The blue film is a plastic film with glossiness, has high physical properties, high rigidity, strength and ductility, puncture resistance, abrasion resistance, heat resistance and ultralow temperature resistance, excellent chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, sealing property and aroma retention property, is one of common barrier composite plastic film plates, and has the thickness of 0.12mm generally. An important purpose of the blue film is to package chips, and the blue films with different sizes are required to be adopted due to different sizes of the chips; therefore, clamping blue films with different sizes becomes a key problem for improving the production performance of the chip. The second annular member 7 is arranged in the first accommodating space, is detachably connected with the first annular member 4, has a second accommodating space, and comprises a first bearing part 71 and a second bearing part 72 which are sequentially arranged along the axial direction, wherein the horizontal position of the first bearing part 71 is higher than that of the second bearing part 72, the first bearing part 71 is arranged outside the second bearing part 72, and the first bearing part 71 and the second bearing part are integrally processed and formed. The first bearing part 71 can be connected to the first ring element 4 in a fixed manner by two first positioning elements 2 and one second positioning element 3. At least two third positioning elements 5 and at least one fourth positioning element 6, which are arranged on the second annular element 7 in an equally spaced manner, are included in the present embodiment as a preferred embodiment, including two third positioning elements 5 and one fourth positioning element 6. The two third positioning pieces 5 are arranged on the second bearing part 72, the fourth positioning piece 6 is arranged on the first bearing part 71, and a groove body for installing the fourth positioning piece 6 is arranged on the first bearing part 71.

The fourth positioning element 6 includes a fourth fixing seat 61, a fourth pushing element 62 penetrating through the fourth fixing seat 61, and a fourth limiting portion disposed at one end of the fourth pushing element 62, the fourth fixing seat 61 is mounted on the first bearing portion 71 and is provided with a through hole allowing the fourth pushing element 62 to penetrate through, the fourth pushing element 62 is a screw, and the fourth limiting portion can move along the radial direction of the second blue film by rotating the fourth pushing element 62. The fourth limiting part is provided with an arc surface matched with the second blue film.
Two first locating parts 2 and a second locating part 3 with two third locating parts 5 and a fourth locating part 6 are crisscross inside and outside setting, promptly, a third locating part 5 is located between two first locating parts 2, and another third locating part 5 is located between a first locating part 2 and a second locating part 3, and fourth locating part 6 is located between another first locating part 2 and a second locating part 3.
The clamping process of the blue film clamp during working is as follows: when the first blue film needs to be clamped, the second pushing member 32 on the second positioning member 3 can be pulled along the radial direction of the first blue film, so that the second limiting portion moves along the radial direction of the first blue film, the first blue film is placed in a gap between the first clamping portion 21 and the first fixing portion 22 of the two first positioning members 2, and when the first blue film is placed at a proper position, the second pushing member 32 is pushed inwards, and the cambered surface on the second limiting portion of the second positioning member 3 is matched with the first blue film. When a second blue film needs to be clamped, the first blue film is taken down, the first bearing part 71 of the second annular part 7 is connected with the first annular part 4 in a positioning mode through the two first positioning parts 2 and the second positioning part 3, and the specific placement method is the same as that when the first blue film is clamped; and then pulling the fourth pushing member 62 on the fourth positioning member 6 along the radial direction of the second blue film, so as to enable the fourth limiting portion to move along the radial direction of the second blue film, placing the second blue film clamped in the gap between the third clamping portion 51 and the third fixing portion 52 of the two third positioning members 5, and when the second blue film is placed at a proper position, pushing the fourth pushing member 62 inwards, and enabling the arc surface on the fourth limiting portion of the fourth positioning member 6 to be matched with the second blue film.
As an alternative embodiment, a third annular element may be provided, similar in structure to the second annular element, sized to fit a third size blue film; by analogy, more sizes of blue films were fixed in the same way.
As an alternative embodiment, more first positioning members 2, second positioning members 3, third positioning members 5 and fourth positioning members 6 may be provided as needed.
