本发明涉及一种盒子，特别是适合于盛装有香味的或者甚至是湿的薄棉纸张的盒子。
发明背景
有香味的薄棉纸浸渍着易挥发的香精分子，该香精分子使薄棉纸具有一种特有的香味。为避免这些易挥发分子的挥发，薄棉纸必须存放在一个基本上不透气的容器中，该容器一般由塑料制成。然而塑料容器在重量、价钱，简便性方面都有明显的缺点，并且在使用后塑料容器会造成生态危害。当薄棉纸浸渍了液体，例如用于婴儿卫生的液体，用塑料容器存放薄棉纸的要求就更为明显了。
纸板盒没有上述塑料容器的特有的缺点，经常用于盛装各种干的薄棉纸张或纸巾。然而，鉴于纸板是一种蒸气可渗透的材料，它不能用于盛装有香味的或者是湿的薄棉纸张等。已经做过尝试来生产纸板盒，其中纸板涂覆一层不透气涂层，然而，由于用于抽出薄棉纸张而设计的开口和从盒子的邻接面延伸出的折叶折叠而成的端面容易使薄棉纸张上浸渍的香精挥发，上述尝试没有产生令人满意的效果。
有香味的、易处置的薄纸及其盛装容器已在美国专利No.4,458,810中公布。在美国专利No.4,420,080中公布了一种可重新密封的储备式容器及其制造方式，该容器适合于盛装薄片状的物质，例如薄棉纸。在美国专利No.4,156,493中公布了一种不透潮气的包装盒，该盒适合于盛装浸渍液体的物品并具有一种可重新密封的开口。在美国专利No.4,679,693中公布了另一种可重新密封的容器，该容器有一个可撕开的面，该面可通过一个标签打开和重新密封。
发明概述
本发明提出一种盒子，该盒子具有由纸板制成的外壳，其中至少一个面涂覆一层基本上不渗透流体的涂层；盒子有两个端面，每个面都是由盒子的邻接面延伸出的折叶折叠而成，折叠后在端面留下的开口由一块粘附膜密封，该粘附膜对流体而言基本上是不可渗透的；在盒子的至少一个面上，但不是上述的端面，有可重新密封的闭合装置，该闭合装置包括与外壳一体的折叠叶，在该折叠叶的一侧在上述折叠叶和外壳之间形成转枢，上述装置还包括一个贴在上述折叠叶上的粘性标签，该标签越过它的边缘延伸到外壳的交界部分，借此它可密封开口；上述标签在远离转枢的部分有一个用于开封的手拉片。
本发明也提出一种盒子，其中端面是用一种新颖的折叠方式形成。根据本发明的实施例，盒子具有直角棱柱外形，有顶面、底面、两个侧面和两个端面，每个端面是由以下部分构成的：
与顶面或底面之一为一体并从其延伸出的第一折叠叶；
两个与侧面一体并从其延伸出的第二折叠叶，第二折叠叶与第三折叠叶是一体的，第三折叠叶从上述顶面或底面中的另一个面伸出并与其是一体的；
在第一、第二、第三折叠叶和它们的整体面之间相应地设有第一、第二和第三折叠线；在上述每个第二折叠叶和第三折叠叶之间设有第四折叠线；在每个第二折叠叶上设有第五折叠线，第五折叠线从在第二和第四折叠线之间交叉处形成的第二个面上的顶点开始对角延伸至第二个面上的相对顶点；
上述端面是这样形成的，首先沿着第二、第三、第四折叠线向内折叠，沿着第五折叠线向外折叠，直至上述第三折叠叶垂直于盒的顶面、底面和侧面，然后沿着第一折叠线向内折叠第一折叠叶并将上述第一折叠叶固定在第三折叠叶上。

