears meshed with each other. Thus, the motor and the fan are arranged in parallel, and the axial dimension increase caused by the direct arrangement above the fan is avoided.
The driving wheel and the driven wheel are preferably arranged as synchronous driving wheels, so that for the motor and the fan, only the position and the direction of transmission are changed, and the space above the fan is axially reduced. It can be understood that the driving wheel and the driven wheel can also be in variable speed transmission, such as speed reduction transmission, so that a motor outputting smaller power is arranged, and the requirement of fan rotation can be met.

the air deflector is arranged in the machine body, the machine body is divided into a cooking cavity and a mounting cavity by the air deflector, a motor which is offset relative to the rotation center of the fan is arranged in the mounting cavity, the fan comprises fan blades and a fan shaft which are positioned in the cooking cavity, the fan shaft penetrates through the air deflector, the motor is in power connection with the fan shaft through a transmission assembly to drive the fan to rotate, and the distance H between the air deflector and the top of the machine body is less than or equal to 50mm;
the machine body comprises an upper machine body and a lower machine body which are arranged in a separable manner, the upper machine body and the lower machine body surround to form a cooking cavity, an upper coupler is arranged on the upper machine body, a lower coupler is arranged on the lower machine body in a protruding manner, the upper machine body and the lower machine body are electrically connected through the upper coupler and the lower coupler, a hot air assembly and a transmission assembly are arranged in the upper machine body, a motor is arranged in the lower machine body, the motor and the transmission assembly are connected through a shaft coupler, the shaft coupler comprises a lower shaft coupler arranged on a motor shaft of the motor and an upper shaft coupler arranged on the transmission assembly, and the upper end of the lower machine body is provided with a support plane for supporting the upper machine body and the lower shaft coupler is arranged on the support plane in a protruding manner.
2. The safe, compact air fryer of claim 1 wherein,
the motor shaft of the motor is parallel to the fan shaft, the distance between the motor shaft and the fan shaft is H, and the radius of the fryer assembly is R, and H > R.
3. The safe, compact air fryer of claim 1 wherein,
the motor and the transmission component are not higher than the upper end of the fan in axial height.
4. The safe, compact air fryer of claim 1 wherein,
the transmission assembly comprises a driving wheel which is linked with the motor shaft and a driving wheel which is linked with the fan shaft, and the driving wheel drives the fan to rotate through the driving wheel.
5. The safe, compact air fryer of claim 1 wherein,
the motor further includes a cooling fan coupled to the motor shaft.