具体实施例描述
参照图1，示出了一个整体用10表示的盒子，具有顶面12，底面14，两个侧面16和18，和两个端面20和22。
盒由纸板制成，纸板外覆一层不渗透液体或蒸汽的材料，例如聚乙烯，聚丙烯等。涂层最好是透明的，这样就可以看到纸板上的印刷图文。涂层可以涂在盒的外表面上也可以涂在内表面上或者两面都有。例如当盒10用作盛装有香味的薄棉纸的容器时，一层外涂层就足够了。当盒子用作盛装浸渍了液体的薄棉纸，例如那些用于婴儿卫生的薄棉纸，纸板就应在内面涂覆涂层以避免浸渍纸张的液体浸湿纸板；在这种情况下最好纸板也外覆一层类似的涂层。
顶面12和侧面16沿着26、27和28割开以形成一折叠叶30，折叠叶与面12沿着折叠线32是一体的。折叠叶30与标签34一起形成闭合装置，整体用36表示。
标签34是由有较低粘性面的薄片制成，标签贴在折叠叶30上并延伸超过它的边缘到达盒的外壳的周边部分。由于它的粘性，标签能完全地密封开口。标签34有一个没有粘性底面的部分38，用作使闭合装置容易打开的小拉片，如图2所示。在此具体实施例中，无粘性部分是通过向上折叠薄片的一小部分而形成的。
在图2中闭合装置是敞开的，可以看见容纳在盒10内的薄棉纸39。
端面20和22是用粘性补片39和40来密封的，粘性补片在折叠从顶面，底面和侧面延伸出的折叠叶以形成端面20和22之后，粘贴在留下的开口上。
图3示出了折叠前的端面。端面包括从顶面12延伸出来并与其为一体的折叠叶42，该折叠叶与顶面之间由第一折叠线44分开。从侧面16和18延伸出并与其为一体的折叠叶46和48与其相应的整体面由第二折叠线50和52分开。折叠叶46和47也和第三折叠叶54一体，第三折叠叶从底面14延伸出并与其为一体，该折叠叶与底面之间由折叠线56分开。折叠线58和60将折叠叶46和48与折叠叶54分开。沿着对角线方向延伸通过折叠叶46和48的是两条相应的对角折叠线62和64。
如图4所示，一叠薄棉纸张39可通过开口端插入，然后开口端可以通过如图5所示的沿着折叠线折叠的方式封闭，图5示出了封闭开口端的一连串动作。为封闭开口，折叠叶46，48和54沿着折叠线50，52，56，58和60向内折叠并且沿着对角折叠线62和64向外折叠，如图5a和5b中所示，以产生一种如图5c中所示的状态，其中折叠叶54逐渐平置以和盒子的邻接面相垂直。然后沿着折叠线44向内折叠折叠叶42，借此它可以逐渐平置以平行于折叠叶54并且固定在此位置上，如图5d所示。上述这种端面的形成方式可形成一种紧密的牢固的闭合，这不仅有助于增强盒子的结构还有助于增强它的密封效果。
为提高密封效果，一块粘性补片39粘接在端面20上，并且借助于在图5d中可见的对角缝隙72和折叠线74和76将它粘接在端面20上，产生图5e中所示的状态。

Claims (2)

1.一种盒子，有由纸板制成的外壳，至少其中一个面涂覆着一层基本上不渗透液体的涂层；盒子有两个端面，每个端面是通过叠合从盒的相邻面延伸出的折叠叶而成，折叠后在端面留下的开口用一块粘附膜密封，该粘附膜对液体而言基本上是不可渗透的；上述盒的至少一个面，但不是端面，有一个可重新密封的闭合装置，该闭合装置包括一个与外壳为一体的折叠叶，在折叠叶一侧在折叠叶与外壳之间形成转枢，上述装置还包括一个粘性标签，该粘性标签贴在上述折叠叶上并超越它的边缘延伸到外壳的交界部分，借此它可以密封开口；上述标签在其远离转枢的部分有一个用于开封的小拉片。
2.一种盒子，有直角棱柱外形，具有顶面，底面，两个侧面和两个端面，每个端面由以下部分构成：
与顶面或底面之一为一体并从其延伸出的第一折叠叶；
两个与侧面一体并从其延伸出的第二折叠叶，第二折叠叶与第三折叠叶是一体的，第三折叠叶与上述顶面或底面中的另一个面为一体并从其延伸出；
在第一、第二、第三折叠叶与其相应的整体面之间分别设有第一、第二、第三折叠线；在每一个第二折叠叶和第三折叠叶之间设有第四折叠线；并且在每一个第二折叠叶上设有第五折叠线，第五折叠线从在第二和第四折叠线的交叉处所形成的第二面上的顶点开始对角延伸至该第二个面上的相对顶点；
上述端面是这样形成的：首先沿着第二、第三和第四折叠线向内折叠，并且沿着第五折叠线向外折叠，直至第三折叠叶垂直于盒的顶面、底面和侧面，然后沿着第一折叠线向内折叠第一折叠叶并且将第一折叠叶固定在第三折叠叶上。
